Banka posudzuje DTI <em>po novom \u00favere<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DSTI<\/strong> \u2013 podiel v\u0161etk\u00fdch mesa\u010dn\u00fdch spl\u00e1tok (existuj\u00face + nov\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka + nov\u00fd spotrebn\u00fd \u00faver) na \u010distom mesa\u010dnom pr\u00edjme po zapo\u010d\u00edtan\u00ed rezervy (\u017eivotn\u00e9 minimum, stresov\u00e9 testy sadzieb). Vy\u0161\u0161ie \u00faroky na spotreb\u00e1ku zvy\u0161uj\u00fa spl\u00e1tku a t\u00fdm aj DSTI.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LTV<\/strong> \u2013 maxim\u00e1lna v\u00fd\u0161ka hypot\u00e9ky vo\u010di hodnote zakladanej nehnute\u013enosti. Banka v\u017edy posudzuje aktu\u00e1lne platn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 a vlastn\u00fa apet\u00edtov\u00fa politiku rizika.<\/p>\n<h2>Typy spotrebn\u00fdch \u00faverov v kombin\u00e1cii s hypot\u00e9kou<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Be\u017en\u00fd nezabezpe\u010den\u00fd spotrebn\u00fd \u00faver<\/strong> \u2013 r\u00fdchly, krat\u0161ia splatnos\u0165 (zvy\u010dajne 1\u20138 rokov), vy\u0161\u0161ia \u00farokov\u00e1 sadzba, ni\u017e\u0161ie sumy.
