Na jednej strane firmy po\u017eaduj\u00fa napr\u00edklad kvalitn\u00fdch program\u00e1torov a stroj\u00e1rov, no \u0161koly naopak produkuj\u00fa absolventov ekon\u00f3mie, pedagogiky \u010di pr\u00e1va, ktor\u00ed n\u00e1sledne bojuj\u00fa s nezamestnanos\u0165ou. Tento probl\u00e9m by mohol by\u0165 rie\u0161ite\u013en\u00fd aj prostredn\u00edctvom kooper\u00e1cie \u0161k\u00f4l a firiem.<\/p>\n<h2>ANAL\u00ddZA &#8211; Vzdel\u00e1vanie bud\u00facich zamestnancov<\/h2>\n<p>Vzdel\u00e1vanie bud\u00facich zamestnancov firiem u\u017e na stredn\u00fdch a vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch &#8211; Ide o spolupr\u00e1cu (kooper\u00e1ciu) medzi \u0161kolou a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom, ktor\u00e1 prin\u00e1\u0161a v\u00fdhody pre obe strany. Ako aj napr\u00edklad SOU KNM , podobn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca prebieha aj medzi spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou EMERSON a \u0161kolami. Aj z toho m\u00e1la firiem, ktor\u00e9 sa sna\u017eili o spolupr\u00e1cu a zmenu procesu vzdel\u00e1vania bolo a\u017e 20 % ne\u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch, z \u010doho n\u00e1m vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve aj \u0161koly vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa bari\u00e9ru, t\u00fdm, \u017ee nemaj\u00fa z\u00e1ujem.
