Organizational Behavior) je <strong>veda<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 sa zaober\u00e1 spr\u00e1van\u00edm sa \u013eud\u00ed v organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. Sk\u00fama jednotlivcov, skupiny a \u0161trukt\u00fary, s cie\u013eom zlep\u0161i\u0165 efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 v organiz\u00e1cii (organiza\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdkonnos\u0165). Organiza\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie ako veda vzniklo v 70-tych rokoch na z\u00e1klade po\u017eiadaviek praxe. Organizational Behavior sa r\u00fdchlo sa etabloval v riaden\u00ed podnikov a to predov\u0161etk\u00fdm preto, lebo vysvet\u013euje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pre\u010do sa jednotlivci v konkr\u00e9tnej organiz\u00e1cii spr\u00e1vaj\u00fa ur\u010dit\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom,<\/li>\n<li>p\u00f4vod konfliktov a jeho mo\u017en\u00e9 predch\u00e1dzanie,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Etick\u00e9 myslenie<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Etick\u00e9 myslenie<\/strong> &#8211; minulosti sa tento pojem \u201eukr\u00fdval\u201c pod n\u00e1zvom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/spolocenska-zodpovednost-v-obchode\/\">spolo\u010densk\u00e1 a soci\u00e1lna zodpovednos\u0165<\/a>. Slovo <strong>etika <\/strong>poch\u00e1dza z gr\u00e9ckeho <em>\u201e\u00e9thos\u201c,<\/em> ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 dva v\u00fdznamy. P\u00f4vodn\u00fd v\u00fdznam <strong>\u00e9thos<\/strong> znamen\u00e1 miesto pobytu, kde sa \u010dlovek udom\u00e1cnil. Pojem <strong>etika <\/strong>zaviedol Aristoteles v 4. storo\u010d\u00ed pred n. l. a ozna\u010doval anal\u00fdzu \u013eudsk\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania. Pojmy etika a mor\u00e1lka sa \u010dasto zamie\u0148aj\u00fa. Mor\u00e1lka m\u00e1 p\u00f4vod v latinskom slove <em>mos<\/em>, <em>m\u00f3res<\/em>, \u010do zna\u010d\u00ed mrav, oby\u010daj \u010di charakter.<br \/>\n<strong>Mor\u00e1lka &#8211; <\/strong>reguluje spr\u00e1vanie \u013eud\u00ed, mravy a ich predstavy o tom, \u010do je dobr\u00e9 a \u010do nie.<br \/>\n<strong>Etika &#8211; <\/strong>sa zaober\u00e1 n\u00e1ukou o mor\u00e1lke, teda pok\u00fa\u0161a sa n\u00e1js\u0165 princ\u00edp a pr\u00ed\u010diny toho, pre\u010do je nie\u010do spr\u00e1vne a in\u00e9 nie.<br \/>\nOrganiza\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie hovor\u00ed o etickom spr\u00e1van\u00ed sa na pracovisku. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa vz\u0165ahuje na v\u0161etk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov v organiz\u00e1cii vr\u00e1tane mana\u017e\u00e9rov. Ot\u00e1zka etiky na pracovisku je \u010d\u00edm \u010falej t\u00fdm viac aktu\u00e1lna v te\u00f3rii a mana\u017e\u00e9rskej praxi aj v na\u0161ich podmienkach.<br \/>\nPr\u00ed\u010dinou narastaj\u00faceho z\u00e1ujmu s\u00fa jednak v m\u00e9di\u00e1ch publikovan\u00e9 pr\u00edpady neetick\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania sa a jednak aj skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee t\u00fdmto ot\u00e1zkam sa v minulosti u n\u00e1s nevenovala tak\u00e1 pozornos\u0165, ak\u00fa si etika na pracovisku zasluhuje z h\u013eadiska jej v\u00fdznamu pre \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 fun\u00adgovanie organiz\u00e1cie, zahr\u0148uje \u0161t\u00fadium ot\u00e1zok mor\u00e1lky, ktor\u00e9 mo\u017eno vyjadri\u0165 vz\u0165ahom medzi t\u00fdm, \u010do sa pova\u017euje za spr\u00e1vne a nespr\u00e1vne v \u013eudskom konan\u00ed, ide o normy spr\u00e1vania sa, ktor\u00e9 oby\u010dajne nemaj\u00fa p\u00edsomn\u00fa formu ako povedzme pr\u00e1vne normy &#8211; z\u00e1kony, a ktor\u00e9 \u010dasto nie s\u00fa ani pr\u00e1vne vym\u00e1hate\u013en\u00e9. Je to mor\u00e1lny k\u00f3dex, ktor\u00fd ur\u010duje \u010do je a \u010do nie je v konan\u00ed jednotlivca, pr\u00edpadne skupiny \u013eud\u00ed akceptovate\u013en\u00e9 z h\u013eadiska etiky.