V pr\u00e1ci klasifikujeme riziko jeho podstatu, druhy riz\u00edk. S rizikom sa stret\u00e1vame v ka\u017edodennom \u017eivote, predstavuje pojem, ktor\u00e9ho defin\u00edciu si objasn\u00edme v semin\u00e1rnej pr\u00e1ci. V druhej \u010dasti pr\u00e1ce sa venujeme riadeniu riz\u00edk jeho podstatu, ako sa postupuje pri riaden\u00ed potravinov\u00e9ho rizika, ako sa definuje a a k\u00fdm norm\u00e1m je podriaden\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Charakteristika rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Riziko sa d\u00e1 ve\u013emi \u0165a\u017eko definova\u0165, ale v podstate sa d\u00e1 op\u00edsa\u0165 riziko ako \u010dosi nest\u00e1le, neur\u010dit\u00e9, \u010do s\u00favis\u00ed s priebehom javu \u010do naru\u0161uje jeho \u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie. Spolu s rizikom aj neistota a neur\u010ditos\u0165 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou konania \u010dloveka v danom prostred\u00ed. Riziko je spojen\u00e9 s \u010dinnos\u0165ou \u010dloveka, neur\u010ditos\u0165 so stavom prostredia, alebo s ohrani\u010denou s\u00fastavou v danom prostred\u00ed. Mus\u00edme poznamena\u0165, \u017ee s\u00fastavy, v ktor\u00fdch prebiehaj\u00fa vedom\u00e9 \u010di nevedom\u00e9 deje maj\u00fa vytvoren\u00e9 vlastn\u00e9 prostredie, ktor\u00e9 sa charakterizuje ur\u010dit\u00fdm, alebo neur\u010dit\u00fdm spr\u00e1van\u00edm.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\nPojem riziko ch\u00e1peme aj ako o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fa po\u010detnos\u0165, alebo pravdepodobnos\u0165 vzniku nebezpe\u010denstva ur\u010ditej kateg\u00f3rie, alebo ve\u013ekosti (mieru ) mo\u017enej \u0161kody (ujmy, straty) pri vzniku ne\u017eiaducej udalosti, alebo kombin\u00e1ciu t\u00fdchto veli\u010d\u00edn. \u201e<em>Odhad rizika z\u00e1vis\u00ed od mno\u017einy faktorov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou, tzv. kauz\u00e1lnou z\u00e1vislos\u0165ou vzniku nehody<\/em>.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><em><sup><strong><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/strong><\/sup><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Druhy rizika<\/h3>\n<p>Ne\u017eiaduca udalos\u0165 m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00e4zbu na ur\u010dit\u00fa stratu spojen\u00fa s objektom rizika, vz\u0165ahy medzi objektom rizika k ne\u017eiaducim udalostiam n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje \u010dlenenie rizika. Ka\u017ed\u00fd druh rizika m\u00e1 charakteristick\u00e9 zdroje ako aj faktory.<\/p>\n<h3>Kvalifik\u00e1cia riz\u00edk<\/h3>\n<p>Rizik\u00e1 sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u0161ade okolo n\u00e1s v oblastiach spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho \u017eivota, v pr\u00edrodnom prostred\u00ed, technickom ako aj technologick\u00fdch procesoch. Na z\u00e1klade z\u00e1vislosti na p\u00f4vode je mo\u017en\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 rozdeli\u0165 do t\u00fdchto skup\u00edn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rizik\u00e1 antropog\u00e9nne:<\/li>\n<li>Sociog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1,<\/li>\n<li>Technog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1,<\/li>\n<li>Agrog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1, kombinovan\u00e9 rizik\u00e1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Antropog\u00e9nne s\u00favisia s \u010dinnos\u0165ou \u010dloveka v procese vytv\u00e1rania optim\u00e1lnych podmienok na \u017eivot. Nako\u013eko si neust\u00e1le prisp\u00f4sobujeme pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 podmienky pod\u013ea svojich potrieb a predst\u00e1v. Aktivity \u010dloveka s\u00fa \u010dasto priamym ohrozen\u00edm pr\u00edrody.