(Orel, 2007-2009).<br \/>\n<strong>Stres<\/strong> poch\u00e1dza z anglick\u00e9ho slova \u201estress\u201c a znamen\u00e1 tlak, z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e, nadmern\u00fa n\u00e1mahu. . Pojem stres definoval a autorom te\u00f3rie stresu je Slov\u00e1k Hans Selye, rod\u00e1k z Kom\u00e1rna, endokrinol\u00f3g, ktor\u00fd sa v 1. polovici 20. storo\u010dia vys\u0165ahoval do Kanady. Tvrdil, \u017ee ak\u00e1ko\u013evek nadmern\u00e1 z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e \u2013 \u010di\u017ee stres, vyvol\u00e1 tzv. \u201eGAS\u201c : v\u0161eobecn\u00fd adapta\u010dn\u00fd syndr\u00f3m: \u0161pecifick\u00e1 hormon\u00e1lna reakcia organizmu, najm\u00e4 hypof\u00fdzy a drene nadobli\u010diek, ktor\u00e9 vyplavia do krvi horm\u00f3ny (Mokrohajska, 2013).<\/p>\n<h3>Distres ako zl\u00fd stres<\/h3>\n<p>V be\u017enej re\u010di sa o strese hovor\u00ed ako u udalosti alebo slede udalost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 obvykle sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa reakciu v podobe \u201edistresu\u201c (zl\u00e9ho stresu), ale niekedy tie\u017e ako o nap\u00e4tej situ\u00e1cii, ktor\u00e1 vedie k pocitu radostnej n\u00e1lady, teda \u201edobr\u00e9ho\u201c stresu. Term\u00edn stres je ve\u013emi nejednozna\u010dn\u00fd. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou sa pou\u017e\u00edva vo v\u00fdzname p\u00f4sobiacej udalosti (stresoru). (Joshi, 2007, s.19).<\/p>\n<h3>Stres ako emocion\u00e1lny stav<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdraz \u201estres\u201c ozna\u010duje sk\u00f4r emocion\u00e1lny stav, citov\u00e9 vyp\u00e4tie, ktor\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 siln\u00e9, \u017ee obmedzuje na\u0161u schopnos\u0165 norm\u00e1lne \u201efungova\u0165\u201c. Ak toti\u017e pozorujeme zmeny, ktor\u00e9 \u010dlovek pre\u017e\u00edva pod vplyvom stresu, prich\u00e1dzame k z\u00e1veru, \u017ee stres je spojenie fyziologick\u00fdch a psychologick\u00fdch reakci\u00ed organizmu vystaven\u00e9ho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm n\u00e1rokom (Melgosa, 1998, s.22).<\/p>\n<h3>\u010co nie je stres<\/h3>\n<p>Seyle sa zameral na definovanie \u010do stres nie je &#8211; stres neznamen\u00e1 nervov\u00e9 nap\u00e4tie. Stresov\u00e9 reakcie n\u00e1jdeme aj u ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchov, ktor\u00e9 nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m nemaj\u00fa. Stres nie je nijak\u00e9 n\u00fadzov\u00e9 vyplavenie horm\u00f3nu z drene nadobli\u010diek. Stres nie je ne\u0161pecifick\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkom po\u0161kodenia. Zna\u010dn\u00fdm stresom m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 celkom norm\u00e1lna \u010dinnos\u0165 napr\u00edklad tenisov\u00e1 hra alebo v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00fd bozk, pri\u010dom tak\u00fdto stres nem\u00e1 najmen\u0161ie znaky po\u0161kodenia. Stres nie je ani to , \u010do vyvol\u00e1va poplachov\u00fa reakciu. T\u00e1 je dielom stresora, a nie sam\u00e9ho stresu (Seyle, 1966, s.80-81).