Pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 DTI signalizuje nadmern\u00e9 dlhy. <em>Prevencia:<\/em> splati\u0165 \u010das\u0165 \u00faverov, nezvy\u0161ova\u0165 zbyto\u010dne kreditn\u00e9 limity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DSTI (Debt Service-to-Income):<\/strong> Podiel mesa\u010dn\u00fdch spl\u00e1tok na mesa\u010dnom pr\u00edjme. Banka testuje spl\u00e1tku aj v z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eovom scen\u00e1ri (vy\u0161\u0161ia sadzba). <em>Prevencia:<\/em> zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 existuj\u00face spl\u00e1tky, pred\u013a\u017ei\u0165 splatnos\u0165, zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 pr\u00edjem alebo prida\u0165 spolu\u017eiadate\u013ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Pr\u00edklad:<\/em> \u010cist\u00fd mesa\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edjem dom\u00e1cnosti 1&nbsp;800&nbsp;\u20ac; existuj\u00face spl\u00e1tky 250&nbsp;\u20ac; pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 spl\u00e1tka hypot\u00e9ky 600&nbsp;\u20ac.
