2012 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Dear Exhibitor:

We cordially invite you to participate in the 14th Annual Golden West Regional Fly-In & Airshow, “Keeping the Spirit Alive” as we celebrate “Thirty Seconds Over Marysville,” a tribute to the 70th Anniversary of the Jimmy Doolittle Raiders to be held June 8-10, 2012, at Yuba County Airport (MYV), Olivehurst, California, centrally located in Northern California, near Sacramento (40 minutes) and the San Francisco Bay area (90 minutes).

The attendance in 2011 was up 50 percent and with another 10,000 expected in 2012 and 800 aircraft over the 3-day convention. This event is your opportunity to reach sport aviation’s largest market in a cost-effective way. Please book early in order to select the best location. You are invited to join us at Yuba County Airport (MYV), Marysville, CA to continue the tradition of offering excellent educational opportunities at the 2012 Golden West Regional Fly-In on June 8, 9, and 10. This year we will again have multiple forums and workshop areas running concurrently throughout the convention providing the setting for you to reach out to others and share your interests in aviation.

Forums begin at 9:00 am and are usually one hour in length with a 15-minute break between sessions. It is possible to combine forum slots should you wish to give a longer presentation. Forums can be repeated on one or more days.

Workshops run continuously throughout the day and offer hands-on opportunities for attendees to learn about some aspects of aircraft construction.

Willie has served as air boss for the Yuba County Airport and Golden West since airshows began in Marysville. Willie keeps the show on schedule, safe, and moving.

After being an announcer in the model aircraft arena for a number of years, Fred began airshows in 2003 and has been a regular visitor to Golden West.

Steve has become a regular holding the mike for Golden West; an aerobatic pilot known as the “Wild Thing,” Steve uses his experience to describe each performance as if you were in the seat yourself.
