Je to prostriedok, ktor\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje \u013eu\u010fom vynikn\u00fa\u0165 a vymani\u0165 sa zo sveta jednoduchej biologickej existencie. Dokonca ani v dne\u0161nej dobe internetovej a po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovej komunik\u00e1cie nestratila svoj v\u00fdznam. Dokonca aj v tejto dobe sa komunik\u00e1cia dostala na in\u00fd stupe\u0148, pr\u00e1ve efekt\u00edvna komunik\u00e1cia tvor\u00ed z\u00e1klad \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9ho, efekt\u00edvneho fungovania ka\u017ed\u00e9ho druhu \u013eudskej komunity.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\n\u0160pecifick\u00e9 druhy \u013eudsk\u00fdch komun\u00edt s\u00fa aj firmy- organiz\u00e1cie s\u00fa z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na motiv\u00e1ci\u00ed, anga\u017eovanosti a dobrej informovanosti svojich zamestnancov o strat\u00e9gii a z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch podniku, pr\u00e1ve ich realiz\u00e1cia sa d\u00e1 docieli\u0165 jedine prostredn\u00edctvom efekt\u00edvnej komunik\u00e1cie.<br \/>\nIntern\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia predstavuje ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd prvok podnikovej kult\u00fary a je to aj prostriedok objas\u0148ovania firemn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t, smerom navonok sa firma prezentuje prostredn\u00edctvom externej komunik\u00e1cia, samozrejme prostredn\u00edctvom vhodn\u00e9ho a aplikovan\u00e9ho public relations \u2013 to s\u00fa dnes \u010dasto sklo\u0148ovanou t\u00e9mou v laickej i odbornej verejnosti. Ich prvorad\u00fdm poslan\u00edm je objekt\u00edvne informova\u0165 identifikovan\u00e9 cie\u013eov\u00e9 skupiny a pritom budova\u0165 dobr\u00e9 meno spolo\u010dnosti a vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 porozumenie medzi podnikom a verejnos\u0165ou.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\nPr\u00e1ve podniky venuj\u00fa mal\u00fa pozornos\u0165 na vn\u00fatro firemn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu, ale zato s vonkaj\u0161ou verejnos\u0165ou vyv\u00edja mnoho aktiv\u00edt, ktor\u00e9 nie v\u017edy ved\u00fa k o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku Preto je ve\u013emi podstatn\u00e9 venova\u0165 pozornos\u0165 aj internej aj externej komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed na rovnakej \u00farovni.<br \/>\nPreto sme sa v semin\u00e1rnej pr\u00e1ci rozhodli venova\u0165 pr\u00e1ve externej ako aj internej komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed v podniku. Rozhodli sme sa preto venova\u0165 pozornos\u0165 rozdielom ako aj zhodn\u00fdm rysom t\u00fdchto komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed. V prvej \u010dasti pr\u00e1ce definuje pojem komunik\u00e1ciu, jej procesy a formy. Chceme obsiahnu\u0165 aj firemn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu a na vybranom podniku op\u00edsa\u0165 extern\u00fa aj intern\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<h2>Komunik\u00e1cia v podniku a jej vymedzenie<\/h2>\n<p>Komunik\u00e1cia m\u00e1 svoj p\u00f4vod v slove \u201ecommunicare\u201c zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00facom zdie\u013eanie, spolo\u010dn\u00fa cestu. Znamen\u00e1 \u010falej radi\u0165 sa, dorozumieva\u0165 sa s niek\u00fdm. Slovo komunik\u00e1cia nem\u00e1 jednorazov\u00fd charakter, ide o proces v\u00fdmeny inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, my\u0161lienok a predst\u00e1v medzi odosielate\u013eom a pr\u00edjemcom. Vo v\u0161eobecnosti je to je to proces prenosu sprostredkovan\u00e9ho zmyslu a v\u00fdznamu v\u00fdpovede prostredn\u00edctvom vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho porozumenia si, pomocou znakov, symbolov, dominantn\u00e9 s\u00fa jazykov\u00e9 znaky .Av\u0161ak aj mimojazykov\u00e9 symboly ako je logo, znak, obal, poslanie a pod.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\nKomunik\u00e1cia je podmienka v\u00fdvoja existencie \u013eud\u00ed a prostredn\u00edctvom komunik\u00e1cie s \u013eudia sp\u00e1jaj\u00fa na dosiahnutie spolo\u010dn\u00fdch cie\u013eov, ako aj umo\u017e\u0148uje ovplyvni\u0165 jednotlivcov i skupiny modifikova\u0165 ich spr\u00e1vanie a dosahova\u0165 efekt\u00edvne zmeny a t\u00fdm aj pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 ciele. Hlavne v\u010faka komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017eu \u013eudia pracova\u0165 efekt\u00edvne. Pod\u013ea \u0160krablovej (2005,s.17) je komunik\u00e1cia: \u201e <em>Vlastne v\u0161etko , \u010do rob\u00edme a \u010do je hlavne vidie\u0165 navonok. Ke\u010f nie\u010do hovor\u00edme, rob\u00edme nejak\u00fd pohyb, zatv\u00e1rime sa, alebo si len tak p\u00edskame, dokonca i ke\u010f ticho ded\u00edme zatvoren\u00ed v kancel\u00e1ri\u00ed komunikujeme<\/em>.