Okrem z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch in\u0161tinktov a pudov sebaz\u00e1chovy, potrieb jedenia a pitia je jeho \u010fal\u0161ou neodl\u00fa\u010dite\u013enou vlastnos\u0165ou t\u00fa\u017eba po spolo\u010dnosti. \u010ci u\u017e ide o extroverta alebo introverta, ka\u017ed\u00fd potrebuje a chce ma\u0165 okolo seba in\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed.<br \/>\nProces, ktor\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje sp\u00e1ja\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed do spolo\u010denstiev, navz\u00e1jom sa dorozumieva\u0165 a vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 medzi nimi ur\u010dit\u00e9 spolo\u010denstv\u00e1 a put\u00e1, sa naz\u00fdva komunik\u00e1cia. T\u00e1 sa \u010dasom vyvinula z nezrozumite\u013enej \u201eprare\u010di\u201c, ktorou sa \u013eudia dorozumievali v \u010falekej minulosti, do s\u00fa\u010dasnej podoby plynulej re\u010di. V procese komunik\u00e1cie nejde v\u0161ak len o samotn\u00e9 verb\u00e1lne vyjadrovanie. Tak isto sem patria neverb\u00e1lne prejavy, gest\u00e1, mimika, ktor\u00e9 dotv\u00e1raj\u00fa celkov\u00fd v\u00fdznam inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 sa komunik\u00e1ciou pren\u00e1\u0161a.<br \/>\nKomunik\u00e1cii sa venovali a venuj\u00fa mnoh\u00e9 odbory a vedci. U\u017e v starom R\u00edme bola re\u010d a samotn\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za v\u00fdznamn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, dokonca za umenie. Vedie\u0165 dobre re\u010dni\u0165, pracova\u0165 nielen so samotnou re\u010dou, ale i farbou hlasu, obsahom prejavu a gestami, vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi pri komunik\u00e1cii, si vy\u017eadovalo mnoho rokov \u0161t\u00fadia a \u0165a\u017ekej pr\u00e1ce. Preto dobr\u00fdm komunik\u00e1torom a re\u010dn\u00edkom nemohol by\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd. Presvied\u010daj\u00fa o tom osobnosti ako Cicero, August\u00edn alebo Hom\u00e9r.<br \/>\nKomunik\u00e1cia je v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch sf\u00e9rach \u017eivota. \u010ci u\u017e ide o vzdel\u00e1vanie, pracovn\u00e9 pohovory a rozhovory alebo ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 rozpr\u00e1vanie. Tento proces \u010dloveka sprev\u00e1dza od jeho po\u010diatku.<br \/>\nI ke\u010f sa \u013eudia s komunik\u00e1ciou stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ju ka\u017edodenne, snaha o jej bezchybn\u00e9 fungovanie nie je \u013eahk\u00e1. V\u017edy sa n\u00e1jdu ur\u010dit\u00e9 faktory, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu inform\u00e1cie v komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed po\u0161kodi\u0165 alebo zmeni\u0165 ich v\u00fdznam, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 nepravdivos\u0165 inform\u00e1cie, nedorozumenia a v niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch h\u00e1dku akt\u00e9rov komunik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u0160EOBECN\u00c9 VYMEDZENIE KOMUNIK\u00c1CIE<\/h2>\n<p>Komunik\u00e1cia je charakterizovan\u00e1 ako prenos inform\u00e1ci\u00ed medzi dvoma a viacer\u00fdmi osobami, ktor\u00e9 do nej vstupuj\u00fa. T\u00e1to \u010das\u0165 sa venuje jej podrobnej\u0161iemu definovaniu a rozdeleniu.<\/p>\n<h2>DEFINOVANIE KOMUNIK\u00c1CIE<\/h2>\n<p>Slovo <strong>komunik\u00e1cia<\/strong> sa vyvinulo z latinsk\u00e9ho slova <em>communicare<\/em> = styk, kontakt, dohoda, spojenie a prenos inform\u00e1ci\u00ed. Vo v\u0161eobecnosti znamen\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia rozhovor. V \u0161ir\u0161om zmysle je komunik\u00e1cia v\u00fdmena inform\u00e1ci\u00ed medzi jedincami prostredn\u00edctvom spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu znakov.<br \/>\nKomunik\u00e1cia s\u00favis\u00ed so \u017eivotom ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dloveka, v\u00fdrazne ho ovplyv\u0148uje, obohacuje o nov\u00e9 poznatky a postoje, reguluje \u013eudsk\u00e9 konanie a spr\u00e1vanie, pom\u00e1ha \u010dloveku za\u010dleni\u0165 sa do spolo\u010dnosti a vytvori\u0165 si soci\u00e1lne kontakty. Pri komunik\u00e1cii je potrebn\u00e9 dba\u0165 na jasnos\u0165, zrozumite\u013enos\u0165 a presnos\u0165 inform\u00e1cie, aby nedo\u0161lo k <strong>pseudokomunik\u00e1cii<\/strong> = deform\u00e1cia v oblasti obsahu inform\u00e1cie(\u00fabytok alebo dotv\u00e1ranie).