<\/p>\n<h2>Mana\u017e\u00e9rska etika<\/h2>\n<p>V s\u00falade s t\u00fdm, mana\u017e\u00e9rska etika je s\u00fabor noriem a z\u00e1sad, ktor\u00e9 usmer\u0148uj\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/zakladne-manazerske-funkcie\/\">konanie a rozhodovanie mana\u017e\u00e9\u00adrov<\/a> a na z\u00e1klade toho podmie\u0148uj\u00fa, \u010di spr\u00e1vanie sa pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra sa pova\u017euje za etick\u00e9 alebo neetick\u00e9. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee za etick\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie sa pova\u00ad\u017euje tak\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie sa mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00e9 je v s\u00falade so z\u00e1konmi a s\u00fa\u010dasne zod\u00adpoved\u00e1 mor\u00e1lnemu k\u00f3dexu spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Etick\u00e1 dilema<\/h2>\n<p>Zo stru\u010dnej charakteristiky jednotliv\u00fdch pr\u00edstupov je evidentn\u00e9, \u017ee neexis\u00adtuje jednotn\u00fd ust\u00e1len\u00fd n\u00e1zor na etick\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie sa mana\u017e\u00e9ra. Aj v d\u00f4sledku toho sa mana\u017e\u00e9ri \u010dasto ocitn\u00fa v situ\u00e1cii, ktor\u00fa naz\u00fdvame <em>etick\u00e1 dilema. <\/em>Je to tak\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia, v ktorej sa \u010dlovek mus\u00ed rozhodn\u00fa\u0165, \u010di uskuto\u010dni\u0165 alebo neusku\u00adto\u010dni\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00fd krok, ktor\u00fd by mohol by\u0165 prospe\u0161n\u00fd bu\u010f je mu samotn\u00e9mu, alebo organiz\u00e1cii, v ktorej pracuje, pr\u00edpadne aj jemu aj organiz\u00e1cii, ale mohol by sa pova\u017eova\u0165 za neetick\u00fd a\u017e protipr\u00e1vny. Typick\u00fdm pr\u00edkladom takejto situ\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 poru\u0161enie vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00fdch predpisov zo strany mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00fd t\u00fdm pre organiz\u00e1ciu u\u0161etr\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00fa finan\u010dn\u00fa \u010diastku, o ktor\u00fa by bola organiz\u00e1\u00adcia ukr\u00e1ten\u00e1 v d\u00f4sledku nedokonal\u00fdch vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00fdch predpisov.<br \/>\nEtick\u00e9, pr\u00edpadne neetick\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie sa, je v\u00fdsledkom vplyvu mno\u017estva \u010dinite\u013eov. Ide o kombin\u00e1ciu osobnostn\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk, uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t osobnosti, ale aj veku na jednej strane a vplyvu zo strany prostredia, t.j. pra\u00adcovn\u00e9ho prostredia, kult\u00farneho prostredia a podobne. Vplyv t\u00fdchto \u010dinite\u013eov na etick\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie sa na pracovisku mo\u017eno zn\u00e1zorni\u0165 graficky nasleduj\u00facim sp\u00f4sobom.<\/p>\n<h3>Mana\u017e\u00e9ri ako pr\u00edklad etick\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania sa<\/h3>\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9ri by mali by\u0165 pr\u00edkladom etick\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania sa pre ostatn\u00fdch zamestnancov organiz\u00e1cie. Z toho vypl\u00fdva dvojit\u00e1 rola mana\u017e\u00e9ra v organiz\u00e1cii: za\u00adbezpe\u010di\u0165 jej efekt\u00edvne fungovanie, ale s\u00fa\u010dasne s t\u00fdm zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby sa t\u00e1to efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 dosahovala prostriedkami, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v s\u00falade s etick\u00fdm k\u00f3dexom spolo\u010dnosti ako celku. \u017dia\u013e, v praxi existuje mno\u017estvo pr\u00edkladov, ktor\u00e9 sved\u00ad\u010dia o nedodr\u017eiavan\u00ed etick\u00fdch princ\u00edpov tak u samotn\u00fdch mana\u017e\u00e9rov, ako aj organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed, na \u010dele ktor\u00fdch stoja t\u00edto mana\u017e\u00e9ri. S tak\u00fdmi pr\u00edkladmi sa m\u00f4\u017ee\u00adme stretn\u00fa\u0165 po\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fac povedzme potravin\u00e1rskymi predaj\u0148ami, kde sa s tich\u00fdm s\u00fahlasom ved\u00faceho predajne pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa potraviny, ktor\u00fdm u\u017e uplynula z\u00e1ru\u010d\u00adn\u00e1 lehota, a kon\u010diac v\u00fdrobcami automobilov, kde sa nezriedka st\u00e1va, \u017ee sa na trhu objav\u00ed cel\u00e1 s\u00e9ria automobilov napr\u00edklad s chybn\u00fdm brzdov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom. Z toho d\u00f4vodu by s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou mana\u017e\u00e9rskej roly a jeho etick\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania mala by\u0165 \u00faloha, ktor\u00e1 je zn\u00e1ma pod n\u00e1zvom Je to osoba, zamestnanec organiz\u00e1cie, ktor\u00fd je schopn\u00fd verejne pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na nedostatky v organiz\u00e1cii a t\u00fdm predch\u00e1dza\u0165 neetick\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vaniu sa organiz\u00e1cie. T\u00fdm s\u00fa\u010dasne pod\u00adporuje jej soci\u00e1lnu zodpovednos\u0165.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1verom k tejto \u010dasti mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee organiza\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie je \u0161t\u00fa\u00addium spr\u00e1vania sa jednotlivcov a skup\u00edn \u013eud\u00ed v organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch vo vz\u0165ahu k ich pracovnej v\u00fdkonnosti. Poznatky z organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre mana\u017e\u00e9rov, preto\u017ee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mana\u017e\u00e9ri s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00ed za v\u00fdsledky \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa ich pod\u00adriaden\u00ed pracovn\u00edci;<\/li>\n<li>v meniacom sa prostred\u00ed sa men\u00ed aj pracovn\u00e1 sila;<\/li>\n<li>menia sa o\u010dak\u00e1vania z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov;<\/li>\n<li>menia sa aj samotn\u00e9 organiz\u00e1cie;<\/li>\n<li>v d\u00f4sledku toho by sa tie\u017e mali meni\u0165 aj mana\u017e\u00e9ri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Podnikate\u013esk\u00e1 etika<\/h2>\n<p>Podnikate\u013esk\u00e1 etika je s\u00fabor v\u0161eobecne platn\u00fdch etick\u00fdch z\u00e1sad a noriem aplikovan\u00fdch v podnikan\u00ed. Etika s ekonomikou maj\u00fa spolo\u010dn\u00e9 prieniky na makro\u00farovni, mezo\u00farovni a mikro\u00farovni. Podnikate\u013esk\u00fa etiku mo\u017eno rozdeli\u0165 na:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>etika \u00fa\u017eitku <\/strong>\u2013 sk\u00fama mo\u017enosti dan\u00e9ho rozhodnutia z h\u013eadiska \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej skupiny v r\u00e1mci podnikate\u013esk\u00e9ho prostredia nez\u00e1visle od ich skupiny, ktor\u00e1 nem\u00e1 nijak\u00fd \u00fa\u017eitok,<\/li>\n<li><strong>etika povinnosti <\/strong>\u2013 upriamuje pozornos\u0165 na v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 z\u00e1sady ur\u010dit\u00e9ho sp\u00f4sobu rozhodovania a na to, \u010di je tento sp\u00f4sob v s\u00falade aj so svedom\u00edm,<\/li>\n<li><strong>etika zodpovednosti <\/strong>\u2013 sleduje n\u00e1sledky rozhodnut\u00ed subjektov podnikania. Pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to etika vych\u00e1dza z individu\u00e1lnych charakterov\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov podnikania.