Je to ovplyvnen\u00e9 jeho psychick\u00fdmi i fyziologick\u00fdmi predpokladmi, ako aj t\u00fdm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s je in\u00fd a neopakovate\u013en\u00fd. Pre n\u00e1s je potrebn\u00e9, nau\u010di\u0165 sa pozna\u0165 svojho \u0161\u00e9fa, vedie\u0165 sa v \u0148om orientova\u0165, dobre s n\u00edm vych\u00e1dza\u0165, na z\u00e1klade poznania jeho vlastnost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed. Jednou z najproblematickej\u0161\u00edch str\u00e1nok vedenia \u013eud\u00ed je ot\u00e1zka osobnosti mana\u017e\u00e9ra. Pr\u00e1ve mana\u017e\u00e9ri b\u00fdvaj\u00fa najviac kritizovan\u00ed zo strany svojich spolupracovn\u00edkov.<br \/>\nOt\u00e1zka poznania osobnosti je ve\u013emi zlo\u017eit\u00e1, preto\u017ee \u010dlovek sa men\u00ed pod vplyvom sk\u00fasenost\u00ed, prostredia, \u013eud\u00ed s ktor\u00fdmi pracuje ako j funkcie, ktor\u00fa vykon\u00e1va. Vyskytuj\u00fa sa aj v\u00fdnimky v tom, \u017ee niektor\u00ed \u0161\u00e9fovia nestr\u00e1caj\u00fa hlavu pod vplyvom funkcie a ost\u00e1vaj\u00fa vo svojej podstate rovnak\u00ed. Medzi rozhoduj\u00face znaky osobnosti patria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vz\u0165ah k sebe<\/li>\n<li>vz\u0165ah k pr\u00e1ci, k spolo\u010dnosti<\/li>\n<li>vz\u0165ah k ostatn\u00fdm povinnostiam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade uveden\u00fdch znakov m\u00f4\u017eeme charakterizova\u0165 mor\u00e1lny profil osobnosti, jej \u017eivotn\u00fa poz\u00edciu v spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Vlastnosti osobnosti<\/h2>\n<p>Niektor\u00ed autori charakterizuj\u00fa osobnos\u0165 ako s\u00fahrn osobn\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed \u010dloveka. Patria sem organick\u00e9 potreby \u010dloveka, vlastnosti temperamentu a in\u00e9. Prirodzen\u00e9 vlastnosti podmie\u0148uj\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 a dynamiku priebehu psychick\u00fdch procesov. S\u00fa to prvotn\u00e9 vlastnosti osobnosti.<br \/>\nDo nadobudnut\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed osobnosti r\u00e1tame v\u0161etky, ktor\u00e9 vznikli v d\u00f4sledku ontogenetick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvinu \u010dloveka. Vznik z\u00edskan\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed je z\u00e1visl\u00fd od vroden\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed. Samotn\u00e9 utv\u00e1ranie vlastnost\u00ed osobnosti (ako je skromnos\u0165, drzos\u0165, \u00faprimnos\u0165, presnos\u0165, tajnostk\u00e1rstvo, pedantizmus, intrig\u00e1nstvo) sa pova\u017euje za zlo\u017eit\u00fd jav.<br \/>\nU dospel\u00e9ho \u010dloveka sformovan\u00e9 vlastnosti v priebehu jeho v\u00fdvinu maj\u00fa relat\u00edvne trval\u00fd charakter. Trvalos\u0165 vlastnost\u00ed osobnosti nie je v\u0161ak absol\u00fatna. K ich zmen\u00e1m doch\u00e1dza prakticky v priebehu cel\u00e9ho \u017eivota \u010dloveka. Zriedkavo sa zmenia tie vlastnosti osobnosti, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa z\u00e1visl\u00e9 od vroden\u00fdch biologick\u00fdch danost\u00ed. Cel\u00e9 bohatstvo diferencovan\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed osobnosti klasifikujeme do \u0161tyroch z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch skup\u00edn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>schopnosti<\/li>\n<li>temperament<\/li>\n<li>charakter<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1ujmy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlovek je v podstate takou osobnos\u0165ou, akou chce by\u0165. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd rozhoduje s\u00e1m o sebe, ak\u00fdm \u010dlovekom bude. Dnes si u\u017e ani nevieme predstavi\u0165 v organiz\u00e1cii tak\u00fdto typ \u0161\u00e9fa, a predsa sa to st\u00e1va. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazment-a-jeho-prostredie\/\">Mana\u017ement organiz\u00e1cie<\/a> si mus\u00ed uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee schopnosti s\u00fa podmienkou pre \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fa realiz\u00e1ciu pracovnej \u010dinnosti.