Po optimalizovan\u00ed z\u00e1sob, reorganiz\u00e1cii v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch a pracovn\u00fdch postupov, zaveden\u00ed automatiz\u00e1cie a robotiz\u00e1cie, koncentr\u00e1cii v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch a pracovn\u00fdch zdrojov bolo treba n\u00e1js\u0165 \u010fal\u0161ie prostriedky a rezervy. Shell mal svoju v\u00edziu &#8211; by\u0165 organiz\u00e1ciou, ktor\u00e1 je pripraven\u00e1 reagova\u0165 na zmeny. V mnoh\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch sa dodato\u010dne premenovali na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazment\/strategicky-manazment\/metody-realizacie-zmien-%e2%80%93-tqm-bpr\/\">budovanie u\u010diacej sa organiz\u00e1cie<\/a> aj projekty s p\u00f4vodne in\u00fdm n\u00e1zvom.<br \/>\nU\u010diaca sa organiz\u00e1cia teda vznikla z potreby st\u00e1lej adapt\u00e1cie v prostred\u00ed zostren\u00e9ho konkuren\u010dn\u00e9ho boja, zr\u00fdch\u013euj\u00facich a prehlbuj\u00facich sa zmien okolia.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00edklad Chevron<\/h3>\n<p>Charakteristick\u00e9 znaky u\u010diacej sa organiz\u00e1cie a mana\u017ementu vedomost\u00ed u\u017e mo\u017eno n\u00e1js\u0165 v praxi v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch aj nev\u00fdrobn\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed. Derr z medzin\u00e1rodnej ropnej spolo\u010dnosti Chevron Co., na jednej konferencii opisoval, ako si jeho firma svojho \u010dasu uvedomila konflikt medzi \u0161trukt\u00farou rast\u00facej nadn\u00e1rodnej spolo\u010dnosti a potrebou zdie\u013eania vedomost\u00ed medzi zamestnancami. Preto sa rozhodla &#8222;vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 organiz\u00e1ciu, ktor\u00e1 sa u\u010d\u00ed r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a lep\u0161ie ne\u017e konkurenti prostredn\u00edctvom zdie\u013eania praktick\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed zo spr\u00e1vnej praxe&#8220;. V Chevrone sa vytvorili po\u010detn\u00e9 intern\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00e9 a diskusn\u00e9 siete s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdm prepojen\u00edm o problematike bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce, pl\u00e1novania, rafin\u00e9rskych pr\u00e1c, vzdel\u00e1vania a rozvoja. Jeden t\u00edm porovn\u00e1val \u00fadaje o \u010dinnosti plynov\u00fdch kompresorov v Kalifornii a v Louisiane. Zistili, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eu u\u0161etri\u0165 minim\u00e1lne 20 mil. Za \u0161tyri roky sa na nich z\u00fa\u010dastnilo viac ako 500 zamestnancov firmy.<br \/>\nOrganiz\u00e1cia sa m\u00f4\u017ee ve\u013ea nau\u010di\u0165 zo svojej minulej sk\u00fasenosti. Toto poznanie viedlo k snahe o formalizovanej\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edstup k procesu nadob\u00fadania, roz\u0161irovania a uchov\u00e1vania individu\u00e1lnych a kolekt\u00edvnych neform\u00e1lnych vedomost\u00ed. Boli aj predmetom \u017eartovania, polemiky, \u010di nejde o m\u00f3dne vlny bez praktickej u\u017eito\u010dnosti. Diskusia o vhodnosti mana\u017e\u00e9rskej techniky alebo uplat\u0148ovania r\u00f4znych receptov prebieha st\u00e1le. Pravdu maj\u00fa asi t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed tvrdia, \u017ee mana\u017e\u00e9rske techniky je vhodn\u00e9 uplat\u0148ova\u0165, ale s rozvahou a v\u017edy u\u0161it\u00e9 na mieru firmy.<br \/>\nAj u\u010diaca sa organiz\u00e1cia pri\u0161la vo forme trendu a z\u00e1konite sa stret\u00e1va s tomu zodpovedaj\u00facim postojom &#8211; u niekoho so skepsou, u in\u00e9ho s entuziazmom.
