Naopak tradi\u010dn\u00fd nacionalizmus Franc\u00fazska a Nemecka a rozvojov\u00e1 rola \u0161t\u00e1tu v Japonsku vytvorili k anglosask\u00e9mu modelu alternat\u00edvu \u2013 v t\u00fdchto krajin\u00e1ch bola anga\u017eovanos\u0165 \u0161t\u00e1tnych zdrojov ch\u00e1pan\u00e1 ako prirodzen\u00e1 a d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 strategick\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu.<br \/>\nRovnako by sme mohli pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na rozdiely v \u0161trukt\u00fare kapit\u00e1lov\u00e9ho trhu a ich implik\u00e1ciu pre spr\u00e1vu akciov\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed, firemn\u00e9 strat\u00e9gie a strategick\u00e9 ciele.<br \/>\nAnglosask\u00e9 ekonomiky s\u00fa typick\u00e9 relat\u00edvne oddelen\u00fdm vz\u0165ahom medzi rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fdmi vlastn\u00edkmi akci\u00ed a podnikov\u00fdm mana\u017ementom.