<br \/>\nSociog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1 s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 so soci\u00e1lnymi javmi, s chovan\u00edm sa \u010dloveka ako jedinca, ktor\u00fd je osobnos\u0165ou a neopakovate\u013enou individualitou. S\u00fa z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na kvalite pr\u00e1ce jednotlivca, schopnosti \u013eud\u00ed komunikova\u0165 medzi sebou, \u00fa\u010dinnosti riadenia pracovn\u00fdch kolekt\u00edvov, pracovn\u00e9 podmienky, miera kvality slu\u017eieb poskytovan\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom.<br \/>\nTechnog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1 s\u00fa tak\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa z\u00e1sadn\u00fa hrozbu pre v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 procesy a r\u00f4zny slu\u017eby. Aj tieto del\u00edme na:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rizik\u00e1 ohrozuj\u00face technologick\u00e9 procesy vo v\u00fdrobe a slu\u017eb\u00e1ch,<\/li>\n<li>rizik\u00e1 ohrozuj\u00face technick\u00e9 a technologick\u00e9 zariadenia a prostriedky,<\/li>\n<li>rizik\u00e1 ohrozuj\u00face infra\u0161trukt\u00faru a energetick\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u0161t\u00e1tu,<\/li>\n<li>rizik\u00e1 ohrozuj\u00face riadiace, informa\u010dn\u00e9 a komunika\u010dn\u00e9 procesy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>T\u00e1to skupina riz\u00edk je najrozsiahlej\u0161ia a kr\u00edzov\u00e9 javy, ktor\u00e9 by vznikli v d\u00f4sledku uveden\u00fdch riz\u00edk, m\u00f4\u017eu ohrozi\u0165 hospod\u00e1rstvo \u0161t\u00e1tu v jeho odboroch a \u010dinnostiach, ako aj m\u00f4\u017eu ohrozi\u0165 v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 procesy a slu\u017eby od \u0165a\u017eby dreva, surov\u00edn skladovanie, distrib\u00facia (aj potrav\u00edn), m\u00f4\u017ee ohrozi\u0165 \u017eivotn\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 a zabezpe\u010denie \u017eivotn\u00fdch potrieb.<br \/>\nAgrog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1 predstavuj\u00fa tretiu \u010das\u0165 antropog\u00e9nnych riz\u00edk. Pre v\u00fdznam je ove\u013ea ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ako tomu bolo v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej skupine, nem\u00f4\u017eeme ich zanedba\u0165. Existuje rad riz\u00edk, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu ovplyvni\u0165 \u017eivot \u010dloveka. Geneticky pestovan\u00e9 potraviny napr\u00edklad. Na pr\u00edrodu vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa aj vyu\u017eitia chemik\u00e1li\u00ed v po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstve, napr\u00edklad pri ni\u010den\u00ed \u0161kodcov. Po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskou \u010dinnos\u0165ou vznikaj\u00fa aj rizik\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 ohrozuj\u00fa dopravn\u00e9 procesy aj samotn\u00fa dopravn\u00fa cestu. Kombinovan\u00e9 antropog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1 s\u00fa vo v\u00fdrobe a slu\u017eb\u00e1ch ako kombin\u00e1cia technog\u00e9nnych a sociog\u00e9nnych riz\u00edk, pravdepodobnos\u0165 vzniku je ve\u013emi vysok\u00e1.<br \/>\nDruh\u00fa skupinu tvoria rizik\u00e1 nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 na \u010dinnosti \u010dloveka a to s\u00fa nasledovn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rizik\u00e1 nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 na \u010dinnosti \u010dloveka:<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 rizika:<\/li>\n<li>Tektonick\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>Tel\u00farick\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>Topologick\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>Meteorologick\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>Kozmog\u00e9nne rizik\u00e1 <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich