Patr\u00ed sem tie\u017e zatv\u00e1ranie dver\u00ed, <strong>vy\u010dle\u0148ovanie z kolekt\u00edvu, ale aj fyzick\u00fd \u00fatok na osobu<\/strong> a pod.<br \/>\nPrejavy mobbingu m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 r\u00f4zne, z\u00e1visia \u010dasto od jednotlivej osoby, skupiny, ktor\u00e1 ho pou\u017e\u00edva, od cie\u013ea, ktor\u00fd sleduje. Niekedy je mobbing \u0165a\u017eko rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165, \u010di ide o n\u00e1hodu, alebo z\u00e1mer.<\/p>\n<h2>Kedy vznik\u00e1 mobbing?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rozhoduj\u00facim \u010dinite\u013eom pre vznik mobbingu je pracovn\u00e9 prostredie, tj. \u010di sa \u010dlovek c\u00edti dobre alebo zle<\/strong>. Ak zamestnanci pracuj\u00fa pod stresom, str\u00e1ca sa \u010dasto kolegialita, oh\u013eaduplnos\u0165, ochota pom\u00f4c\u0165, schopnos\u0165 poradi\u0165 sa o veciach na \u013eudskej \u00farovni.<br \/>\n<strong>Na vzniku mobbingu sa m\u00f4\u017ee podie\u013ea\u0165 n\u00e1hoda, alebo celkom ban\u00e1lna z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee vy\u00fasti\u0165 do nerie\u0161ite\u013en\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu.<\/strong> Ako pr\u00edklad uvedieme nefaj\u010diara medzi faj\u010diarmi. Ak sa faj\u010diari musia prisp\u00f4sobova\u0165 nefaj\u010diarovi, je len ot\u00e1zkou \u010dasu, ako sa vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy \u010falej vyv\u00edja\u0165.<br \/>\n<strong>Medzi \u010dast\u00e9 strat\u00e9gie vyskytuj\u00face sa v pracovn\u00fdch podmienkach patria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>odmietanie podpory, spolupr\u00e1ce<\/li>\n<li>zatv\u00e1ranie dver\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>ignorovanie \u010dloveka<\/li>\n<li>zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 sa vyjadri\u0165 (\u201eV\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1zor nikoho nezauj\u00edma\u201c,\u201cKto sa v\u00e1s na to p\u00fdtal?\u201c,\u201cMus\u00edte sa v\u017edy pcha\u0165 dopredu?\u201c\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>zneva\u017eovanie schopnost\u00ed a v\u00fdkonov<\/li>\n<li>miznutie pracovn\u00fdch podkladov<\/li>\n<li>fal\u0161ovanie a po\u0161kodzovanie<\/li>\n<li>informa\u010dn\u00e1 lo\u017e<\/li>\n<li>duchovn\u00e1 kr\u00e1de\u017e<\/li>\n<li>kritika presved\u010denia (smej\u00fa sa z \u010dloveka ak je n\u00e1bo\u017eensky zalo\u017een\u00fd)<\/li>\n<li>zverej\u0148ovanie d\u00f4vern\u00e9ho (zneu\u017e\u00edvanie)<\/li>\n<li>terorizovanie telef\u00f3nom<\/li>\n<li>trval\u00e1 kontrola<\/li>\n<li>upieranie d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed \u2013 z\u00e1kern\u00e1 taktika, postihnut\u00fd sa t\u00fdm c\u00edti nielen izolovan\u00fd, ale dop\u00fa\u0161\u0165a sa aj ch\u00fdb, lebo nepozn\u00e1 zmeny<\/li>\n<li>vyl\u00fa\u010denie zo spolo\u010densk\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed d\u0148a<\/li>\n<li>zlomyseln\u00e9 oso\u010dovanie\u2013 nepravdiv\u00e1 klebeta, napr. kolegy\u0148a je \u013eah\u0161\u00edch mravov, spreneverila peniaze v predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej firme, alkoholik apod.<\/li>\n<li>o\u010dier\u0148ovanie u \u0161\u00e9fa a s\u00e1m seba postav\u00ed do lep\u0161ej poz\u00edcie<\/li>\n<li>spochyb\u0148ovanie rozhodnut\u00ed, odbornej sp\u00f4sobilosti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kto m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 mobbovan\u00fd?