Autori pova\u017euj\u00fa za najz\u00e1kladnej\u0161iu a najk\u013e\u00fa\u010dovej\u0161iu funkciu pl\u00e1novanie, od ktorej sa ostatn\u00e9 mana\u017e\u00e9rske \u00falohy odv\u00edjaj\u00fa. Tie\u017e zav\u00e1dzaj\u00fa pojem vedenie, ktor\u00e9 v\u0161ak svojim v\u00fdznamom odpoved\u00e1 riadeniu.<\/p>\n<h2>Vedenie<\/h2>\n<p>Vedenie je proces, umenie ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed tak, aby sa ochotne a nad\u0161ene usilovali <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/ciele-v-organizacii\/\">dosiahnu\u0165 skupinov\u00e9 ciele<\/a>. <strong>Vedenie<\/strong> znamen\u00e1 viac ako uplat\u0148ovanie moci a autority. Vedenie mus\u00ed by\u0165 pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 na v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00farovniach organiz\u00e1cie. Vedenie je vz\u0165ah, v ktorom jedna osoba ovplyv\u0148uje spr\u00e1vanie a konanie druh\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<h2>Vodcovstvo<\/h2>\n<p>Vodcovstvo (leadership) predstavuje \u0161pecifick\u00fd fenom\u00e9n \u017eivota organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 je dan\u00e1 vz\u0165ahom vodcu a jeho nasledovate\u013eov a d\u00f4sledkami vodcovstva na spr\u00e1vanie \u013eud\u00ed v organiz\u00e1cii. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa mo\u017eno ve\u013emi \u010dasto stretn\u00fa\u0165 so stoto\u017e\u0148ovan\u00edm zvy\u010dajn\u00e9ho <strong>vedenia<\/strong> a jeho tvorivej formy &#8211; <strong>vodcovstva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Leadership a mana\u017ement<\/h2>\n<p>Pojmy mana\u017ement a leadership (vodcovstvo) b\u00fdvaj\u00fa \u010dasto zamnie\u0148an\u00e9. Winston a Patterson(2006 v Gill 2011) prev\u00e1dzali rozsiahli prieskum literat\u00fary od klasickej a\u017e po modern\u00fa mana\u017e\u00e9rsku, kde zrovn\u00e1vali zhruba tis\u00edc r\u00f4znych defin\u00edcii. Na z\u00e1klade tohto prieskumu definovali podstatu leadershipu n\u00e1sledovne:<br \/>\n<em>Vodca je jedinec, ktor\u00fd vyber\u00e1, vybavuje (pom\u00f4ckami pre ur\u010dit\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165), tr\u00e9nuje a\u00a0ovplyv\u0148uje jedn\u00e9ho alebo viac nasledovate\u013eov. Vodca m\u00e1 r\u00f4zne dary, schopnosti a\u00a0znalosti pomocou ktor\u00fdch smeruje nasledovn\u00edkov k\u00a0splneniu organiza\u010dnej misie a\u00a0cie\u013eov tak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, \u017ee nasledovn\u00edci dobrovo\u013ene a\u00a0entuziasticky vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa svoj duchovn\u00fd, emo\u010dn\u00fd a\u00a0fyzick\u00fd potenci\u00e1l k\u00a0vykon\u00e1vaniu \u010dinnost\u00ed ved\u00facich k\u00a0splneniu tejto misie a\u00a0cie\u013eov.<\/em><br \/>\nVodcovstvo m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 definovan\u00e9 ako schopnos\u0165 ovplyvni\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed pomocou svojich osobn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed ale i\u00a0spr\u00e1vania k\u00a0tomu, aby sa dosiahol nejak\u00fd spolo\u010dn\u00fd cie\u013e. Vodca nemus\u00ed by\u0165 nutne mana\u017e\u00e9r. Organiz\u00e1cie \u010dasto o\u010dak\u00e1vaj\u00fa od svojich zamestnancov, aby v\u00a0r\u00f4znych f\u00e1zach svojho p\u00f4sobenia v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti prevzali \u00falohu vodcu. \u010ci u\u017e to s\u00favis\u00ed s\u00a0projektom, na ktorom pracuj\u00fa, alebo s\u00a0internou aktivitou, v\u00a0ktorej sa anga\u017euj\u00fa. Rozli\u0161uje t\u00fdchto \u0161es\u0165 \u0161t\u00fdlov vodcovstva:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>n\u00e1tlakov\u00fd<\/strong> (\u201ecoercive\u201c) \u2013 vy\u017eaduje okam\u017eit\u00e9 podrobenie,<\/li>\n<li><strong>autoritat\u00edvny<\/strong> (\u201eauthoritative\u201c) \u2013 mobilizuje zamestnancov jedincov k\u00a0splneniu v\u00edzie,<\/li>\n<li><strong>spojovac\u00ed<\/strong> (\u201eaffiliative\u201c) \u2013 vytv\u00e1ra harm\u00f3niu, buduje emocion\u00e1lne v\u00e4zby,<\/li>\n<li><strong>demokratick\u00fd<\/strong> (\u201edemocratic\u201c) \u2013 raz\u00ed konsenzus cez particip\u00e1ciu,<\/li>\n<li><strong>ud\u00e1vaj\u00faci tempo<\/strong> (\u201epacesetting\u201c) \u2013 nastavuje vysok\u00e9 \u0161tandardy v\u00fdkonu,<\/li>\n<li><strong>kou\u010dovac\u00ed<\/strong> (\u201ecoaching\u201c) \u2013 rozv\u00edja jedincov pre bud\u00facnos\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00f4\u017eeme teda vyvodi\u0165, \u017ee vodcovstvo je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou emo\u010dnej inteligencie\u00a0a\u00a0d\u00e1 sa rozv\u00edja\u0165\u00a0ako samostatn\u00e1 kompetencia. Ovl\u00e1dnutie tejto kompetencie\u00a0umo\u017e\u0148uje mana\u017e\u00e9rom ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 svoj t\u00edm pozit\u00edvne smerom k\u00a0dosahovaniu organiza\u010dn\u00fdch cie\u013eov.<\/p>\n<h2>Tvoriv\u00e9 vedenie<\/h2>\n<p>Preto\u017ee v\u0161ak pojem vodcovstvo je v na\u0161ej praxi pomerne m\u00e1lo pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd, pre zachovanie jeho podstaty a zmyslu je vhodnej\u0161ie uva\u017eova\u0165 s pojmom tvoriv\u00e9 vedenie. Tvoriv\u00e9 vedenie je proces ovplyv\u0148ovania ostatn\u00fdch, aby pracovali na dosiahnut\u00ed \u0161pecifick\u00fdch cie\u013eov.<br \/>\nVodcovstvo je teda forma procesu uplat\u0148ovania skuto\u010dn\u00e9ho vplyvu vodcu na jeho nasledovate\u013eov. Pr\u00e1vo vodcu vies\u0165 dobrovo\u013ene akceptuj\u00fa niektor\u00ed, alebo v\u0161etci \u010dlenovia vedenej skupiny a vodcovstvo mus\u00ed zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 motiv\u00e1ciu \u010dlenov skupiny k vynakladaniu ur\u010ditej energie a \u00fasilia pre dosahovanie cie\u013eov skupiny.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00eddri a vodcovia<\/h2>\n<p>V rovine nosite\u013eov tvoriv\u00e9ho vedenia \u2013 vodcovstva \u2013 sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa term\u00edny <strong>l\u00eddri<\/strong> \u010di <strong>vodcovia. <\/strong>Aby bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 akceptova\u0165 skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee vodcovstvo efekt\u00edvne funguje, mali by by\u0165 splnen\u00e9 tieto tri z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 podmienky:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>vodca mus\u00ed preuk\u00e1za\u0165<\/strong>, \u017ee skuto\u010dne dok\u00e1zal <strong>vyvola\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie svojich nasledovate\u013eov,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>vz\u0165ah<\/strong> medzi <strong>spr\u00e1van\u00edm<\/strong> vodcu a jeho <strong>v\u00fdsledkami<\/strong> mus\u00ed by\u0165 <strong>o\u010dividn\u00fd<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>musia <strong>existova\u0165<\/strong> podstatn\u00e9 <strong>zmeny<\/strong> v <strong>spr\u00e1van\u00ed<\/strong> <strong>\u010dlenov<\/strong> organiz\u00e1cie a z nich vypl\u00fdvaj\u00face <strong>v\u00fdsledky<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa <strong>produktom<\/strong> \u010dinnosti <strong>vodcu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Riadenie a vedenie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>efekt\u00edvne vedenie<\/strong> je jedna z naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161\u00edch \u00faloh, ktor\u00e9 mana\u017e\u00e9r mus\u00ed plni\u0165,<\/li>\n<li>term\u00edny vedenia (leadership) a riadenie (directing) nie s\u00fa synonym\u00e1,<\/li>\n<li><strong>vedenie<\/strong> (schopnos\u0165 vies\u0165) je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia vlastnos\u0165 riadenia a mana\u017e\u00e9rov,<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0161t\u00fdl vedenia<\/strong> ur\u010duje, ak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 je riadenie,<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00faspech<\/strong>, \u010di ne\u00faspech <strong>riadiaceho pracovn\u00edka<\/strong> z\u00e1vis\u00ed predov\u0161etk\u00fdm <strong>od<\/strong> jeho <strong>pr\u00e1ce s \u013eu\u010fmi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9rovej vodcovskej \u00falohy je ovplyvnen\u00e1 \u010dinite\u013emi, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee regulova\u0165, ale aj \u010dinite\u013emi, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa mimo jeho kontroly. Vedenie mana\u017e\u00e9ra, a t\u00fdm aj sp\u00f4sob riadenia z\u00e1visia od troch vplyvov:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/osobnost-manazera-vlastnosti-schopnosti-a-charakteristiky\/\">osobnos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>postoje nadriaden\u00fdch,<\/li>\n<li>vplyv danej situ\u00e1cie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Mana\u017e\u00e9rska mrie\u017eka<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/styly-vedenia-v-manazmente\/\">Mana\u017e\u00e9rska mrie\u017eka Roberta R. Blakea a Jane S. Moutonovej<\/a> je najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00ed model behavioristick\u00fdch \u0161t\u00fdlov vedenia. Je to matica vytvoren\u00e1 prienikom dvoch dimenzi\u00ed spr\u00e1vania ved\u00faceho, a to z\u00e1ujmom o \u013eud\u00ed (horizont\u00e1lna os) a z\u00e1ujmom o v\u00fdrobu (vertik\u00e1lna os). Z\u00e1ujem o v\u00fdrobu i z\u00e1ujem o \u013eud\u00ed zobrazen\u00e9 v mana\u017e\u00e9rskej mrie\u017eke s\u00fa premenn\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v\u00fdrazne ovplyvnen\u00e9 subjekt\u00edvnymi postojmi i sp\u00f4sobom myslenia ved\u00faceho pracovn\u00edka.<br \/>\n<strong>BLAKE<\/strong> a <strong>MOUTONOV\u00c1<\/strong> (1962) identifikovali \u0161tyri extr\u00e9mne \u0161t\u00fdly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1.1 Oslaben\u00fd mana\u017ement: <\/strong>Minim\u00e1lne \u00fasilie na dosiahnutie efekt\u00edvnej v\u00fdroby. Pracovn\u00edci s\u00fa apatick\u00ed a leniv\u00ed. Mana\u017e\u00e9ri mal\u00fa pozornos\u0165 venuj\u00fa \u013eu\u010fom alebo v\u00fdrobe. Pr\u00e1cu zanedb\u00e1vaj\u00fa a komunik\u00e1cii s podriaden\u00fdmi venuj\u00fa ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo \u010dasu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>9.9 T\u00edmov\u00fd mana\u017ement: <\/strong>Spolo\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1ujem o ciele organiz\u00e1cie vedie ku vz\u00e1jomnej d\u00f4vere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1.9 Mana\u017ement vidieckeho klubu: <\/strong>Premyslen\u00e1 pozornos\u0165 venovan\u00e1 potreb\u00e1m \u013eud\u00ed. Bezkonfliktn\u00e1, priate\u013esk\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra.
