Rozsah n\u00e1rokov na pr\u00e1cu sa men\u00ed a povinnos\u0165ou zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea je stara\u0165 sa o \u010fal\u0161ie vzdel\u00e1vanie a rozvoj zamestnancov.<\/p>\n<h2>Motiv\u00e1cia a spokojnos\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Vzdel\u00e1vanie a vytv\u00e1ranie podmienok na rozvoj zamestnancov pozit\u00edvne ovplyv\u0148uje<a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/downloads\/statnice\/odmenovanie-motivacia-a-stimulacia-pracovnikov\/\"> motiv\u00e1ciu zamestnancov<\/a>, ich spokojnos\u0165 s pr\u00e1cou v organiz\u00e1cii a prehlbuje ich pocit spolun\u00e1le\u017eitosti a z\u00e1v\u00e4zku vo\u010di zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi. Okrem toho si organiz\u00e1cia formuje pracovn\u00fa silu pod\u013ea svojich predst\u00e1v a potrieb, zvy\u0161uje pracovn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l zamestnancov a atraktivitu, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok z\u00edskavanie efekt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edch zamestnancov a vedie k zni\u017eovaniu fluktu\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<h2>Defin\u00edcie vzdel\u00e1vania<\/h2>\n<p>Prostredn\u00edctvom vzdel\u00e1vania z\u00edskava \u010dlovek nov\u00e9 vedomosti, rozv\u00edja svoje vedomosti a schopnosti. Ka\u017ed\u00fd autor uv\u00e1dza vlastn\u00fa defin\u00edciu vzdel\u00e1vania, napr\u00edklad M. Armstrong ho definuje ako: \u201e<em>nepretr\u017eit\u00fd proces, ktor\u00fd nielen zvy\u0161uje existuj\u00face schopnosti, ale tie\u017e vedie k rozv\u00edjaniu zru\u010dnost\u00ed, vedomost\u00ed a postojov, ktor\u00e9 pripravuj\u00fa \u013eud\u00ed na bud\u00face \u0161ir\u0161ie, n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie a z h\u013eadiska \u00farovne aj vy\u0161\u0161ie \u00falohy<\/em>.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Prehlbovanie pracovn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>J. Koubek<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> definuje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazment\/riadenie-ludskych-zdrojov\/vzdelavanie-pracovnikov\/\">vzdel\u00e1vanie zamestnancov<\/a> podrobnej\u0161ie ako person\u00e1lnu \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 zah\u0155\u0148a prehlbovanie pracovn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed (prisp\u00f4sobovanie schopnost\u00ed zamestnancov meniacim sa po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m pracovn\u00e9ho miesta); zvy\u0161ovanie pou\u017eite\u013enosti zamestnancov (roz\u0161irovanie pracovn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed); rekvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 procesy; prisp\u00f4sobovanie pracovnej schopnosti nov\u00fdch zamestnancov po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m dan\u00e9ho miesta, technike, technol\u00f3gii, \u0161t\u00fdlu pr\u00e1ce v organiz\u00e1cii a pod. (orient\u00e1cia zamestnanca) a formovanie osobnosti zamestnanca. \u201e<em>Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm cie\u013eom vzdel\u00e1vania v organiz\u00e1cii je pom\u00f4c\u0165 mana\u017ementu dosiahnu\u0165 stanoven\u00e9 ciele vyu\u017eit\u00edm a rozvojom schopnost\u00ed zamestnancov. Predpokladom toho je vzdel\u00e1vanie mana\u017e\u00e9rov koncipovan\u00e9 ako nepretr\u017eit\u00e1 a systematick\u00e1 aktivita<\/em>.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>U\u010denie ako permanentn\u00e1 zmena v chovan\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pojmy s\u00favisiace so vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm a rozvojom uv\u00e1dza M. Armstrong<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a>. U\u010denie sa je relat\u00edvne permanentn\u00e1 zmena v chovan\u00ed, ku ktorej doch\u00e1dza v d\u00f4sledku praxe alebo sk\u00fasenost\u00ed. Vzdel\u00e1vanie je rozvoj hodn\u00f4t a vedomost\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fdch v\u0161eobecne vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch oblastiach \u017eivota, ktor\u00e9 sa nevz\u0165ahuj\u00fa ku konkr\u00e9tnym oblastiam pracovnej \u010dinnosti. Rozvoj je rast alebo realiz\u00e1cia osobn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed a potenci\u00e1lu prostredn\u00edctvom vzdel\u00e1vania a praxe. Odborn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie je pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 a systematick\u00e9 formovanie chovania pomocou pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k u\u010deniu, vzdel\u00e1vania a in\u0161trukci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa dosiahnu\u0165 tak\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 vedomost\u00ed, zru\u010dnost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed, aby mohli \u013eudia svoju pr\u00e1cu vykon\u00e1va\u0165 efekt\u00edvne.<\/p>\n<h3>Rozdiel medzi u\u010den\u00edm, rozvojom a vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm<\/h3>\n<p>Hron\u00edk<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> vysvetlil rozdiel medzi u\u010den\u00edm, rozvojom a vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm. U\u010denie (sa) je proces zmeny, ktor\u00fd zah\u0155\u0148a nov\u00e9 vedenie i nov\u00e9 konanie. Prebieha organizovane, ale aj spont\u00e1nne. U\u010denie zah\u0155\u0148a viac ne\u017e rozvoj a vzdel\u00e1vanie. Rozvoj je dosiahnutie \u017eiaducej zmeny pomocou u\u010denia (sa). Rozvoj obsahuje z\u00e1mer, ktor\u00fd je podstatnou \u010das\u0165ou ohrani\u010den\u00fdch a neohrani\u010den\u00fdch rozvojov\u00fdch programov. Vzdel\u00e1vanie je organizovan\u00fd a in\u0161titucionalizovan\u00fd sp\u00f4sob u\u010denia. Vzdel\u00e1vacie aktivity maj\u00fa svoj za\u010diatok a koniec.<\/p>\n<h3>Koncepcie vzdel\u00e1vania pod\u013ea \u00fa\u010dinnosti<\/h3>\n<p>Koubek<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> definuje tri koncepcie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/vzdelanie-ako-zakladne-ludske-pravo\/\">vzdel\u00e1vania<\/a> pod\u013ea \u00fa\u010dinnosti, ktor\u00fa maj\u00fa. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee sa v podniku pou\u017e\u00edva teoretick\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie a rozvoj formou predn\u00e1\u0161ok, diskusi\u00ed, jednoduch\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch programov a v\u00fdukov\u00fdch dieln\u00ed, je \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 n\u00edzka. Ak sa prejde na praktick\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie formou z\u00edskavania praktick\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm a rozvojom na pracovisku, \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 je vy\u0161\u0161ia.
