Kvalita prij\u00edman\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed v rozhoduj\u00facej miere ovplyv\u0148uje efekt\u00edvnos\u0165 fungovania organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed.<br \/>\nKa\u017ed\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r bez oh\u013eadu na oblas\u0165 svojho p\u00f4sobenia mus\u00ed pri v\u00fdkone svojich mana\u017e\u00e9rskych funkci\u00ed prij\u00edma\u0165 a realizova\u0165 rozli\u010dn\u00e9 druhy rozhodnut\u00ed. Rozhodova\u0165 sa v meniacom a \u0165a\u017eko predv\u00eddate\u013enom prostred\u00ed si vy\u017eaduje ovl\u00e1danie vhodn\u00fdch met\u00f3d a techniky, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm uplat\u0148ovanie strategick\u00e9ho myslenia a na jeho z\u00e1klade po\u017e\u00edva\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy a postupy v mana\u017e\u00e9rskej praxi.<br \/>\nA pr\u00e1ve jednou z najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00edch a najprepracovanej\u0161\u00edch met\u00f3d pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch k rie\u0161eniu r\u00f4znych \u00faloh a probl\u00e9mov je brainstorming a \u010fal\u0161ie met\u00f3dy skupinov\u00e9ho rozhodovania, ktor\u00fdmi sa v tejto pr\u00e1ci zaober\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<h2>1 Met\u00f3dy skupinov\u00e9ho rozhodovania<\/h2>\n<h2>1.1 Met\u00f3dy rozhodovania<\/h2>\n<p>Vo v\u0161eobecnosti met\u00f3dy riadenia predstavuj\u00fa s\u00fahrn pravidiel a postupov, ktor\u00fdmi sa subjekt rozhodovania sna\u017e\u00ed dospie\u0165 k v\u00fdberu najlep\u0161ieho variantu rie\u0161enia dan\u00e9ho rozhodovacieho probl\u00e9mu. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je k dispoz\u00edci\u00ed pomerne ve\u013ek\u00fd po\u010det met\u00f3d rozhodovania od jednoduch\u00fdch a\u017e po ve\u013emi zlo\u017eit\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 mo\u017eno efekt\u00edvne vyu\u017ei\u0165 v spojen\u00ed s prostriedkami v\u00fdpo\u010dtovej techniky.<br \/>\nPri vo\u013ebe vhodnej met\u00f3dy rozhodovania sa prihliada na mnoh\u00e9 faktory. Najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edmi faktormi ovplyv\u0148uj\u00facimi vo\u013ebu met\u00f3dy rozhodovania je charakter rozhodovacieho procesu, podmienky, za ak\u00fdch sa rozhodovanie uskuto\u010d\u0148uje, kvalita a dostupnos\u0165 potrebn\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a pod.<br \/>\nMet\u00f3dy rozhodovania m\u00f4\u017eeme klasifikova\u0165 pod\u013ea viacer\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed. Tvorca brainstormingu Alex F. Osborn vych\u00e1dzal z predpokladu, \u017ee \u013eudia mnoh\u00e9 my\u0161lienky a n\u00e1pady rad\u0161ej ani nevyslovia, preto\u017ee sa boja, \u017ee s\u00fa nere\u00e1lne, bl\u00e1zniv\u00e9, zl\u00e9 alebo dokonca smie\u0161ne a \u017ee nie s\u00fa v s\u00falade s t\u00fdm, \u010do sa p\u00ed\u0161e v knih\u00e1ch, \u010do tvrdia autority a \u010do je konven\u010dn\u00e9. Nechc\u00fa sa zosmie\u0161ni\u0165 alebo uk\u00e1za\u0165, ak\u00ed s\u00fa hl\u00fapi \u010di nepraktick\u00ed. K tomu patr\u00ed predov\u0161etk\u00fdm ur\u010denie probl\u00e9mu a cie\u013ea, ale aj pr\u00edprava \u00fadajov o doteraj\u0161om v\u00fdvoji organiz\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<h2>3.1 Pravidl\u00e1 brainstormingu<\/h2>\n<p>Medzi z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 brainstormingu patria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obozn\u00e1menie &#8211; \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov s cie\u013eom stretnutia, probl\u00e9mom a pravidlami (diskusia).<\/li>\n<li>Tvorba &#8211; n\u00e1padov a rie\u0161en\u00ed (n\u00e1pady sa zna\u010dia, aby ich mali pred o\u010dami v\u0161etci \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci, nesmie sa v\u0161ak uv\u00e1dza\u0165 autor n\u00e1vrhu)<\/li>\n<li>Prest\u00e1vka &#8211; pod\u013ea charakteru rie\u0161en\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu m\u00f4\u017ee trva\u0165 nieko\u013eko min\u00fat, hod\u00edn, ale aj dn\u00ed. Po\u010das nej sa n\u00e1vrhy \u201eodosobnia&#8220;, pri\u010dom m\u00f4\u017eu nasta\u0165 aj v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zmeny v motiv\u00e1cii \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov brainstormingu.<\/li>\n<li>Vyhodnocovanie n\u00e1vrhov \u2013 ur\u010denie krit\u00e9ri\u00ed na hodnotenie n\u00e1vrhov, zaradenie n\u00e1vrhov do ist\u00fdch skup\u00edn obdobn\u00fdch n\u00e1vrhov, v\u00fdber najlep\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1vrhov na \u010fal\u0161ie rozpracovanie, v\u00fdber najdivokej\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1vrhov a \u00favahy, ako ich mo\u017eno vyu\u017ei\u0165, zhodnotenie vybran\u00fdch n\u00e1vrhov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na to ako sa n\u00e1pady daj\u00fa uskuto\u010dni\u0165, a nie na h\u013eadanie d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do sa uskuto\u010dni\u0165 nedaj\u00fa.