<br \/>\nPod\u013ea druhov pracovnej \u010dinnosti pozn\u00e1me:<br \/>\npsychomotorick\u00e9 schopnosti (sila, koordin\u00e1cia, zru\u010dnos\u0165)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>atletick\u00e9 schopnosti (obratnos\u0165)<\/li>\n<li>hudobn\u00e9 schopnosti (hudobn\u00fd sluch)<\/li>\n<li>umeleck\u00e9 schopnosti (maliarstvo, vn\u00edmanie priestoru)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010clovek sa s hotov\u00fdmi schopnos\u0165ami nerod\u00ed, s\u00fa v\u017edy rezult\u00e1tom v\u00fdvinu. Vroden\u00fd z\u00e1klad pre individu\u00e1lny v\u00fdvoj schopnost\u00ed predstavuj\u00fa vlohy. Vlohy sa m\u00f4\u017eu vyvin\u00fa\u0165 iba v ur\u010dit\u00fdch podmienkach. O schopnostiach sa \u010dasto hovor\u00ed ako o zdeden\u00fdch vlastnostiach osobnosti. Ak je nie\u010do u \u010dloveka vroden\u00e9, tak s\u00fa to spravidla anatomicko \u2013fyziologick\u00e9 vlastnosti organizmu, z ktor\u00fdch najv\u00fdraznej\u0161ie s\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm vlastnosti nervovej s\u00fastavy a mozgu. Tieto anatomicko &#8211; fyziologick\u00e9 rozdiely, na ktor\u00fdch sa zaklad\u00e1 vznik a rozvoj schopnost\u00ed sa medzi \u013eu\u010fmi ozna\u010duj\u00fa ako vlohy. Vloha je jav mnohozna\u010dn\u00fd, na jej z\u00e1klade sa m\u00f4\u017eu rozvin\u00fa\u0165 a vznikn\u00fa\u0165 r\u00f4zne schopnosti. Schopnosti jednotliv\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed sa vyv\u00edjaj\u00fa r\u00f4znym sp\u00f4sobom, pri\u010dom mieru, stupe\u0148 rozvoja \u013eudsk\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed ozna\u010dujeme pojmami:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nadanie<\/li>\n<li>talent<\/li>\n<li>genialita<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pod nadan\u00edm rozumieme s\u00fahrn tak\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa ur\u010ditej osobe v ur\u010ditej oblasti \u010dinnosti pod\u00e1va\u0165 nadpriemern\u00e9 v\u00fdkony. Nadan\u00edm naz\u00fdvame aj mimoriadne priazniv\u00e9 vlohy na ist\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, ktor\u00e9 sa prejavuj\u00fa v schopnostiach a dobr\u00fdch v\u00fdkonoch. Patr\u00ed sem napr. nadanie na hudbu, matematiku, re\u010di. Bl\u00edzky pojmu nadanie je talent. Ozna\u010dujeme n\u00edm mimoriadne vynikaj\u00face schopnosti. Potrebn\u00e9 je poveda\u0165, \u017ee talent nesl\u00fa\u017ei ako n\u00e1hrada za pr\u00e1cu. Pr\u00e1ve naopak, pre rozvoj talentu je nevyhnutn\u00e9 u\u010denie a usilovn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca. Na vykon\u00e1vanie akejko\u013evek \u010dinnosti nesta\u010d\u00ed len ur\u010dit\u00e1 schopnos\u0165, ale je nevyhnutn\u00e9 osvojova\u0165 si neust\u00e1le vedomosti a zru\u010dnosti.<br \/>\nPred spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou, riadiacim pracovn\u00edkom stoj\u00ed \u00faloha vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 tak\u00fa kl\u00edmu a podmienky pre osobn\u00fd rozvoj \u010dloveka, aby ani jeden talent nevy\u0161iel nazmar a nemusel sa do\u017eadova\u0165 svojej realiz\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<h2>Inteligencia<\/h2>\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9r by mal by\u0165 nesporne inteligentn\u00fd. Ak hovor\u00edme o inteligencii, m\u00e1me na mysli \u013eahk\u00fd nadpriemer, preto\u017ee je potrebn\u00e9, aby porozumel \u013eu\u010fom s ktor\u00fdmi pracuje a mal zmysel pre realitu. Pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 IQ by mohlo vies\u0165 k odtrhnutiu z\u00e1ujmov \u0161\u00e9fa a kolegov, k vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9mu nepochopeniu. Inteligentn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed si cen\u00edme, hoci vieme, \u017ee by\u0165 inteligent\u00fdm e\u0161te neznamen\u00e1 by\u0165 dobr\u00fdm mana\u017e\u00e9rom. Psychol\u00f3govia vedia, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 IQ nie je e\u0161te z\u00e1rukou \u00faspe\u0161nosti \u010dloveka.