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Z\u00e1sady podnikate\u013eskej etiky<\/h3>\n<p>Medzi hlavn\u00e9 z\u00e1sady podnikate\u013eskej etiky patr\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dobrovo\u013ene dodr\u017eiava\u0165 z\u00e1kony,<\/li>\n<li>venova\u0165 pr\u00e1ci potrebn\u00fa pozornos\u0165,<\/li>\n<li>jedna\u0165 v dobrej viere,<\/li>\n<li>by\u0165 si vedom\u00fd zodpovednosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mor\u00e1lno-podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 hodnoty<\/h3>\n<p>Hodnoty mo\u017eno v\u0161eobecne definova\u0165 ako z\u00e1sady, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00fa orientova\u0165 a formova\u0165 spr\u00e1vanie \u013eud\u00ed a spolo\u010dnosti. Ich opis, obsah a relat\u00edvna ve\u013ekos\u0165 z\u00e1vis\u00ed od subjektov hodnotenia. V s\u00favislosti s etikou mo\u017eno definova\u0165 prieniky eticko-podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mor\u00e1lne a z\u00e1rove\u0148 podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 hodnoty<\/strong> \u2013 zodpovednos\u0165,<\/li>\n<li><strong>vybran\u00e9 mor\u00e1lne hodnoty<\/strong> \u2013 tolerancia, \u010destnos\u0165, svedomie, \u00facta,<\/li>\n<li><strong>vybran\u00e9 podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 hodnoty<\/strong> \u2013 spravodlivos\u0165, odvaha, vytrvalos\u0165, spolupr\u00e1ca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex podniku<\/h2>\n<p>Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex podniku s\u00fa form\u00e1lne z\u00e1sady a po\u017eiadavky spr\u00e1vania sa zamestnancov a \u0161pecifikom je ich univerz\u00e1lny charakter, ktor\u00fd sa vz\u0165ahuje na ak\u00fako\u013evek \u010dinnos\u0165 \u010dloveka v danej situ\u00e1cii. Tento pojem predstavuje <strong>s\u00fahrn etick\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 firma re\u0161pektova\u0165 pri svojich aktivit\u00e1ch.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Hlavnou funkciou<\/strong> etick\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu je regul\u00e1cia spr\u00e1vania jednotlivca alebo celej skupiny v s\u00falade s ist\u00fdmi skupinov\u00fdmi etick\u00fdmi normami, ktor\u00e9 sa implementuj\u00fa do sf\u00e9r \u013eudskej \u010dinnosti. <strong>Jeho \u00falohou<\/strong> je uisti\u0165 spotrebite\u013ea a \u0161irok\u00fa verejnos\u0165, \u017ee dan\u00fd podnik sa pridr\u017eiava mor\u00e1lnych princ\u00edpov v s\u00falade s o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00edm. Z\u00e1kladnou \u0161truktur\u00e1lnou \u010das\u0165ou k\u00f3dexu je <strong>preambula<\/strong>, v ktorej je vyjadren\u00fd z\u00e1v\u00e4zok firmy kona\u0165 eticky, form\u00e1lne vyhl\u00e1senie o charaktere podnikania a postaven\u00ed firmy a o \u010destnosti podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch z\u00e1merov v bud\u00facnosti. Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex by mal by\u0165 <strong>realistick\u00fd<\/strong>, <strong>jednozna\u010dn\u00fd<\/strong> a <strong>zrozumite\u013en\u00fd<\/strong>, obsahuj\u00faci sankcie, ktor\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa z jeho nedodr\u017eiavania.<br \/>\n<strong>Pri jeho tvorbe<\/strong> treba stanovi\u0165 tak\u00e9 hodnoty, ktor\u00e9 by zamestnanci prijali a stoto\u017enili sa s nimi. Nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 odporu\u010di\u0165 spr\u00e1vanie pre v\u0161etky etick\u00e9 dilemy, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu vznikn\u00fa\u0165.