<\/strong><br \/>\nExistuj\u00fa osobitne ohrozen\u00e9 kateg\u00f3rie \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa m\u00f4\u017eu \u013eahko sta\u0165 mobbovan\u00e9. A to s\u00fa hlavne:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>osamoten\u00fd \u010dlovek<\/strong> (\u017eena v mu\u017eskom kolekt\u00edve a naopak mu\u017e v \u017eenskom kolekt\u00edve, \u013eahko sa dost\u00e1va do pa\u013eby)<\/li>\n<li><strong>n\u00e1padn\u00fd \u010dlovek<\/strong> (\u013eudia, ktor\u00ed sa nejako odli\u0161uj\u00fa od t\u00edmu, napr. slobodn\u00e1 matka, \u010dlovek s telesnou chybou)<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd \u010dlovek<\/strong> (aj \u00faspech b\u00fdva \u010dasto bari\u00e9rou v medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahoch, plod\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u0165, o\u010dier\u0148ovanie pred ostatn\u00fdmi, nem\u00e1 to v\u017edy \u013eahk\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li><strong>nov\u00fd pracovn\u00edk<\/strong> (m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 probl\u00e9my u\u017e napr. z toho d\u00f4vodu, \u017ee m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161ie vzdelanie ako kolega, \u017ee je mlad\u0161\u00ed, mlad\u0161ia \u2013 star\u0161ia kolegy\u0148a, vzbudzuje \u017eiarlivos\u0165.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u010co sp\u00f4sobuje mobbing?<\/strong><br \/>\nMobbing vpl\u00fdva na psychiku \u010dloveka, po\u0161kodzuje jeho zdravie, zni\u017euje v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 v pr\u00e1ci. Ak trv\u00e1 pr\u00edli\u0161 dlho sp\u00f4sobuje apatiu, depresiu, \u00fazkos\u0165, stratu sebad\u00f4very, nespavos\u0165, probl\u00e9my s tlakom a in\u00e9 v\u00fdpadky zdravotn\u00e9ho stavu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako sa br\u00e1ni\u0165 proti mobbingu?<\/h2>\n<p>Najlep\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom ako sa br\u00e1ni\u0165 vo\u010di mobbingu, je vedie\u0165 mu predch\u00e1dza\u0165. Jednou z mo\u017enost\u00ed je, <strong>nau\u010di\u0165 sa, resp. zariadi\u0165 si v pracovnom kolekt\u00edve kry\u0165 si chrb\u00e1t. Dobr\u00e9 je n\u00e1js\u0165 si v t\u00edme spojencov, jedn\u00e9ho i viac, ktor\u00ed v\u00e1s podporia, preto\u017ee oby\u010dajne stoj\u00ed proti v\u00e1m jeden \u010dlovek.<\/strong> Ak m\u00e1me podporu, vystupuje sa n\u00e1m ove\u013ea istej\u0161ie a sebavedomej\u0161ie (napr. poviem: je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby ste ma podporili, spolieham sa na v\u00e1s).<br \/>\nVe\u013emi osved\u010den\u00fdm, vhodn\u00fdm prostriedkom je <strong>otvoren\u00fd rozhovor medzi \u0161tyrmi o\u010dami<\/strong>. Tento pokus sa m\u00f4\u017ee vyplati\u0165, preto\u017ee \u00fato\u010dn\u00edk nem\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee bol odhalen\u00fd verejne medzi ostatn\u00fdmi. Rozhovor by mal by\u0165 vecn\u00fd, tj. kr\u00e1tko a presne op\u00ed\u0161eme kedy a od koho sme \u201eto\u201c po\u010duli. Potrebn\u00e9 je zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee ak sa to bude opakova\u0165, obr\u00e1time sa na vy\u0161\u0161ie miesta.<\/p>\n<h2>Typol\u00f3gia nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161\u00e9fov<\/h2>\n<h3>Ml\u010danliv\u00fd samot\u00e1r<\/h3>\n<p>Najrad\u0161ej sed\u00ed zaduman\u00fd vo svojej kancel\u00e1rii a <strong>kontakt so svoj\u00edm oddelen\u00edm obmedzuje<\/strong> na absol\u00fatne minimum. Mo\u017eno je vynikaj\u00faci odborn\u00edk (preto aj to miesto dostal), ale vo <strong>veden\u00ed spolupracovn\u00edkov sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou nevyzn\u00e1<\/strong>. Ml\u010danliv\u00fd nem\u00f4\u017ee ani motivova\u0165, ani delegova\u0165, najrad\u0161ej je, ke\u010f ho nechaj\u00fa na pokoji.