zdrojom je pr\u00edroda, jej r\u00f4znorodos\u0165 a zlo\u017eitos\u0165. Maj\u00fa p\u00f4vod v tektonick\u00fdch, tel\u00farick\u00fdch a meteorologick\u00fdch procesoch. Tektonick\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m pre cel\u00fa spolo\u010dnos\u0165, vznik zemetrasen\u00ed vieme predpoveda\u0165, len minim\u00e1lne. Zemetrasenia, ktor\u00e9 nepresiahnu 5 stupe\u0148 Richterovej stupnice sp\u00f4sobuje len mal\u00e9 \u0161kody, do piateho stup\u0148a maj\u00fa za n\u00e1sledok de\u0161trukciu priemyselnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, dokonca m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 katastrofick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky.<br \/>\nTel\u00farick\u00e9 rizik\u00e9 s\u00fa to r\u00fativ\u00e9 zemetrasenia vyvolan\u00e9 prepad\u00e1van\u00ed, stropov podzemn\u00fdch dut\u00edn.<br \/>\nTopologick\u00e9 s\u00fa hlavne zosuvy p\u00f4dy ako proces svahovej model\u00e1cie, je to vplyvom gravit\u00e1cie. Zapr\u00ed\u010di\u0148uje sa aj odles\u0148ovan\u00edm najm\u00e4 na po\u013enohospod\u00e1rske \u00fa\u010dely, vznikaj\u00fa aj nekontrolovate\u013enou v\u00fdstavbou.<br \/>\nMeteorologick\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 s\u00favisia s v\u00fdvojom po\u010dasia a jeho negat\u00edvnymi vplyvmi, po\u010dasie najviac vpl\u00fdva na dopravu. Hlavn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom je sneh, po\u013eadovica, ako aj pr\u00edvaly v\u00f4d so z\u00e1plavami.<br \/>\nKozmog\u00e9nne rizika s\u00fa minim\u00e1lne, ale tie\u017e patria do skupiny riz\u00edk, zr\u00e1\u017eka Zeme s inou plan\u00e9tou nie je pravdepodobn\u00e1 no nemo\u017eno ju vyl\u00fa\u010di\u0165. Rizika aktu\u00e1lne p\u00f4sobia na spolo\u010dnos\u0165, \u013eudsk\u00e9 aktivity, materi\u00e1lne hodnoty, \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie, ale aj \u017eivot a zdravie \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Mana\u017ement potravinov\u00e9ho rizika<\/h2>\n<p>Riadenie rizika je samostatn\u00fd smer \u010dinnosti pri sk\u00faman\u00ed problematiky rizika, funguje na z\u00e1klade pos\u00fadenia rizika navrhuje prija\u0165 opatrenia, realizova\u0165 a monitorova\u0165 ich. Je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu pri rie\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00edpadov a praktick\u00fdch opatren\u00ed zameran\u00fdch na predch\u00e1dzanie alebo zn\u00ed\u017eenie rizika. Pre tomto procese existuje viacero n\u00e1zvov ako safety management alebo management of process hazard, ch\u00e1peme ho ako s\u00fahrn opatren\u00ed na zn\u00ed\u017eenie \u00farovne technick\u00e9ho rizika, zmen\u0161enie potencion\u00e1lnych str\u00e1t a in\u00fdch negat\u00edvnych d\u00f4sledkov hav\u00e1ri\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 sa o odvr\u00e1tenie vzniku havarijn\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed po\u010das v\u00fdroby a lokaliz\u00e1ciu negat\u00edvnych d\u00f4sledkov v pr\u00edpadoch ke\u010f k hav\u00e1ri\u00ed pri\u0161lo. Zah\u0155\u0148a r\u00f4zne technick\u00e9, organiza\u010dno- Riadiace, soci\u00e1lno \u2013 ekonomick\u00e9, zdravotn\u00edcke, biologick\u00e9 a in\u00e9 aspekty.<sup> <a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/sup><br \/>\nPotraviny bezprostredne vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa na zdravie \u010dloveka, z tohto d\u00f4vodu musia vyhovova\u0165 jeho potreb\u00e1m a nesm\u00fa ohrozova\u0165 jeho zdravie a dobr\u00fa pohodu. Na z\u00e1klade legislat\u00edvy a Z\u00e1kona o potravin\u00e1ch 152\/95 Z.z a pod\u013ea jeho novelizovan\u00fdch zmien, osoby a organiz\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa potraviny a manipuluj\u00fa s nimi, maj\u00fa povinnos\u0165 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 tak\u00e9 podmienky, aby sa k