<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><br \/>\nKomunik\u00e1cia je vz\u00e1jomn\u00e1 v\u00fdmena inform\u00e1cii medzi dvoma alebo viacer\u00fdmi partnermi s cie\u013eom dosiahnu\u0165 ich porozumenie, \u017eiaduce cie\u013eov\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><br \/>\n\u201eOsoba, ktor\u00e1 len vytv\u00e1ra komunik\u00e1ciu, v skuto\u010dnosti nekomunikuje v\u00f4bec v tom naj\u00faplnej\u0161om zmysle slova. Plnohodnotn\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia znamen\u00e1 prij\u00edma\u0165 komunik\u00e1ciu rovnako ako ju vytv\u00e1ra\u0165. Rovnako tak osoba, ktor\u00e1 len prij\u00edma komunik\u00e1ciu, v skuto\u010dnosti nekomunikuje. Ak ju toti\u017e prij\u00edma, mus\u00ed z\u00e1konite komunik\u00e1ciu aj vytv\u00e1ra\u0165.\u201c (L. Ron Hubbard)<br \/>\nV prostred\u00ed podniku komunik\u00e1cia predstavuje nepretr\u017eit\u00fd proces dorozumievania zamestnancov a riadiacich pracovn\u00edkov podniku prostredn\u00edctvom v\u00fdmeny inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, spr\u00e1v, \u00fadajov, my\u0161lienok, n\u00e1zorov, postojov, pocitov, predst\u00e1v.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><br \/>\nM\u00f4\u017ee sa charakterizova\u0165 aj ako proces \u0161\u00edrenia inform\u00e1ci\u00ed s cie\u013eom odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u010di zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 neistotu na oboch komunikuj\u00facich stran\u00e1ch, pri\u010dom predmetom komunik\u00e1cie s\u00fa d\u00e1ta, inform\u00e1cie a znalosti. Najz\u00e1kladnej\u0161\u00edm a najpou\u017e\u00edvanej\u0161\u00edm typom je verb\u00e1lna a neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia. Ka\u017edej z nich sa prira\u010fuje, vedome \u010di nevedome, r\u00f4zny stupe\u0148 d\u00f4le\u017eitosti. Vedome sa hodnot\u00ed verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia ako d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia, ale nevedome vystupuje do popredia neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia.<\/p>\n<h3>Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h3>\n<p>Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je \u0161pecifick\u00fdm typom soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie, ktorej \u00falohou je odovzd\u00e1vanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed prostredn\u00edctvom slov.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Jej podstatu tvor\u00ed centr\u00e1lny dorozumievac\u00ed syst\u00e9m &#8211; jazyk, ktor\u00fd je z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm komunika\u010dn\u00fdm apar\u00e1tom dorozumievania sa medzi \u013eu\u010fmi. Jazyk n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje r\u00fdchlu a pru\u017en\u00fa v\u00fdmenu inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a n\u00e1zorov.<br \/>\n\u00dalohou jazyka v podnikovej komunik\u00e1cii je:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>oznamovanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, rozhodnut\u00ed, postupov rie\u0161enia pracovn\u00fdch \u00faloh a pracovnej situ\u00e1cie<\/li>\n<li>oznamovanie postojov k pracovn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom, o ktor\u00fdch hovor\u00edme (inton\u00e1cia, hlasitos\u0165 a pod.)<\/li>\n<li>oznamovanie n\u00e1\u0161ho postoja k posluch\u00e1\u010dovi (t\u00f3n hlasu, vyjadrovanie, pou\u017eitie ur\u010dit\u00fdch slov v komunik\u00e1cii a pod.<\/li>\n<li>oznamovanie sebach\u00e1pania a sebavedomia (vo\u013eba slov, ich zafarbenie, odtiene a pod.)<\/li>\n<li>oznamovanie pravidiel vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho verb\u00e1lneho styku (zdvorilostn\u00e9 fr\u00e1zy, re\u010dov\u00e9 zvraty)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V praxi sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa nasledovn\u00e9 formy verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>monol\u00f3g<\/em> &#8211; predstavuje jednosmern\u00e9 sprostredkovanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, pri ktorom absentuje, alebo je potla\u010den\u00e1 sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba. M\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 adresovan\u00fd jednotlivcovi alebo skupine \u013eud\u00ed. Medzi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie monologick\u00e9 prejavy patria: predn\u00e1\u0161ka, refer\u00e1t, korefer\u00e1t a v\u00fdklad.