<\/p>\n<h3>\u010co je to inteligencia?<\/h3>\n<p>Z h\u013eadiska \u0161trukt\u00fary osobnosti inteligencia zast\u00e1va v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u00falohu. Rozumieme \u0148ou v\u0161eobecn\u00fa du\u0161evn\u00fa schopnos\u0165 prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 sa nov\u00fdm \u00faloh\u00e1m, situ\u00e1ci\u00e1m. Pri vymedzovan\u00ed povahy inteligencie psychol\u00f3govia vy\u010dle\u0148uj\u00fa tri oblasti inteligencie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>abstraktn\u00fa<\/li>\n<li>mechanick\u00fa<\/li>\n<li>soci\u00e1lnu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abstraktn\u00e1 inteligencia sa prejavuje v praktickom zaobch\u00e1dzan\u00ed s r\u00f4znymi symbolmi. Pomocou nich je \u010dlovek schopn\u00fd odha\u013eova\u0165 vz\u0165ahy a rie\u0161i\u0165 probl\u00e9my. Mechanick\u00e1 inteligencia umo\u017e\u0148uje pohotovo nar\u00e1ba\u0165 s r\u00f4znymi pracovn\u00fdmi n\u00e1strojmi, technick\u00fdmi zariadeniami, po\u010d\u00edta\u010dmi. Soci\u00e1lna inteligencia sa prejavuje v person\u00e1lnych a spolo\u010densk\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017eitostiach. Tak\u00fdto typ \u013eud\u00ed vie spr\u00e1vne zaobch\u00e1dza\u0165 s in\u00fdmi, r\u00fdchlo sa spriatel\u00ed, je taktn\u00fd v medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch. Pri rozli\u010dnom ch\u00e1pan\u00ed inteligencie vznikli prostriedky na jej meranie a zis\u0165ovanie. Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161ie s\u00fa testy: Ravena, Binetta a Ampthavera. V\u00fdsledok dosiahnut\u00fd v inteligen\u010dnom teste sa vyjadruje prostredn\u00edctvom inteligen\u010dn\u00e9ho kvocientu IQ. Zis\u0165ovanie \u00farovne rozumov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed, inteligencie m\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00fd praktick\u00fd v\u00fdznam, lebo ka\u017ed\u00e9 povolanie si vy\u017eaduje ur\u010dit\u00fa inteligenciu.<\/p>\n<h3>Emocion\u00e1lna inteligencia \u2013 EQ<\/h3>\n<p>V \u017eivote ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dloveka existuje mnoho r\u00f4znych ciest k \u00faspechu a ve\u013ea odborov, v ktor\u00fdch sa cenia r\u00f4zne schopnosti \u010dloveka. K\u013e\u00fa\u010d k pochopeniu, pre\u010do sa jedn\u00e9mu dar\u00ed a druh\u00fd skon\u010d\u00ed v slepej uli\u010dke, h\u013eadali \u013eudia v IQ. Zistilo sa, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 IQ nie je vstupn\u00e1 br\u00e1na k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu \u00faspechu a nie je ani z\u00e1rukou \u0161\u0165astia. Nepripravuje ani nezaru\u010duje rie\u0161enie ne\u010dakan\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, pred ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1s \u017eivot stavia. V r\u00e1mci v\u00fdskumov sa potvrdilo, \u017ee IQ prispieva k faktorom ur\u010duj\u00facich \u00faspech v \u017eivote iba 20 percentami, \u010do hovor\u00ed o tom, \u017ee zvy\u0161n\u00fdch 80 percent prin\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed \u00faplne in\u00fdm vplyvom. Jedn\u00fdm slovom povedan\u00e9, ke\u010f chceme porozumie\u0165 in\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom, k tomu je potrebn\u00fd citov\u00fd z\u00e1klad.<br \/>\n\u013du\u010fia s dobre rozvinutou emocion\u00e1lnou inteligenciou dosiahn\u00fa v \u017eivote v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu spokojnos\u0165, dok\u00e1\u017eu prekona\u0165 svoje zlozvyky, s\u00fa vyrovan\u00ed. Naopak t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed nedo\u00e1\u017eu v oblasti svojich citov vnies\u0165 poriadok, bojuj\u00fa sami so sebou, \u010do im naru\u0161uje schopnos\u0165 prem\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 a s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na svoju pr\u00e1cu. Pod\u013ea Y.
