Mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu \u010dasto ozna\u010dovan\u00fd ako ved\u00faci projektu m\u00e1 za \u00falohu pl\u00e1novanie, organizovanie, koordinovanie, vedenie, dozeranie, monitorovanie a kontrolovanie priebehu projektov\u00fdch pr\u00e1c.<br \/>\nHlavnou \u010dinnos\u0165ou projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra je teda riadenie a kontrolovanie pr\u00e1ce, no nie jej vykon\u00e1vanie. Profesia projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra je oblas\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je otvoren\u00e1 talentovan\u00fdm jedincom, ktor\u00fd preukazuj\u00fa svoje schopnost\u00ed v odbornej \u010dinnosti. Predpoklady \u00faspe\u0161nosti v tejto profesii spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00fa s\u00fa\u010dasne vo kvalifik\u00e1ci\u00ed, schopnostiach, n\u00e1vykoch, i osobn\u00fdch charakteristik\u00e1ch mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Mana\u017ement projektu<\/h2>\n<p>Mana\u017ement vo v\u0161eobecnosti je zameran\u00fd na pl\u00e1novanie, organizovanie, vedenie \u013eud\u00ed a tie\u017e kontrolu. Pojem projektovanie sa definuje ako n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd proces a jeho riadenie si \u017eiada \u0161peci\u00e1lnu metodiku pl\u00e1novania, tvorby a realiz\u00e1cie projektu. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby sa tento projekt riadil, inak je vysok\u00e1 pravdepodobnos\u0165 zlyhania.<br \/>\nMana\u017ement projektu teda predstavuje filozofiu pr\u00edstupu k riadeniu projektu, so zrete\u013ene stanoven\u00fdm cie\u013eom, s dosiahnut\u00edm v danom \u010dase, s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi n\u00e1kladmi, a v \u017eiaducej kvalite. Je potrebn\u00e9 re\u0161pektova\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00fa strat\u00e9giu a vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 projektov\u00e9 postupy, techniky a n\u00e1stroje.<\/p>\n<h3>1.1 Projek\u010dn\u00fd t\u00edm<\/h3>\n<p>Na realiz\u00e1ci\u00ed projektu sa spravidla podie\u013eaj\u00fa \u0161pecialisti s r\u00f4znymi kvalifik\u00e1ciami, ktor\u00ed spolo\u010dne tvoria projek\u010dn\u00ed t\u00edm. Spolupr\u00e1ca projek\u010dn\u00e9ho t\u00edmu funguje na z\u00e1klade ur\u010dit\u00fdch princ\u00edpov, pravidiel a z\u00e1sad, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa predmetom t\u00edmovej dohody. \u010celo projek\u010dn\u00e9ho t\u00edmu patr\u00ed mana\u017e\u00e9rovi projektu.<\/p>\n<h3>1.2 Ved\u00faci projek\u010dn\u00e9ho t\u00edmu<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve vrcholov\u00fd mana\u017ement in\u0161tit\u00facie vyber\u00e1 mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu. Mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu, alebo projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r je zvy\u010dajne zodpovedn\u00fd za zostavenie pracovnej skupiny a ich transform\u00e1ciu do projek\u010dn\u00e9ho t\u00edmu. V\u00fdber vhodn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov konzultuje mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu so stredn\u00fdm, alebo vrcholov\u00fdm mana\u017ementom.<br \/>\n<em>\u201e\u00dalohou mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu je vies\u0165, pl\u00e1nova\u0165, organizova\u0165, koordinova\u0165 pr\u00e1cu v t\u00edme, kontrolova\u0165 a vyjedn\u00e1va\u0165.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> <\/em>Kvalifika\u010dn\u00e9 predpoklady a ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo sk\u00fasenosti mana\u017e\u00e9ra by mala dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165 autorita prirodzen\u00e9ho charakteru v danom projek\u010dnom t\u00edme, a tie\u017e dobr\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy s vrcholov\u00fdm veden\u00edm organiz\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu<\/h3>\n<p><em>\u201eProjektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r, \u010dasto ozna\u010dovan\u00fd ako ved\u00faci projektu alebo hlavn\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu, pl\u00e1nuje, organizuje, koordinuje, vedie, dozer\u00e1, monitoruje a kontroluje priebeh projektov\u00fdch pr\u00e1c.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> <\/em>Hlavn\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra spo\u010d\u00edva v riaden\u00ed a kontrolovan\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, no nie v jej vykon\u00e1van\u00ed.<br \/>\nNewton definuje projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra: <em>\u201eje osoba, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 zodpovednos\u0165 za odovzdanie v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed projektu.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> <\/em>\u010eal\u0161ou charakteristikou projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00fa uv\u00e1dza Newton znie: <em>\u201eProfesion\u00e1lni projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r je niekto, ktor\u00e9ho pln\u00fdm pracovn\u00fdm \u00fav\u00e4zkom je by\u0165 projektov\u00fdm mana\u017e\u00e9rom a kto je obvykle \u0161kolen\u00fd v procesoch a n\u00e1strojoch projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>2. Mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 \u00daloha mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu<\/h3>\n<p>\u00daloha projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra pod\u013ea Kimli\u010dku (s. 8, 2004) spo\u010d\u00edva vo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>veden\u00ed t\u00edmu (schopnos\u0165 dobr\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nova\u010da, organiz\u00e1tora, koordin\u00e1tora, vyjedn\u00e1va\u010da, kontrol\u00f3ra