Potrebu nad\u010dasov m\u00f4\u017eeme bra\u0165 aj ako nefunguj\u00faci, popr\u00edpade zle funguj\u00faci mana\u017ement podniku.<br \/>\nPrepracovan\u00ed \u013eudia m\u00e1vaj\u00fa osobnos\u0165 typu A \u2013 zvykn\u00fa by\u0165 agres\u00edvni, nap\u00e4t\u00ed, vystresovan\u00ed a celkovo nepriate\u013esk\u00ed vo\u010di ostatn\u00fdm. Psychick\u00e1 z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee privodi\u0165 depresie a podr\u00e1\u017edenos\u0165 \u010di nedostatok sp\u00e1nku, resp. nedostatok \u010dasu uvo\u013eni\u0165 sa pred span\u00edm. Stres z pr\u00e1ce zvy\u0161uje krvn\u00fd tlak a jeho nebezpe\u010denstvo je, \u017ee b\u00fdva \u201eskryt\u00fd\u201c a pri lek\u00e1rskej prehliadke sa nemus\u00ed prejavi\u0165. \u013dudia, ktor\u00ed \u010dasto pracuj\u00fa nad\u010das, zvykn\u00fa chodi\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce aj ke\u010f s\u00fa chor\u00ed a ignorova\u0165 pr\u00edznaky choroby (Vajs, 2010).<\/p>\n<h3>Mobbing<\/h3>\n<p>Mobbing je slovo prevzat\u00e9 z anglick\u00e9ho slovesa \u201eto mob\u201c, \u010do sa d\u00e1 prelo\u017ei\u0165 ako \u201evulg\u00e1rne vynada\u0165\u201c, \u201evrhn\u00fa\u0165 sa na \u201c, \u201evtiera\u0165\u201c, \u201eob\u0165a\u017eova\u0165\u201c, \u201ehromadne napadn\u00fa\u0165\u201c. Za jeho v\u00fdznamom sa skr\u00fdva systematick\u00e9 \u0161ikanovanie, terorizovanie a po\u0161kodzovanie osoby na pracovisku. Mobbing spo\u010d\u00edva v systematickom psychickom prenasledovan\u00ed \u010di \u0161ikanovan\u00ed zamestnanca, ktor\u00e9 spravidla smeruje k tomu, aby postihnut\u00fd zamestnanec (obe\u0165 mobbingu) ukon\u010dil pracovnopr\u00e1vny vz\u0165ah (Wagnerov\u00e1, 2011, s.129).<\/p>\n<h3>Bossing<\/h3>\n<p>Bossing je takmer to ist\u00e9 ako mobbing, len\u017ee ide o \u0161ikanovanie zo strany nadriaden\u00e9ho ku zamestnancovi.<\/p>\n<h3>Sexu\u00e1lne ob\u0165a\u017eovanie<\/h3>\n<p>Sexu\u00e1lne ob\u0165a\u017eovanie je v mnoh\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch legislat\u00edvne upraven\u00e9, na Slovensku v\u0161ak tak\u00fdto z\u00e1kon nie je, pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa ho r\u00f4zne z\u00e1kony. V Trestnom z\u00e1kone s\u00fa trestn\u00e9 \u010diny ako zn\u00e1sil\u0148ovanie a obmedzovanie osobnej slobody a do toho patr\u00ed aj ob\u0165a\u017eovanie. Antidiskrimina\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1kon charakterizuje ob\u0165a\u017eovanie ako tak\u00e9 zaobch\u00e1dzanie s osobou, ktor\u00e9 t\u00e1to osoba m\u00f4\u017ee od\u00f4vodnene pova\u017eova\u0165 za nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9, nevhodn\u00e9 \u010di dokonca ur\u00e1\u017eliv\u00e9. V r\u00e1mci pracovnopr\u00e1vnych vz\u0165ahov pam\u00e4t\u00e1 na ob\u0165a\u017eovanie aj Z\u00e1konn\u00edk pr\u00e1ce. Je definovan\u00e9 ako jedna z foriem diskrimin\u00e1cie, ktorou sa poru\u0161uje \u013eudsk\u00e1 d\u00f4stojnos\u0165 a ktor\u00e1 vytv\u00e1ra pre zamestnanca nepriate\u013esk\u00e9, zastra\u0161uj\u00face, zahanbuj\u00face, poni\u017euj\u00face alebo ur\u00e1\u017eliv\u00e9 prostredie. Z\u00e1konn\u00edk z\u00e1rove\u0148 hovor\u00ed o tom, \u017ee zamestnanec m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo poda\u0165 svojmu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi s\u0165a\u017enos\u0165. Ten je povinn\u00fd na \u0148u bez zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu odpoveda\u0165. