Mzdov\u00fd poriadok b\u00fdva spravidla s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou pracovn\u00e9ho poriadku. Kolekt\u00edvnu zmluvu maj\u00fa vypracovan\u00fa len tie organiz\u00e1cie, v ktor\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazment\/vseobecny-manazment\/mocenske-zakladne-v-organizaciach\/\">funguje odborov\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia<\/a>. Hlavn\u00e9 negocia\u010dn\u00e9 (vyjedn\u00e1vanie) pravidl\u00e1 vz\u00e1jomn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov a komunik\u00e1cie medzi zamestnancami a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom s\u00fa spravidla upraven\u00e9 v pracovnom poriadku.<\/p>\n<h2>Organiza\u010dn\u00fd poriadok<\/h2>\n<p>Je z\u00e1kladnou organiza\u010dnou normou a z\u00e1rove\u0148 komunika\u010dn\u00fdm prostriedkom ka\u017edej spolo\u010dnosti. Vymedzuje \u010dinnosti, pr\u00e1vomoci, zodpovednosti, a vz\u0165ahy vo vn\u00fatri spolo\u010dnosti v priestore a v \u010dase a je v s\u00falade s jej organiza\u010dnou \u0161trukt\u00farou. Mal by nadv\u00e4zova\u0165 na Zakladaciu listinu a Stanovy spolo\u010dnosti. (odborov\u00fd \u00fasek, oddelenie , refer\u00e1t a pod.)<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00e9 ustanovenia \u2013 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho poriadku, jeho z\u00e1v\u00e4znos\u0165, v\u00fdklad ustanoven\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Obsah osobitnej \u010dasti organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho poriadku<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>poslanie v\u00fdkonn\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu spolo\u010dnosti, jeho zlo\u017eenie a zodpovednos\u0165, hlavn\u00e9 \u00falohy, pre v\u00fdkonn\u00fd mana\u017ement, pr\u00e1vo na uzatv\u00e1ranie zml\u00fav, vyd\u00e1vanie z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fdch riadiacich nariaden\u00ed a pod.<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e1va, povinnosti a zodpovednos\u0165 ved\u00facich pracovn\u00edkov a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edkov, ktor\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa zo z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce, pracovn\u00e9ho poriadku, kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy a ich konkretiz\u00e1cie v s\u00fastave organiza\u010dn\u00fdch a riadiacich noriem spolo\u010dnosti<\/li>\n<li>v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 ustanovenia p\u00f4sobnosti \u00fatvarov<\/li>\n<li>odborn\u00e9 p\u00f4sobnosti \u00fasekov, odborov, a samostatn\u00fdch oddelen\u00ed, pri\u010dom s\u00fa presne stanoven\u00e9 hlavn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti a zodpovednos\u0165<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00e9 ustanovenia obsahuj\u00face term\u00edn platnosti organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho poriadku, pr\u00edlohy organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho poriadku, r\u00f4zne organiza\u010dn\u00e9 sch\u00e9my at\u010f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Organiza\u010dn\u00fd poriadok je z\u00e1v\u00e4znou komunika\u010dnou normou preto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 na prvej strane uvies\u0165:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>meno spolo\u010dnosti, pre ktor\u00fa organiza\u010dn\u00fd poriadok plat\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>kto vyd\u00e1va organiza\u010dn\u00fd poriadok (gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e, riadite\u013e)<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e1tum nadobudnutia platnosti organiza\u010dn\u00e9ho poriadku<\/li>\n<li>rozdelovn\u00edk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kvalitne vypracovan\u00fd organiza\u010dn\u00fd poriadok prispieva k <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/interna-a-externa-komunikacia-v-podniku\/\">bezprobl\u00e9movej vn\u00fatropodnikovej komunik\u00e1cii<\/a> a dotv\u00e1ra image ka\u017edej spolo\u010dnosti. M\u00f4\u017ee obsahova\u0165 aj jeho nadv\u00e4znos\u0165 na ostatn\u00e9 vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00e9 dokumenty.<\/p>\n<h2>Pracovn\u00fd poriadok<\/h2>\n<p>Patr\u00ed medzi z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 normy a komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky spolo\u010dnosti. Jeho cie\u013eom je konkretizova\u0165 a spresni\u0165 v\u0161eobecne z\u00e1v\u00e4zne pr\u00e1vne predpisy (\u00fastava, \u00fastavn\u00e9 z\u00e1kony, nariadenia vl\u00e1dy, vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky ministerstiev a pod.) V r\u00e1mci pracovn\u00e9ho poriadku zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nem\u00f4\u017ee uklada\u0165 zamestnancom \u010fal\u0161ie povinnosti, nem\u00f4\u017ee zaklada\u0165 nov\u00e9 povinnosti, teda v z\u00e1sade nem\u00f4\u017ee ani zvy\u0161ova\u0165 ani obmedzova\u0165 povinnosti a pr\u00e1va (n\u00e1roky) zamestnancov nad r\u00e1mec ustanoven\u00ed pracovno-pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi. Ustanovenia obsiahnut\u00e9 v pracovnom poriadku musia by\u0165 v s\u00falade so v\u0161eobecne z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi, nesmie im protire\u010di\u0165, spochyb\u0148ova\u0165 ich alebo vyvraca\u0165. Na druhej strane zamestnanec je povinn\u00fd obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 sa s pracovn\u00fdm poriadkom spolo\u010dnosti a riadi\u0165 sa n\u00edm po\u010das trvania pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru. Pracovn\u00fd poriadok ako z\u00e1kladn\u00fa vn\u00fatorn\u00fa normu riadenia spolo\u010dnosti vypracov\u00e1va person\u00e1lny \u00fatvar spolo\u010dnosti pri\u010dom ka\u017ed\u00fd probl\u00e9m konzultuje s jednotliv\u00fdmi \u00fasekmi spolo\u010dnosti s odbormi. Ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e m\u00f4\u017ee vyda\u0165 pracovn\u00fd poriadok. Pokia\u013e sa tak rozhodne, mus\u00ed pri jeho vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed postupova\u0165 v s\u00falade so z\u00e1konn\u00edkom pr\u00e1ce a ostatn\u00fdmi z\u00e1konmi a pracovno-pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi nariadeniami a vyhl\u00e1\u0161kami ministerstiev a nadriaden\u00fdch org\u00e1nov.<\/p>\n<h3>Obsah a \u0161trukt\u00fara pracovn\u00e9ho poriadku<\/h3>\n<p>Nie s\u00fa upraven\u00e9 v \u017eiadnom z\u00e1kone ani predpise. Pracovn\u00fd poriadne je teda v\u00fdsostne dielom spolo\u010dnosti. Upravuje pracovn\u00e9 postupy pr\u00e1vomoci, a zodpovednos\u0165 za \u010dinnos\u0165 a produkty spolo\u010dnosti. Stanovuje z\u00e1sady tvorby, schvalovania, zmien, vyd\u00e1vania distrib\u00facie pou\u017e\u00edvania a ru\u0161enia vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch noriem spolo\u010dnosti.
