Jej podstata je vo vz\u00e1jomnom dorozumievan\u00ed sa odovzd\u00e1van\u00ed a prij\u00edman\u00ed v inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ovplyv\u0148ovan\u00ed in\u00fdch a dosahovan\u00ed porozumenia. Prebieha nepretr\u017eite, pri n\u00e1hodnom alebo pl\u00e1novanom stretnut\u00ed dvoch a viacer\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. Je \u017eivotnou potrebou nielen ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednotlivca, ale aj organiz\u00e1cie a celej spolo\u010dnosti.<br \/>\nEfekt\u00edvna komunik\u00e1cia v organiz\u00e1cii patr\u00ed medzi z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 predpoklady jej fungovania. \u017diadna organiz\u00e1cia nem\u00f4\u017ee bez komunik\u00e1cie existova\u0165 ani bez v\u00e4zieb s vn\u00fatorn\u00fdm prostred\u00edm a taktie\u017e s okolit\u00fdm prostred\u00edm.<br \/>\nCie\u013eom pr\u00edpadovej \u0161t\u00fadie je pop\u00edsa\u0165, zhodnoti\u0165 a pouk\u00e1za\u0165 nedostatky komunik\u00e1cie vo vybranej organiz\u00e1cii. Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia bude zameran\u00e1 na verb\u00e1lnu a neverb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu v organiz\u00e1cii, form\u00e1lnu a neform\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu, priamu a nepriamu formu komunik\u00e1cie, vertik\u00e1lnu, horizont\u00e1lnu a diagon\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu. Ak hos\u0165 zavol\u00e1 na <strong>rezerva\u010dn\u00e9 oddelenie hotela<\/strong>, kde po\u017eaduje dodato\u010dn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o hoteli, recep\u010dn\u00e1 mu automaticky poskytne inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 hos\u0165 n\u00e1jde na internetovej str\u00e1nke hotela. Tieto inform\u00e1cie si hos\u0165 u\u017e vopred <strong>stihol pre\u010d\u00edta\u0165. Uv\u00edtal by rad\u0161ej inform\u00e1cie ktor\u00e9 by ho presved\u010dili o tom, \u017ee si m\u00e1 vybra\u0165 pr\u00e1ve n\u00e1\u0161 hotel. Aj z tohto d\u00f4vodu s\u00fa nedostato\u010dne vyu\u017eit\u00e9 kapacity hotela.<\/strong><br \/>\nRecep\u010dn\u00e1 by sa mala zamera\u0165 na inform\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 v potenci\u00e1lnom hos\u0165ovi vyvolaj\u00fa pozit\u00edvne pocity. Namiesto stroh\u00e9ho opisu vybavenia izby by mala zd\u00f4razni\u0165 kr\u00e1sny v\u00fdh\u013ead, kvalitu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a r\u00e1zovitos\u0165 pr\u00edrody, tepl\u00e9 farby izieb, \u0161t\u00fdlov\u00fd n\u00e1bytok, \u0161peci\u00e1lne matrace, \u010di exkluz\u00edvne peny do k\u00fape\u013ea. Na z\u00e1klade tak\u00e9hoto pr\u00edstupu by potenci\u00e1lny z\u00e1kazn\u00edk pozit\u00edvnej\u0161ie prehodnotil svoj z\u00e1ujem pr\u00e1ve o tento hotel.<\/p>\n<h2>Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia hotelov\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu je vyhovuj\u00faca, vyskytuj\u00fa sa v\u0161ak ur\u010dit\u00e9 negat\u00edva, ktor\u00e9 vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa na hos\u0165a. M\u00f4\u017ee ich zaregistrova\u0165 ihne\u010f po pr\u00edchode do hotela ale aj po\u010das svojho pobytu. V\u00fdraz tv\u00e1re hotelov\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu je v\u017edy pr\u00edvetiv\u00fd, ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec m\u00e1 v\u017edy \u00fasmev na tv\u00e1ri aby sa hostia c\u00edtili v hoteli v\u017edy v\u00edtan\u00ed. Rozhoduj\u00facou \u010das\u0165ou por\u00e1d s\u00fa vopred pripraven\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, hl\u00e1senia, pr\u00edkazy pod\u013ea ktor\u00fdch sa maj\u00fa vykon\u00e1va\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 \u010dinnosti v hotelovom zariaden\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci form\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie hotel vyu\u017e\u00edva aj informa\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m a rezerva\u010dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m pre rezerv\u00e1ciu ubytovania.