<br \/>\nD\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je i vymedzenie z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee, ke\u010f\u017ee z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e a stres spolu \u00fazko s\u00favisia. Pojem z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e ch\u00e1peme v jeho \u0161ir\u0161om v\u00fdzname, ako nadraden\u00fd pre s\u00fahrnn\u00e9 pomenovanie r\u00f4znych psychick\u00fdch stavov a s nimi sp\u00e4t\u00fdch psychick\u00fdch a fyziologick\u00fdch reakci\u00ed vyvolan\u00fdch z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eov\u00fdmi situ\u00e1ciami. Z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eov\u00e9 \u010dinitele vystupuj\u00fa vo forme ohrozenia existencie \u010dloveka \u0161kodliv\u00fdmi podnetmi, pr\u00edpadne priamym \u00fatokom alebo p\u00f4sobenia na neho nepretr\u017eite dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010das (napr\u00edklad hluk, teplo) (Bratsk\u00e1, 1992, s.20).<\/p>\n<h2>Stres nemus\u00ed by\u0165 nutne negat\u00edvny<\/h2>\n<p>Predov\u0161etk\u00fdm: stres nie je iba negat\u00edvnym javom. K plnosti \u017eivota patr\u00ed aj nap\u00e4tie a du\u0161evn\u00e1 i telesn\u00e1 z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e. Stres je koren\u00edm \u017eivota, ktor\u00fd by bol in\u00e1\u010d f\u00e1dny ako polievka bez soli. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 telesn\u00e1 alebo du\u0161evn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 kr\u00e1\u010da ruka v ruke s nap\u00e4t\u00edm alebo vyp\u00e4t\u00edm. Roz\u010d\u00falenie v ne\u010dakan\u00fdch alebo komplikovan\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch signalizuje schopnos\u0165 organizmu br\u00e1ni\u0165 sa pred ohrozen\u00edm a zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 nov\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky. Nap\u00e4tie m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 rozdielnu intenzitu a r\u00f4zne dlho pretrv\u00e1va\u0165 v z\u00e1vislosti od d\u00f4le\u017eitosti \u00falohy, stup\u0148a jej \u0165a\u017ekosti, jej v\u00fdznamu pre jednotlivca a osobnej zaanga\u017eovanosti.<br \/>\nD\u00e1vkov\u00fd stres tr\u00e9nuje organizmus a zvy\u0161uje jeho v\u00fdkonnos\u0165.<br \/>\nPod pozit\u00edvnym stresom rozumieme \u0165a\u017ekosti, ktor\u00e9 sa daj\u00fa prekona\u0165 \u2013 aj medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my vy\u017eaduj\u00face si preorientovanie, neraz prudk\u00fa zmenu zm\u00fd\u0161\u013eania, zn\u00e1soben\u00e9 vyp\u00e4tie a osobn\u00fa zaanga\u017eovanos\u0165 (Seefeldt, 1982, s.39).<\/p>\n<h2>Stresory<\/h2>\n<p>Pre agensy vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00face stres sa pou\u017e\u00edva pojem stresor. Stresorom v pracovn\u00fdch podmienkach m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 viacero \u010dinite\u013eov. Napr\u00edklad nedostatok kysl\u00edka, nezamestnanos\u0165, nadmern\u00e1 n\u00e1maha, vn\u00faten\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 tempo, nedostatok pe\u0148az\u00ed. Stresor m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 agres\u00edvni \u013eudia, nevyspatos\u0165, striedanie denn\u00fdch a no\u010dn\u00fdch smien, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 psychick\u00e1 i fyzick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca.<br \/>\n<strong>Stresov\u00e9 faktory<\/strong> na n\u00e1s p\u00f4sobia cel\u00fd \u017eivot a ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa na\u0161e konanie a spr\u00e1vanie sa v nepriaznivom smere. Zasahuj\u00fa hlavne do emocion\u00e1lnej oblasti \u010dloveka, fyziologick\u00fdch dejov ako aj do behavior\u00e1lnej oblasti. Ak zasiahnu emocion\u00e1lnu oblas\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 u \u013eud\u00ed prudk\u00e9 zmeny n\u00e1lady, predr\u00e1\u017edenos\u0165, nadmern\u00fa starostlivos\u0165 o svoje zdravie, vzh\u013ead. Sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa pocit \u00fanavy, pocit slabosti, \u010do sa odr\u00e1\u017ea v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifly.sk\/letecka-skola\/teoria\/ludska-vykonnost\/ucinky-na-ludsky-organizmus-a-vykonnost\/\">zni\u017eovan\u00ed pracovnej v\u00fdkonnosti<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Stres a jeho vplyv na zdravie<\/h2>\n<p>Pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s je typick\u00fd ur\u010dit\u00fd druh stresu. Medzi z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 typy stresov patr\u00ed \u010dasov\u00fd stres, du\u0161evn\u00fd stres, stres z podnikania, zo zodpovednosti, z manipul\u00e1cie.<br \/>\n<strong>Ako reagova\u0165 na stres:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v ak\u00fatnom strese <strong>o ni\u010dom nerozhodujte, ni\u010d nerie\u0161te<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>po\u010d\u00edtajte pomaly do desa\u0165<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>zaoberajte sa svoj\u00edm d\u00fdchan\u00edm, <strong>pomaly nadychujte nosom a vydychujte \u00fastami<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>nau\u010dte sa pozna\u0165, \u010do v\u00e1m stres vyvol\u00e1va<\/li>\n<li><strong>odde\u013eujte veci d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 od menej d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>rozli\u0161ujte skuto\u010dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my<\/li>\n<li><strong>u\u010dte sa delegova\u0165, rozdeli\u0165 \u00falohy, z nie\u010doho ubra\u0165, nie\u010do neurobi\u0165<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pracovn\u00e1 z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pracovn\u00fd stres<\/strong> predstavuje ur\u010dit\u00fa vy\u010dlenen\u00fa kateg\u00f3riu spojen\u00fa s pracovn\u00fdmi podmienkami. Ide o spojenie telesn\u00fdch a du\u0161evn\u00fdch s\u00edl, t.j. v niektorej pracovnej \u010dinnosti dominuje viac pr\u00e1ca svalov \u2013 spojen\u00e1 s v\u00fddajom energie, inde \u010dinnos\u0165 du\u0161evn\u00e1 \u2013 spojen\u00e1 s pr\u00edjmom a spracov\u00e1van\u00edm inform\u00e1ci\u00ed.<br \/>\n<strong>Z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pod\u013ea stup\u0148a:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u013eahk\u00e1 (jednoduch\u00e1, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1)<\/li>\n<li>stredn\u00e1 (konfliktog\u00e9nna, stresov\u00e1)<\/li>\n<li>\u0165a\u017ek\u00e1 (patog\u00e9nna)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pod\u013ea druhu z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e del\u00edme na:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>senzorick\u00fa (vypl\u00fdva z po\u017eiadaviek na \u010dinnos\u0165 perif\u00e9rnych zmyslov\u00fdch org\u00e1nov a im zodpovedaj\u00facich \u0161trukt\u00far CNS)<\/li>\n<li>ment\u00e1lnu (vypl\u00fdva z po\u017eiadaviek na spracovanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed klad\u00facich n\u00e1roky na psychick\u00e9 procesy, hlavne na pozornos\u0165, pam\u00e4\u0165, myslenie, rozhodovanie)<\/li>\n<li>emo\u010dn\u00fa (psychosoci\u00e1lny stres)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prevent\u00edvne opatrenia proti z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>poradensk\u00fd z\u00e1sah (konzult\u00e1cia so psychol\u00f3gom)<\/li>\n<li>r\u00f4zne formy relax\u00e1cie (autog\u00e9nny tr\u00e9ning, Jacobsonova relax\u00e1cia, hypn\u00f3za)<\/li>\n<li>ergonomick\u00e1 \u00faprava pracoviska (technick\u00e1 \u00faprava pracoviska)<\/li>\n<li>organiz\u00e1cia pr\u00e1ce (ide o zlep\u0161enie \u010dinnosti pracovn\u00edkov hlavne pri monot\u00f3nnej pr\u00e1ci, kde je potrebn\u00e9 strieda\u0165 r\u00f4zne \u010dinnosti, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/uciaca-sa-organizacia-pat-prvkov-uciacej-sa-organizacie\/\">zabezpe\u010dova\u0165 rot\u00e1ciu pracovn\u00edkov<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>re\u017eim pr\u00e1ce a odpo\u010dinku (zaradenie vhodn\u00fdch oddychov\u00fdch prest\u00e1vok)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Somatick\u00e9 prejavy stresu<\/h3>\n<p>Medzi somatick\u00e9 prejavy patr\u00ed roz\u0161\u00edrenie zren\u00edc a zlep\u0161enie zrakov\u00e9ho vn\u00edmania, zvy\u0161uje sa potenie, zr\u00fdch\u013euje sa \u010dinnos\u0165 srdca a pulz, s\u0165ahuj\u00fa sa perif\u00e9rne cievy a ko\u017ea bledne, zvy\u0161uje sa krvn\u00fd tlak, zr\u00fdch\u013euje a prehlbuje sa d\u00fdchanie, kles\u00e1 vylu\u010dovanie mo\u010du, pocit sucha v \u00fastach, spoma\u013euje sa \u010drevn\u00e1 peristaltika, zvy\u0161uje sa ment\u00e1lna bdelos\u0165, zvy\u0161uje sa nap\u00e4tie svalov, zvy\u0161uje sa hladina cukru, \u010dloveka sa zmoc\u0148uje letargia, \u00fanava a inaktivita, m\u00f4\u017ee nasta\u0165 pokles fyziologick\u00fdch funkci\u00ed a nap\u00e4tia kostrov\u00fdch svalov.<\/p>\n<h3>Psychick\u00e9 prejavy stresu<\/h3>\n<p>Medzi psychick\u00e9 prejavy patria \u00fazkos\u0165, hnev, verb\u00e1lne a motorick\u00e9 prejavy, ako aj zdol\u00e1vacie a nevedom\u00e9 obrann\u00e9 mechanizmy. Niektor\u00e9 s\u00fa u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9, in\u00e9 p\u00f4sobia ako prek\u00e1\u017eka.<br \/>\nZvol\u00e1vac\u00edmi dynamizmami rozumieme procesy, pomocou ktor\u00fdch \u010dlovek zvl\u00e1da z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eov\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie. Patr\u00ed k nim rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mu, \u0161trukt\u00farovanie, sebakontrola \u010di sebadiscipl\u00edna, fant\u00e1zia a prosba.<\/p>\n<h3>Obrann\u00e9 mechanizmy proti stresu<\/h3>\n<p>Obrann\u00e9 mechanizmy (nevedom\u00e9) s\u00fa popretie, racionaliz\u00e1cia, kompenz\u00e1cia, represia, regresia, sublim\u00e1cia, identifik\u00e1cia, projekcia, konvencia, premiestnenie a opa\u010dn\u00e9 reagovanie (Such\u00e1, 1998).<\/p>\n<h3>Eustres a distres<\/h3>\n<p>Rozli\u0161ujeme v\u0161ak medzi prijate\u013en\u00fdm stresom , ktor\u00e9mu sa hovor\u00ed <strong>eustres<\/strong> a negat\u00edvnym stresom, ktor\u00fd naz\u00fdva <strong>distres<\/strong>. Eustres je spojen\u00fd napr. s prekon\u00e1van\u00edm prek\u00e1\u017eok, s pr\u00edjemn\u00fdm o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00edm, zo sledovania detekt\u00edvky \u2013 je teda v\u0161ade tam, kde situ\u00e1ciu m\u00e1me pod dobrou kontrolou. Distres sa objav\u00ed tam, kde veci prest\u00e1vame zvl\u00e1da\u0165, c\u00edtime sa pre\u0165a\u017een\u00ed, str\u00e1came istotu a nadh\u013ead (Pra\u0161ko, Pra\u0161kov\u00e1, 1996, s.12).