spotrebite\u013eom dost\u00e1vali iba hygienicky bezchybn\u00e9 aj zdravotne. Aktu\u00e1lna eur\u00f3pska legislat\u00edva v hygiene potrav\u00edn (Nariadenie ES 178\/2002, ES 852\/2004, ES 853\/2004 a in\u00e9) s Nariaden\u00edm o mikrobiologick\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00e1ch pre potraviny v s\u00falade s potravin\u00e1rskou praxou, deklaruj\u00fa vysok\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 zdravia popul\u00e1cie. Db\u00e1 sa na spr\u00e1vnu v\u00fdrobu a hygienick\u00fa prax, pomocou prevent\u00edvnych prostriedkov je mo\u017en\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 zdravotn\u00fa ne\u0161kodnos\u0165 potrav\u00edn. Hodnotenie rizika, vr\u00e1tane mikrobiologick\u00e9ho sa v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti st\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm z\u00e1ujmom vl\u00e1dnych in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed a s\u00fa\u010dasne aj prostriedkom vyu\u017eite\u013en\u00fdm pri rie\u0161en\u00ed ot\u00e1zok bezpe\u010dnosti potrav\u00edn. Z kvantitat\u00edvneho hodnotenia rizika m\u00f4\u017eu org\u00e1ny \u00fadajnej kontroly potrav\u00edn ako aj v\u00fdrobcovia z\u00edska\u0165 inform\u00e1cie a argumenty pre rozhodovanie o frekvencii o h\u013abke vykon\u00e1van\u00fdch kontrol, auditov a anal\u00fdz. \u010c\u00edm je miera rizika vy\u0161\u0161ia, t\u00fdm \u010dastej\u0161ie a \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie prevent\u00edvne opatrenia zameran\u00e9 na elimin\u00e1ciu hodnoten\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010denstva by sa mali uplat\u0148ova\u0165. Princ\u00edpy jednoduch\u0161ieho kvalitat\u00edvneho hodnotenie rizika by mali by\u0165 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou dokument\u00e1cie HACCP, v \u010dasti anal\u00fdza nebezpe\u010denstva, t\u00e1to anal\u00fdza aj kvalitat\u00edvne hodnotenie rizika by sa mali vykona\u0165 v ka\u017edom technologickom kroku v\u00fdroby potrav\u00edn. Prevent\u00edvne pr\u00edstupy pri zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed zdravotnej ne\u0161kodnosti potrav\u00edn s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, ak v\u00fdrobca potrav\u00edn uplat\u0148uje z\u00e1sady spr\u00e1vnej v\u00fdrobnej praxe (SVP) v hygienickom prostred\u00ed udr\u017eiavanom pod\u013ea z\u00e1sad spr\u00e1vnej hygienickej praxe (SHP). D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu samozrejme zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa aj \u010distiace a dezinfek\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky. Vytvoren\u00edm hygienick\u00fdch podmienok minimalizujeme riziko, nielen pri v\u00fdrobe ale aj na prostredie prev\u00e1dzok, zariaden\u00ed spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho stravovania. S uplatnen\u00edm technologick\u00fdch, metrologick\u00fdch v\u00fddobytkov, zaveden\u00edm legislat\u00edvy implementuj\u00facej poznatky z in\u00fdch vedn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed s uvedomen\u00edm si zodpovednosti v\u00fdrobcov za bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 potrav\u00edn sa uplatnili pr\u00edstupy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na prevenci\u00ed, zaveden\u00edm ich bolo cie\u013eom dosta\u0165 pod kontrolu nebezpe\u010denstv\u00e1 v celom potravinovom re\u0165azci . prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e potravin\u00e1rskeho podniku m\u00e1 na pomoc SVP\/SHP\/SPP (spr\u00e1vnu v\u00fdrobn\u00fa, hygienick\u00fa, po\u013enohospod\u00e1rsku prax), syst\u00e9m HACCP a mo\u017enosti certifik\u00e1cie v\u00fdroby, jej riadenie ako aj bezpe\u010dnosti na z\u00e1klade \u0161tandardov (IFS, BRC,ISO 22 000). \u0160t\u00e1t m\u00e1 k dispoz\u00edci\u00ed koncept anal\u00fdzy rizika, hodnotenia rizika, n\u00e1vod na zvy\u0161ovanie \u00farovne ochrany obyvate\u013estva pred ochoreniami z potrav\u00edn., ktor\u00e9ho cie\u013eom je zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 frekvenciu v\u00fdskytu nebezpe\u010denstiev v potravin\u00e1ch a minimalizova\u0165 riziko.