<\/p>\n<h2>Neform\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Neform\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia v hotelovom zariaden\u00ed m\u00e1 zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a pracovn\u00fd charakter. Ide naj\u010dastej\u0161ie o v\u00fdmenu n\u00e1zorov, my\u0161lienok a r\u00f4zne konzult\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 si konkr\u00e9tne situ\u00e1cie vy\u017eaduj\u00fa. Ve\u013emi \u010dasto sa v\u0161ak zamestnanci hotela stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa aj mimo svojej pracovnej doby formou s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho rozhovoru, \u010di posedenia v kaviarni. Neform\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia je teda ve\u013emi dobre rozvinut\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Priama komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>V hoteli je naj\u010dastej\u0161ou zau\u017e\u00edvanou komunik\u00e1ciou pr\u00e1ve forma priamej komunik\u00e1cie. Zamestnanci s\u00fa v priamom kontakte, priamo spolu komunikuj\u00fa a hne\u010f sp\u00e4tnou v\u00e4zbou zis\u0165uj\u00fa, \u010di inform\u00e1cii toho druh\u00e9ho porozumeli spr\u00e1vne. Zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a b\u00fdva spont\u00e1nna, nepripraven\u00e1, nevy\u017eaduje sa pr\u00edsne dodr\u017eiavanie spisovnej normy.<\/p>\n<h2>Nepriama komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Nepriamou komunik\u00e1ciou sa dorozumievaj\u00fa zamestnanci hotela pr\u00e1ve vtedy, ke\u010f nie s\u00fa v tej istej chv\u00edli na tom istom mieste. Dorozumievaj\u00fa sa nepriamo, sprostredkovane, pri\u010dom ch\u00fdba bezprostredn\u00e1 sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba.<br \/>\nVe\u013emi \u010dasto sa v hoteli stalo, \u017ee doch\u00e1dzalo k nedorozumeniam, ktor\u00e9 boli sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 nejasnos\u0165ami pr\u00e1ve nepriamej komunik\u00e1cie. Doch\u00e1dzalo k omylom pr\u00e1ve vtedy, ke\u010f boli spr\u00e1vy odkazovan\u00e9 po r\u00f4znych osob\u00e1ch. Osoby nepodali inform\u00e1cie ako mali, boli ne\u00fapln\u00e9 a nejasne formulovan\u00e9, \u010dasto boli inform\u00e1cie pod\u00e1van\u00e9 neskoro. Nepriama komunik\u00e1cia v hoteli je zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 aj prostredn\u00edctvom informa\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, alebo prostredn\u00edctvom komunik\u00e1cie cez telef\u00f3n, \u010di sms a mms spr\u00e1vami.<\/p>\n<h2>Extern\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Extern\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu vyv\u00edja hotel navonok a v\u00e4zby s vonkaj\u0161\u00edm prostred\u00edm ju via\u017eu k jeho dod\u00e1vate\u013eom, ale aj s konkurenciou, \u0161irokou verejnos\u0165ou, z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi, obchodn\u00fdmi partnermi a \u0161t\u00e1tnymi in\u0161tit\u00faciami. Je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na \u00fapln\u00fdch a pravdiv\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00e1ch a smeruje k cie\u013eov\u00fdm skupin\u00e1m. Hotel sa sna\u017e\u00ed vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 dobr\u00e9 a hlavne pozit\u00edvne vz\u0165ahy s verejnos\u0165ou.<\/p>\n<h2>Intern\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Intern\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia v hotely je posta\u010duj\u00faca, av\u0161ak m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00e9 nedostatky, na ktor\u00e9 by som pouk\u00e1zala. Ve\u013emi \u010dast\u00fdm nedostatkom pri pr\u00edchode hos\u0165a je vystupovanie hotelov\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu. Pred hos\u0165om sa person\u00e1l op\u00fdta \u201eak\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo izby?\u201c. Hos\u0165 nie je \u010d\u00edslo a preto by mal by\u0165 oslovovan\u00fd menom v\u017edy ke\u010f je to mo\u017en\u00e9. Tak\u00e9to vystupovanie vzbudzuje u hos\u0165a podozrenie, ako keby a v hotely c\u00edtil len ako \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v rade.