<\/p>\n<h2>Tri f\u00e1zy stresu<\/h2>\n<p>Stres od svojho vzniku prebieha v troch f\u00e1zach (Melgosa, 1998, s.24-25):<\/p>\n<h3>Varovn\u00e1 f\u00e1za<\/h3>\n<p>Najsk\u00f4r sa objavia telesn\u00e9 reakcie, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa pre \u010dloveka nielen varovan\u00edm, ale i v\u00fdzvou na obozretnos\u0165. No ak stresov\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia za\u010dne \u010dloveku \u201eprerasta\u0165 cez hlavu\u201c a jedinec si uvedom\u00ed, \u017ee nem\u00e1 dostatok sily, prihl\u00e1sia sa pocity skuto\u010dn\u00e9ho stresu<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00e1za odol\u00e1vania<\/h3>\n<p>Ke\u010f postihnut\u00fd za\u010d\u00edna zis\u0165ova\u0165, \u017ee str\u00e1ca pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea energie a \u017ee sa zni\u017euje jeho produktivita, m\u00f4\u017eu sa u neho prejavi\u0165 pocity frustr\u00e1cie. Navy\u0161e, \u010d\u00edm m\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie obavy zo zlyhania, t\u00fdm je aj \u00faspech menej pravdepodobn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00e1za vy\u010derpania<\/h3>\n<p>Prejavuje sa \u00fanavou, stavmi \u00fazkosti a depresiou. \u00danavu nemo\u017eno odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 dobr\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkom, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou ju toti\u017e sprev\u00e1dza nervozita, nap\u00e4tie a zlos\u0165. \u00dazkos\u0165 sa prejav\u00ed u\u017e aj pri norm\u00e1lnych okolnostiach. Ak v tejto s\u00favislosti hovor\u00edme o depresii, m\u00e1me na mysli predov\u0161etk\u00fdm stratu motiv\u00e1cie. Postihnut\u00fd trp\u00ed nespavos\u0165ou, zaober\u00e1 sa pesimistick\u00fdmi my\u0161lienkami a jeho negat\u00edvne pocity sa st\u00e1le prehlbuj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<h2>Zvl\u00e1danie a rie\u0161enie stresu v podniku &#8211; DITOR<\/h2>\n<p>V praxi sa stret\u00e1vame s vyu\u017eit\u00edm r\u00f4znych postupov pri rie\u0161en\u00ed \u00faloh, experimentovan\u00ed mo\u017eno vyu\u017ei\u0165 heuristick\u00fa sch\u00e9mu tvoriv\u00e9ho rie\u0161enia probl\u00e9mov <strong>DITOR<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa navrhli Zelina M., Zelinov\u00e1 M. (1990,s.81, upraven\u00e9):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1. krok D: Definuj probl\u00e9m.<\/strong> Spomedzi t\u00e9m vyber probl\u00e9m, sformuluj ho, rozde\u013e na pod probl\u00e9my, pok\u00fas sa zostavi\u0165 ide\u00e1lne rie\u0161enie, cie\u013e, k \u010domu chce\u0161 dospie\u0165.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2. krok I: Informuj sa o probl\u00e9me.<\/strong> Ako sa dosia\u013e rie\u0161il? Zozbieraj poznatky, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu prispie\u0165 k jeho rie\u0161eniu. Konzultuj probl\u00e9m s odborn\u00edkmi. Ako sa dosia\u013e tento probl\u00e9m rie\u0161il v literat\u00fare? \u010co podmienky? Treba prizva\u0165 odborn\u00edkov?<\/li>\n<li><strong>3. krok T: Tvor rie\u0161enia, n\u00e1pady, hypot\u00e9zy.<\/strong> Produkuj \u010do najviac, \u010do najrozmanitej\u0161\u00edch a \u010do najorigin\u00e1lnej\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1padov na rie\u0161ene probl\u00e9mu.
