Ide o syst\u00e9m predaja prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00e9ho sa pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00fdrobky, slu\u017eby alebo technol\u00f3gie. Spo\u010d\u00edva v \u00fazkej spolupr\u00e1ci pr\u00e1vne samostatn\u00fdch a finan\u010dne nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch podnikov poskytovate\u013ea a prij\u00edmate\u013ea. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/externe-zdroje-financovania-podniku\/\">Predmetom franchisingu<\/a> je franchisa &#8211; opr\u00e1vnenie prij\u00edmate\u013ea franchisingu na vykon\u00e1vanie odbytovej koncepcie poskytovate\u013ea franchisingu vo vlastnom mene a na vlastn\u00fd \u00fa\u010det.<\/p>\n<h2>Poskytovate\u013e (Franchisor) a prij\u00edmate\u013e (Franchisee)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Poskytovate\u013e franchisingu (franchisor)<\/strong> &#8211; je podnikate\u013esk\u00fd subjekt, ktor\u00fd pred\u00e1va osvcd\u010den\u00fa koncepciu podnikania a poskytuje vyu\u017eitie svojich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed. Franchisor je p\u00f4vodcom a majite\u013eom podnikate\u013esk\u00e9ho n\u00e1padu, ktor\u00fd sa \u010falej st\u00e1va predmetom obchodu.<br \/>\n<strong>Prij\u00edmate\u013e franchisingu (franchisee) &#8211; <\/strong>je podnikate\u013esk\u00fd subjekt, ktor\u00fd preber\u00e1 koncepciu, a tak sa st\u00e1va \u010fal\u0161\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nkom re\u0165azca. Pod\u013ea tohto krit\u00e9ria rozozn\u00e1vame tri z\u00e1kladne formy franchisingu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>franchising v\u00fdrobny<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>franchising distribu\u010dn\u00fd<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>franchising slu\u017eieb<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>V\u00fdrobn\u00fd franchising (produktov\u00fd)<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdrobn\u00fd franchising zah\u0155\u0148a v\u00fdrobu a predaj jedn\u00e9ho alebo viacer\u00fdch produktov. Ozna\u010duje sa aj ako priemyseln\u00fd franchising, ale m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 tie\u017e remese\u013en\u00edcky alebo po\u013enohospod\u00e1rsky. Prij\u00edmate\u013e vyr\u00e1ba produkty s\u00e1m, pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu poskytovate\u013ea a pred\u00e1va ich pod jeho zna\u010dkou. V niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch poskytovate\u013e (v\u00fdrobca) vyr\u00e1ba podstatu produktu, dod\u00e1 ju prij\u00edmate\u013eovi, ten produkt dokon\u010d\u00ed pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu v\u00fdrobcu a pred\u00e1 ho pod zna\u010dkou v\u00fdrobcu.<\/p>\n<h3>Odbytov\u00fd franchising (distribu\u010dn\u00fd)<\/h3>\n<p>Odbytov\u00fd franchising umo\u017e\u0148uje odbyt produktu. Pod\u013ea miesta, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 poskytovate\u013e vo vertik\u00e1lnej \u0161trukt\u00fare pohybu tovaru, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v\u00fdrobcom alebo sprostredkovate\u013eom. V\u00fdrobca sa st\u00e1va poskytovate\u013eom franchisingu maloobchodn\u00edkovi, ktor\u00fd pred\u00e1va jeho produkty. Pri poskytovan\u00ed slu\u017eieb je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby poskytovate\u013e franchisingu dbal na pr\u00edsnom dodr\u017eiavan\u00ed know- how. Dod\u00e1vate\u013e, ktor\u00fd mu ich dod\u00e1va ako svoje zna\u010dkov\u00e9 produkty mu poskytuje pr\u00e1vo pou\u017ei\u0165 t\u00fato zna\u010dku na ozna\u010denie vymedzen\u00e9ho oddelenia.<\/p>\n<h3>Masterfranchising<\/h3>\n<p>Franchisingov\u00e1 centr\u00e1la v jednej krajine poskytne povolenie prij\u00edmate\u013eovi v inej krajine, ktor\u00fd sa st\u00e1va hlavn\u00fdm prij\u00edmate\u013eom (Master Franchisorom) a je s\u00fa\u010dasne centr\u00e1lou pre vymedzen\u00e9 \u00fazemie.