<br \/>\n<strong>Opatrenia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>formujte n\u00e1zory, n\u00e1vrhy vo v\u0161edn\u00e9 dni \u010do najjasnej\u0161ie a najvecnej\u0161ie. <strong>Najlep\u0161\u00ed sp\u00f4sob ako mu zaimponova\u0165 je odborn\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/strong>. To, \u017ee n\u00e1s bude mobbova\u0165 \u0165a\u017eko mo\u017eno o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165, lebo je pr\u00edli\u0161 zamestnan\u00fd s\u00e1m sebou.<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nepr\u00edstupn\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f<\/h3>\n<p>Spr\u00e1va sa podobne ako samot\u00e1r, rozdiel: <strong>ignoruje pracovn\u00edkov, je elit\u00e1r \u2013 st\u00e1va sa fajnov\u00fd a pr\u00edli\u0161 arogantn\u00fd, aby sa zahadzoval s podriaden\u00fdmi.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Opatrenia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>spr\u00e1vny kontakt, t. j. <strong>nekr\u010di\u0165 sa pred n\u00edm<\/strong> (<strong>lebo si v\u00e1\u017ei osobnosti<\/strong>), na druhej strane <strong>jedna\u0165 s n\u00edm tak, aby nebola dotknut\u00e1 jeho samo\u013e\u00fabos\u0165.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>ak vznikn\u00fa probl\u00e9my, odpor\u00fa\u010da sa nachyta\u0165 ho na jeho hrdos\u0165 napr. <strong>viete, ako si v\u00e1s v\u00e1\u017eime, sme si ist\u00ed, \u017ee vy s va\u0161imi schopnos\u0165ami n\u00e1jdete rozumn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Autoritat\u00edvny \u0161\u00e9f<\/h3>\n<p>On vie, \u010do znamen\u00e1 a uk\u00e1\u017ee v\u0161etk\u00fdm ako sa \u0161\u00e9fuje, <strong>neberie si obr\u00fasok na \u00fasta, neomylne a \u010dasto s krikom povie svoj n\u00e1zor<\/strong>. Ani z\u010faleka nie je tento typ tak\u00fd naozaj sebavedom\u00fd ako je jeho vystupovanie, <strong>niekedy maskuje svoju neistotu siln\u00fdmi slovami<\/strong>, resp. vojensk\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom riadenia. Spravidla <strong>nie je neob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd<\/strong>, lebo poskytuje \u013eu\u010fom istotu, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd vie na \u010dom je.<br \/>\n<strong>Opatrenia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ten, kto dovol\u00ed, aby si urobil z neho obe\u0165, m\u00e1 probl\u00e9my. <strong>Cen\u00ed si vecnos\u0165 a sebavedomie, k\u00fdm nie je spochybnen\u00e1 jeho mocensk\u00e1 poz\u00edcia. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>v kontakte sa nesmieme necha\u0165 zastra\u0161i\u0165, prejavi\u0165 city a bra\u0165 jeho \u00fatoky osobne. Ke\u010f sa n\u00edm nenech\u00e1me nazlosti\u0165, ale <strong>najprv pokojne prijmeme jeho v\u00fd\u010ditky, a potom chladne argumentujeme, vytvor\u00edme si bezpe\u010dn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu<\/strong>. S ob\u010dasnou b\u00farkou m\u00f4\u017eeme r\u00e1ta\u0165, ale nestaneme sa trvalou obe\u0165ou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>V\u00e1hav\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00e1hav\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f m\u00e1 probl\u00e9my s rozhodovan\u00edm. <strong>Ods\u00fava aj najbezv\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie z\u00e1le\u017eitosti zo strachu, \u017ee nie\u010do pokaz\u00ed<\/strong>. V d\u00f4sledku toho sa st\u00e1va jeho <strong>\u0161t\u00fdl riadenia chaotick\u00fd, neist\u00fd<\/strong>. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee nesta\u010d\u00ed na svoju funkciu, preto\u017ee je slaboch. Svoj\u00edm spr\u00e1van\u00edm poskytuje \u017eivn\u00fa p\u00f4du pre psychick\u00fd teror.<br \/>\n<strong>Opatrenia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>predbiehajme ho v opatreniach<\/li>\n<li>ak sa to d\u00e1, <strong>navrhujme len jeden sp\u00f4sob, nikdy nie viac alternat\u00edv<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>dajme mu s\u00fa\u010dasne pocit, \u017ee toto skvele rozhodnutie prijal s\u00e1m<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>uznanie potrebuje neist\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f viac ako v\u0161etko ostatn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>mo\u017eno mu t\u00fdm st\u00fapne sebavedomie a v\u00e1s bude hodnoti\u0165 ako schopn\u00fd k\u00e1der<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>N\u00e1ladov\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f<\/h3>\n<p>Neust\u00e1le <strong>men\u00ed svoje rozhodnutia, \u010d\u00edm sp\u00f4sobuje chaos<\/strong>. <strong>Nedok\u00e1\u017ee sa ovl\u00e1da\u0165<\/strong>. Niekedy sta\u010d\u00ed mal\u00e1 pr\u00edhoda a vyleje si zlos\u0165 na niekom inom. V d\u00f4sledku tak\u00e9hoto spr\u00e1vania kolekt\u00edv pracovn\u00edkov trp\u00ed zm\u00e4tkom a nap\u00e4tou atmosf\u00e9rou.<br \/>\n<strong>Opatrenia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>potrebn\u00e9 je ma\u0165 diplomatick\u00fa obratnos\u0165, aj <strong>d\u00e1vku sebaovl\u00e1dania<\/strong>, dr\u017eme sa v \u00fastran\u00ed, k\u00fdm b\u00farka prehrm\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>sk\u00fasme sa nad neho povznies\u0165, veci si neberte osobne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>hovorme s n\u00edm iba vtedy, ke\u010f je pokojn\u00fd, k\u013eudn\u00fd<\/strong>, vtedy m\u00f4\u017eeme poveda\u0165 aj to, \u010do sa v\u00e1m nep\u00e1\u010di<\/li>\n<li><strong>doprajme mu ob\u010das mal\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0165azstvo<\/strong>, \u010d\u00edm zjemn\u00edme jeho spr\u00e1vanie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Chvast\u00fa\u0148<\/h3>\n<p>Tento \u010dlovek je st\u00e1le <strong>d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd, nah\u00e1\u0148a sa od term\u00ednu k term\u00ednu, v\u0161etko zaria\u010fuje<\/strong>. Ak sa \u0161\u00e9f rozhodne, \u017ee niekoho zatla\u010d\u00ed do \u00fastrania, m\u00e1lokto mu v tom zabr\u00e1ni, \u0165a\u017eko sa proti tomu vystupuje.<\/p>\n<h2>Pre\u010do mobbuj\u00fa \u0161\u00e9fovia?<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00ed\u010din, pre\u010do nadriaden\u00ed \u0161\u00e9fovia mobbuj\u00fa, je nieko\u013eko. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ou z nich je boj o moc. V tej chv\u00edli, ako ho pov\u00fd\u0161ia, zist\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 \u0161ancu \u00eds\u0165 e\u0161te vy\u0161\u0161ie, je ako vymenen\u00fd.<\/li>\n<li><strong>oklie\u0161\u0165ovanie kompetenci\u00ed<\/strong> (\u00falohy ktor\u00e9 ste rie\u0161ili doteraz, pridelia in\u00e9mu kolegovi, bez udania d\u00f4vodu)<\/li>\n<li><strong>izol\u00e1cia<\/strong> (vylu\u010duje kolegu z por\u00e1d, jeho n\u00e1zor nik neakceptuje, v\u0161etci s\u00fa \u201ehluch\u00ed\u201c).