<\/li>\n<li><em>dial\u00f3g<strong> \u2013 <\/strong><\/em>je formou skupinovej komunik\u00e1cie. Podstatu dial\u00f3gu tvor\u00ed obojstrann\u00e9 vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 odovzd\u00e1vanie si inform\u00e1ci\u00ed medzi odosielate\u013eom a pr\u00edjemcom. Pri dial\u00f3gu je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 vz\u00e1jomn\u00e1 v\u00fdmena \u00faloh odosielate\u013ea a pr\u00edjemcu inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, jazyk dial\u00f3gu, akt po\u010d\u00favania, kladenie ot\u00e1zok a nadv\u00e4zovanie na polo\u017een\u00fa ot\u00e1zku. Pre dial\u00f3g je pr\u00edzna\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvanie hovorov\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu, ktor\u00fd je najstar\u0161\u00edm \u0161t\u00fdlom v ka\u017edom prirodzenom jazyku. Hovorov\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl je v porovnan\u00ed s ostatn\u00fdmi \u0161t\u00fdlmi charakteristick\u00fd t\u00fdm, \u017ee sa do\u0148 tisn\u00fa aj nespisovn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazov\u00e9 prostriedky (slang) a zotrv\u00e1vaj\u00fa v \u0148om aj n\u00e1re\u010dov\u00e9 a krajov\u00e9 slov\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rozozn\u00e1vame:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>dyadick\u00fd dial\u00f3g<\/em> \u2013klasick\u00fd rozhovor medzi dvoma \u013eu\u010fmi<\/li>\n<li><em>skupinov\u00fd dial\u00f3g<\/em> &#8211; priamy soci\u00e1lny rozhovor, ktor\u00fd prebieha v skupine \u013eud\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0160peci\u00e1lnym typom skupinov\u00e9ho rozhovoru je diskusia. Diskusia predstavuje mana\u017e\u00e9rom cielene riaden\u00fd dial\u00f3g. Jej realiz\u00e1cia je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 na samotn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu mana\u017e\u00e9ra. Soci\u00e1lna skupina je \u010dasto pomerne heterog\u00e9nna, \u010do si vy\u017eaduje formul\u00e1ciu jednotliv\u00fdch vstupov tak, aby boli zrozumite\u013en\u00e9 pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je kladen\u00fd ve\u013ek\u00fd d\u00f4raz na neust\u00e1ly tr\u00e9ning a zdokona\u013eovanie sa v technik\u00e1ch verb\u00e1lnej a neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie prostredn\u00edctvom vytv\u00e1rania tzv. modelov\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 musia by\u0165 dobre zvl\u00e1dnut\u00e9.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kladn\u00e9 techniky verb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie v podniku s\u00fa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prezent\u00e1cia mana\u017e\u00e9ra<\/li>\n<li>prezent\u00e1cia podniku<\/li>\n<li>rozhovory v personalistike<\/li>\n<li>obchodn\u00e9 rokovania<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h3>\n<p>Podstatu neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie tvor\u00ed prenos inform\u00e1ci\u00ed od odosielate\u013ea k pr\u00edjemcovi bez pou\u017eitia slov. Komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky v neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cii s\u00fa bu\u010f samostatn\u00e9 nosi\u010de inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, alebo sprostredkovatelia prenosu inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a prejavuj\u00fa sa len pri priamom fyzickom kontakte.<br \/>\nProstredn\u00edctvom neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie si navz\u00e1jom:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>odovzd\u00e1vame na\u0161e em\u00f3cie &#8211; pocity, n\u00e1lady, afekty &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>prejavujeme z\u00e1ujem o zbl\u00ed\u017eenie &#8211; naviazanie int\u00edmnej\u0161ieho styku<\/li>\n<li>sna\u017e\u00edme sa u toho druh\u00e9ho vytvori\u0165 dojem o n\u00e1s<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1merne sa sna\u017e\u00edme ovplyvni\u0165 jeho postoj<\/li>\n<li>riadime chod vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho styku a pod.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnej dobe prevl\u00e1da v\u0161eobecn\u00fd trend, \u017ee naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ou formou komunik\u00e1cie je pr\u00e1ve komunik\u00e1cia realizovan\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom priameho fyzick\u00e9ho kontaktu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu.<br \/>\nNeverb\u00e1lnou komunik\u00e1ciou pred\u00e1vame svojmu okoliu ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo inform\u00e1cii, \u010dasto bez toho aby sme si to uvedomovali. \u0160tatistick\u00e9 v\u00fdskumy vypovedaj\u00fa o ve\u013ekej d\u00f4le\u017eitosti neverb\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie, prebieha \u0148ou 55% komunik\u00e1cie, zatia\u013e \u010do verb\u00e1lnou 7 % a paralingvistickou 38%.<br \/>\n<em>Mimick\u00e9 prejavy<\/em>: Mimika a v\u00fdraz tv\u00e1re \u010dloveka vyjadruje cel\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu pocitov, od strachu a sm\u00fatku a\u017e po rados\u0165 (\u0161\u0165astie &#8211; ne\u0161\u0165astie, strach \u2013 obava, rados\u0165 \u2013 sm\u00fatok, k\u013eud \u2013 roz\u010d\u00falenie, spokojnos\u0165 \u2013 nespokojnos\u0165, z\u00e1ujem \u2013 nez\u00e1ujem, prekvapenie). Mimick\u00e9 prejavy \u00fazko s\u00favisia s pre\u017eitkami \u010dloveka.