<br \/>\nNamiesto toho, by mala recep\u010dn\u00e1 poskytn\u00fa\u0165 podnet pre hotelov\u00fd person\u00e1l typu \u201eodpreva\u010f p\u00e1na na izbu \u010d\u00edslo 200\u201c Samozrejme by mala podotkn\u00fa\u0165 aby postaral sa o to, aby mu pri jeho pobyte ni\u010d nech\u00fdbalo. Je to len p\u00e1r slov navy\u0161e a pritom dok\u00e1\u017eu vyjadri\u0165 to, ako si hos\u0165a v\u00e1\u017eime a \u017ee sa budeme sna\u017ei\u0165, aby bol jeho pobyt \u010do najpr\u00edjemnej\u0161\u00ed. Hostia tak\u00e9to vystupovanie ur\u010dite lep\u0161ie ocenia.<\/p>\n<h2>Vertik\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Vertik\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia v hoteli prebieha medzi nadriaden\u00fdmi a podriaden\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edkmi smerom nadol ale aj v opa\u010dnom smere smerom nahor.<br \/>\nMana\u017e\u00e9rka hotela praktizuje naj\u010dastej\u0161ie \u00fastnu a p\u00edsomn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu vz\u0165ahuj\u00facu sa na svojich podriaden\u00fdch. Zamestnanci dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa pr\u00edkazy prostredn\u00edctvom rozhovorov na porad\u00e1ch alebo sch\u00f4dzach. Na porad\u00e1ch zamestnanci dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa aj spracovan\u00e9 rozhovory vo forme stru\u010dn\u00fdch pokynov, pr\u00edru\u010dky pre vykon\u00e1vanie dan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed alebo r\u00f4zne bro\u017e\u00fary pre zlep\u0161enie pracovn\u00fdch postupov. Pre uvedenie pr\u00edkladu chy\u017en\u00e1 hotela dostala bro\u017e\u00faru ako lep\u0161ie, r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a kvalitnej\u0161ie uprata\u0165 hotelov\u00fa k\u00fape\u013e\u0148u pomocou nov\u00fdch \u010distiacich prostriedkov.<br \/>\nZamestnanci hotela mohli predlo\u017ei\u0165 sp\u00e4tn\u00fa v\u00e4zbu mana\u017e\u00e9rke v \u00fastnej podobe, av\u0161ak mnohokr\u00e1t do\u0161lo k situ\u00e1cii, \u017ee ich podnety a n\u00e1zory boli vypo\u010dut\u00e9, ale nemali \u017eiadnu realizovate\u013enos\u0165 zo strany mana\u017e\u00e9rky. Pre uvedenie pr\u00edkladu chy\u017en\u00e1 uviedla, \u017ee na z\u00e1klade bro\u017e\u00fary ako lep\u0161ie, r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a kvalitnej\u0161ie uprata\u0165 hotelov\u00fa k\u00fape\u013e\u0148u, nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 vodn\u00fd kame\u0148 z vodovodn\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed, ako je uveden\u00e9 v bro\u017e\u00fare. Mana\u017e\u00e9rka s\u00edce n\u00e1zor svojho zamestnanca vypo\u010dula, ale nov\u00e9 \u010distiace prostriedky na odstr\u00e1nenie vodn\u00e9ho kame\u0148u z vodovodn\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed nezaobstarala.<\/p>\n<h2>Horizont\u00e1lna a diagon\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Horizont\u00e1lna a diagon\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia sa v organiz\u00e1cii neuplat\u0148uje, vzh\u013eadom na v\u00fdskyt len jednej mana\u017e\u00e9rky hotela.<\/p>\n<h2>Komunik\u00e1cia v elektronickej podobe<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1stupom modern\u00fdch informa\u010dn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed sa ur\u00fdch\u013euje proces v\u00fdmeny inform\u00e1ci\u00ed. Hotel vyu\u017e\u00edva sie\u0165ov\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu a komunik\u00e1ciu prostredn\u00edctvom internetu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 aj star\u0161ie komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky vo forme telef\u00f3nu, faxu, hotelov\u00e9ho rozhlasu a in\u00fdch prostriedkov. Star\u0161ie komunika\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky s\u00fa u\u017e nahradzovan\u00e9 internetom, elektronickou po\u0161tou, vn\u00fatropodnikov\u00fdmi informa\u010dn\u00fdmi sie\u0165ami. Hotelov\u00e9 vedenie v\u0161ak neuva\u017euje o ich odstr\u00e1nen\u00ed, preto\u017ee napr\u00edklad v pr\u00edpade v\u00fdpadku internetu, bude komunik\u00e1cia nahraden\u00e1 be\u017en\u00fdm plne funk\u010dn\u00fdm hotelov\u00fdm rozhlasom alebo faxovou komunik\u00e1ciou.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>V hoteli sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie uplat\u0148uje verb\u00e1lna a neverb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia.