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><br \/>\nRiadenie rizika znamen\u00e1 identifik\u00e1ciu, hodnotenie a ur\u010dovanie prior\u00edt, potom je to koordinovan\u00e9 a hospod\u00e1rne vyu\u017eitie prostriedkov pre minimaliz\u00e1ciu a riadenie rizika ako aj pre predch\u00e1dzanie negat\u00edvnym trendom, jeho zv\u00fd\u0161eniu. Na z\u00e1klade spr\u00e1vy Organiz\u00e1cie pre po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvo a v\u00fd\u017eivu a Svetovej zdravotn\u00edckej organiz\u00e1cie (FAO\/WHO, 1997) je riadenie rizika vypl\u00fdvaj\u00face z v\u00fdsledkov hodnotenia rizika je zodpovedn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017eenie postupov a alternat\u00edv, v\u00fdber a implement\u00e1cia vhodn\u00fdch kontroln\u00fdch prostriedkov, vr\u00e1tane regula\u010dn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed. Cie\u013eom je zn\u00ed\u017eenie po\u010dtu ochoren\u00ed. Zodpovedn\u00e9 organiz\u00e1cie maj\u00fa za \u00falohu voli\u0165 \u010do naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie prostriedky na zni\u017eovanie riz\u00edk a ochranu zdravia obyvate\u013eov, aj ich vyhodnocova\u0165. Preto s\u00fa zlo\u017ekami riadenia riz\u00edk pod\u013ea FAO\/WHO(2006):<\/p>\n<h3>1. Implement\u00e1cia rozhodnutia mana\u017ementu<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid\u00e1cia syst\u00e9mu dozoru nad potravinami, kde je potrebn\u00e1 implement\u00e1cia vybran\u00fdch met\u00f3d kontroly ,<\/li>\n<li>Verifik\u00e1cie implement\u00e1cie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Monitoring a presk\u00famanie<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Zhodnotenie \u00fa\u010dinnosti zaveden\u00fdch opatren\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>Presk\u00famanie riadenia riz\u00edk a jeho pos\u00fadenie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V nadv\u00e4znosti na realiz\u00e1ciu opatren\u00ed ved\u00facich k ovl\u00e1daniu alebo k minimaliz\u00e1ci\u00ed rizika tre\u0165ou zlo\u017ekou konvceptu anal\u00fdzy rizika je komunik\u00e1cia o riziku.Opatrenia, ktor\u00e9 smeruj\u00fa k minimaliz\u00e1ci\u00ed rizika sa musia realizova\u0165 v zhode aj s in\u00fdmi faktormu, ktor\u00e9 p\u00f4sobia v \u013eudskej spolo\u010dnosti. Kroky riadenia sa kry\u0161talizuj\u00fa v takzvanom procese \u201e komunik\u00e1cie medzi potrebou a mo\u017enos\u0165ami ovl\u00e1dnutia alebo minimaliz\u00e1cie rizika.\u201c Musia sa zjednoti\u0165 n\u00e1zory zodpovedn\u00fdch \u010dinite\u013eov z oblasti zdravotn\u00edctva, hospod\u00e1rstva, financi\u00ed, bezpe\u010dsnostnej politiky \u0161t\u00e1tu, v\u00fdskumu a vzdel\u00e1vanie, v\u00fdrobcov po\u017eivat\u00edn, predajcov ako aj konzumentov. V\u00fdsledkom komunik\u00e1cie o riziku mus\u00ed by\u0165 realizovate\u013en\u00e9 rozhodnutie s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm presk\u00faman\u00edm jeho \u00fa\u010dinnosti. <a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Cie\u013eom pr\u00e1ce je definova\u0165 a objasni\u0165 charakteristiku z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch pojmov s problematikou spojenou s rizikom a riaden\u00edm riz\u00edk. Pr\u00e1ca definuje pojem riziko, druhy riz\u00edk, kvalifik\u00e1ciu riz\u00edk, ktor\u00e9 sme si aj bli\u017e\u0161ie rozobrali. Zameriavame sa na riadenie potravinov\u00e9ho rizika, na jednotliv\u00e9 zlo\u017eky riadenia potravin\u00e1rskeho mana\u017ementu. Cie\u013e pr\u00e1ce sme v pr\u00e1ci splnili nako\u013eko sme sa hlb\u0161ie zamerali na riziko potravin\u00e1rske, pribl\u00ed\u017eili sme si problematiku dan\u00e9ho rizika.