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\n<em>\u201eKomunik\u00e1cie je ako stavba, na ktorej pracuj\u00fa v\u0161etci spolo\u010dne. Ten kto hovor\u00ed, mus\u00ed svoje slov\u00e1 voli\u0165 s oh\u013eadom na celkov\u00fa inform\u00e1ciu podobne, ako ke\u010f m\u00far vklad\u00e1 do celku stavby svoje tehly.<\/em>\u201c Andr\u00e9 Maurois.<br \/>\nObsah slova komunik\u00e1cia v praxi tvor\u00ed akoby z\u00e1klad v\u0161etk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov medzi \u013eu\u010fmi. V procese vz\u00e1jomnej komunik\u00e1cie \u013eudia buduj\u00fa nie\u010do spolo\u010densk\u00e9, verejn\u00e9, je to z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165 vz\u0165ahu a odl\u00ed\u0161enia sa. \u010c\u00edm je \u013eudsk\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 na vy\u0161\u0161om stupni svojho v\u00fdvoja a \u010d\u00edm je rozumnej\u0161ia, t\u00fdm viac sa v nej komunikuje. Preto \u00falohou komunik\u00e1cie je vytv\u00e1ranie a neust\u00e1le formovanie a obnovovanie vz\u0165ahov s okol\u00edm, ako aj \u00fasilie o formulovanie a presadzovanie vlastn\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov. <a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\nKomunik\u00e1cia na z\u00e1klade toho je proces, pri ktorom formulujeme ist\u00fd zmysel v snahe vytvori\u0165 spolo\u010dn\u00e9 ch\u00e1panie formulovanej skuto\u010dnosti, vy\u017eaduje to primeran\u00fd reperto\u00e1r zru\u010dnost\u00ed v interperson\u00e1lnom vybaven\u00ed a spracovan\u00ed. Komunik\u00e1cia, ale vy\u017eaduje na\u010d\u00favanie, pozorovanie, rozpr\u00e1vanie, p\u00e1tranie, anal\u00fdzu ako aj vyhodnocovanie sprostredkovan\u00e9ho obsahu v\u00fdpovede. Pr\u00e1ve pri komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed doch\u00e1dza k \u0161\u00edreniu inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ako aj dorozumievaniu, v\u00fdmene vedomost\u00ed ako aj schopnost\u00ed, eventu\u00e1lne ku konfront\u00e1ci\u00ed n\u00e1zorov. Ka\u017ed\u00fd podnik\/ spolo\u010dnos\u0165\/ firma predstavuje \u017eiv\u00fd soci\u00e1lny syst\u00e9m, v ktorom sa klad\u00fa na komunik\u00e1ciu vysok\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky a z\u00e1rove\u0148 samotn\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia, jej kvalita a vhodn\u00e9 zameranie ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa \u00faspe\u0161nos\u0165 podniku. Pr\u00e1ve komunik\u00e1cia je prostriedkom riadenia a spojenia \u013eud\u00ed v organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed pre dosiahnutie spolo\u010dn\u00fdch cie\u013eov a z\u00e1merov, prel\u00edna sa v\u0161etk\u00fdmi funkciami mana\u017ementu. Proces komunik\u00e1cie sa neobmedzuje len smerom do vn\u00fatra na vlastn\u00fdch zamestnancov, ale prinajmen\u0161om rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je tie\u017e zameranie komunik\u00e1cie do extern\u00e9ho prostredia, budovanie vhodn\u00e9ho \u201epublic relations\u201c podniku. Na z\u00e1klade toho na akej \u00farovni prebieha komunik\u00e1cia, ako aj na \u010do sa zameriava, \u010dlen\u00edme firemn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazer-a-komunikacia\/\">Intern\u00fa alebo vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu<\/a>, t\u00e1 je vo vn\u00fatri firmy, medzi pracovn\u00edkmi, nadriaden\u00fdmi, podriaden\u00fdmi<\/li>\n<li>Extern\u00fa alebo mimopodnikov\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu, firma komunikuje s verejnos\u0165ou, cie\u013eom je zauja\u0165 pr\u00e1ve vybran\u00fa cie\u013eov\u00fa skupinu existuj\u00facich, \u010di potencion\u00e1lnych klientov.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u013dudsk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie v ktorejko\u013evek oblasti \u017eivota m\u00e1 komunika\u010dn\u00fd charakter. \u010clovek je predov\u0161etk\u00fdm bytos\u0165 komunikat\u00edvna. Bez komunik\u00e1cie nie je \u013eudsk\u00e9 bytie, to m\u00f4\u017eeme vidie\u0165 n\u00e1zorne u\u017e u die\u0165a\u0165a, ktor\u00fd by bez mnohostrannej starostlivosti rodi\u010dov nepre\u017eilo. Vyjadrujeme svoje n\u00e1zory, \u017eelania, n\u00e1pady a taktie\u017e po\u017eiadavky, preto sa sna\u017e\u00edme presved\u010di\u0165 alebo ovplyvni\u0165.