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 mus\u00ed vykona\u0165 n\u00e1pravu, upusti\u0165 od tak\u00e9ho konania a odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 jeho n\u00e1sledky. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e pritom nesmie zamestnanca postihova\u0165 alebo znev\u00fdhod\u0148ova\u0165 preto, \u017ee si uplat\u0148uje svoje pr\u00e1va (Kr\u010dm\u00e1rikov\u00e1, 2005).<\/p>\n<h3>Monot\u00f3nnos\u0165 a rutina<\/h3>\n<p>Monot\u00f3nnos\u0165, rutina a nedostato\u010dn\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 vy\u0165a\u017eenie, b\u00fdvaj\u00fa n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a pre zdravie nie pr\u00edli\u0161 prospe\u0161n\u00e9. Medzi najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie v mojej pr\u00e1ci patria tieto: psychick\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky, zn\u00ed\u017eenie v\u00fdkonu, absencia, fluktu\u00e1cia, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 \u00farazov\u00e1 dispoz\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<h3>Zvy\u0161uj\u00faca absencia zamestnanca<\/h3>\n<p>Zvy\u0161uj\u00faca absencia zamestnanca m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 dopad na celkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon podnikov\u00fdch procesov, \u010do sa m\u00f4\u017ee prejavi\u0165 v zn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed zisku. \u010ealej to m\u00f4\u017ee nepriaznivo p\u00f4sobi\u0165 i na ostatn\u00fdch zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed bud\u00fa musie\u0165 \u201e\u0165aha\u0165 pr\u00e1cu\u201c i za ch\u00fdbaj\u00faceho zamestnanca.<\/p>\n<h3>Fluktu\u00e1cia<\/h3>\n<p>Fluktu\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee pre fluktuj\u00faceho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu podniku popri zn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed alebo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed miery vplyvu a zodpovednosti v podniku znamena\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161iu zmenu (pozit\u00edvnu, negat\u00edvnu) v spolo\u010denskom statuse, a to v rovine podielu na riaden\u00ed.<br \/>\nFluktuuj\u00faci \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk m\u00f4\u017ee z\u00edska\u0165 spolo\u010densko\u2013 profesion\u00e1lnu poz\u00edciu, ktor\u00e1 mu umo\u017e\u0148uje aspo\u0148 na to\u013eko alebo viac ako predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faca poz\u00edcia zu\u017eitkova\u0165 kvalifik\u00e1ciu.<br \/>\nFluktuuj\u00faci \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu podniku si so zmenou pr\u00edjmov v d\u00f4sledku fluktu\u00e1cie m\u00f4\u017ee navodi\u0165 i zmenu (pozit\u00edvnu, negat\u00edvnu) v \u010fal\u0161om ukazovateli spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho statusu.<br \/>\nM\u00f4\u017ee ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl pozit\u00edvne, ale i negat\u00edvne. D\u00f4sledky mo\u017eno sledova\u0165 naor. na vzoroch obliekania, b\u00fdvania (ve\u013ekos\u0165 a vybavenie bytu), pri vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed vo\u013en\u00e9ho \u010dasu (\u0161trukt\u00fara \u010dinnost\u00ed, prostredie, v ktorom sa vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das realizuje a pod.) .<br \/>\nProces prisp\u00f4sobovania sa fluktuj\u00faceho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu podniku nov\u00fdm vzorom spr\u00e1vania sa b\u00fdva neraz nielen zd\u013ahav\u00fd, ale i komplikovan\u00fd.