a vodcu),<\/li>\n<li>organizovan\u00ed (schopnos\u0165 vyu\u017eitia vyhovuj\u00faceho \u0161t\u00fdlu a techniky riadenia), riadenie:\n<ul>\n<li>pod\u013ea cie\u013eov,<\/li>\n<li>pod\u013ea delegovania \u00faloh,<\/li>\n<li>pod\u013ea odch\u00fdliek,<\/li>\n<li>autoritat\u00edvny \u0161t\u00fdl,<\/li>\n<li>demokratick\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>rie\u0161en\u00ed konfliktn\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed (schopnos\u0165 predch\u00e1dza\u0165 ich vzniku, dodr\u017eiava\u0165 pravidl\u00e1, povinnosti, kompetencie, snaha vzniknut\u00e9 konflikty rie\u0161i\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom dohody),<\/li>\n<li>vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed organiza\u010dnej \u0161trukt\u00fary\n<ul>\n<li>projektov\u00e1 hierarchia,<\/li>\n<li>kompetencie,<\/li>\n<li>zodpovednosti,<\/li>\n<li>dozor projektu,<\/li>\n<li>expertn\u00fd t\u00edm,<\/li>\n<li>mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu,<\/li>\n<li>ved\u00faci projektovej skupiny,<\/li>\n<li>projektov\u00fd t\u00edm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Majt\u00e1n (s. 71, 2003) uv\u00e1dza z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u00falohy mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu, ktor\u00e9 mus\u00ed plni\u0165 a za ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 zodpovednos\u0165. Patria tu najm\u00e4:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>definovanie projektu a pr\u00edprava pl\u00e1nu projektu,<\/li>\n<li>prezent\u00e1cia a obhajoba pl\u00e1nu projektu,<\/li>\n<li>spolupr\u00e1ca so v\u0161eobecn\u00fdm mana\u017ementom organiz\u00e1cie, s mana\u017e\u00e9rmi in\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed a s prij\u00edmate\u013emi rozhodnut\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>z\u00edskavanie zdrojov pre projekt,<\/li>\n<li>spolupr\u00e1ca so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi projektu,<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00edprava a \u00faprava rozpo\u010dtu projektu a harmonogramov,<\/li>\n<li>delegovanie pr\u00e1vomoc\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>definovanie ot\u00e1zok, pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed a probl\u00e9mov,<\/li>\n<li>rie\u0161enie person\u00e1lnych, technick\u00fdch a finan\u010dn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov,<\/li>\n<li>rekon\u0161trukcia pl\u00e1nu projektu (repl\u00e1novanie),<\/li>\n<li>koordin\u00e1cia pr\u00edchodu a odchodu \u010dlenov projektov\u00e9ho t\u00edmu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2 Kompetencie a zodpovednos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu<\/h3>\n<p>Zodpovednos\u0165 a kompetencie projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra sa odv\u00edjaj\u00fa od miery delegovan\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed a zodpovednosti hlavn\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu. Medzi kompetencie mana\u017e\u00e9ra preva\u017ene patria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>administrat\u00edva projektu, pr\u00edprava projektov\u00fdch spr\u00e1v,<\/li>\n<li>monitoring priebehu implement\u00e1cie projektu pod\u013ea schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho harmonogramu,<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00edprava a kompletiz\u00e1cia podpornej dokument\u00e1cie k monitorovac\u00edm spr\u00e1vam a jej reportovanie,<\/li>\n<li>spracovanie monitorovac\u00edch spr\u00e1v pod\u013ea pokynov,<\/li>\n<li>poskytovanie s\u00fa\u010dinnosti s \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi \u010dlenmi projektov\u00e9ho t\u00edmu,<\/li>\n<li>in\u00e9 zverejnen\u00e9 kompetencie v projekte v presne stanovenom rozsahu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.3 Typy mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu<\/h3>\n<p>Vo v\u0161eobecnej literat\u00fare sa uv\u00e1dza existencia dvoch typov \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed zast\u00e1vaj\u00fa post projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra, a to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>mana\u017e\u00e9r so \u0161pecifick\u00fdmi odborn\u00fdmi znalos\u0165ami a technick\u00fdmi schopnos\u0165ami,<\/li>\n<li>mana\u017e\u00e9r s nedostatkom technick\u00fdch vedomost\u00ed (no disponuje schopnos\u0165ami -pl\u00e1nova\u0165, organizova\u0165, koordinova\u0165, komunikova\u0165, kontrolova\u0165 a pod.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>2.4 Mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu a jeho osobn\u00fd \u00faspech<\/h3>\n<p>Osobn\u00fd \u00faspech a jeho charakteristika predstavuje v odbornej literat\u00fare nespo\u010detn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo defin\u00edci\u00ed. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ia defin\u00edcia osobn\u00e9ho \u00faspechu mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na \u00faspechu projektu, ktor\u00fd zabezpe\u010duje, aby mohol pokra\u010dova\u0165 \u010falej v pr\u00e1ci, mohol riadi\u0165 in\u00e9 projekty a pod.<br \/>\nNa to, aby dan\u00fd projekt vzbudil z\u00e1ujem a priniesol \u00faspech projektov\u00e9mu mana\u017e\u00e9rovi a jeho t\u00edmu, kladie sa d\u00f4raz na tieto tri faktory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obsah projektu<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 projektu<\/li>\n<li>Rozsah projektu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Richard Newton uv\u00e1dza: <em>\u201eV\u00e1\u0161 osobn\u00fd \u00faspech je priamo \u00famern\u00fd tomu, ako je vn\u00edman\u00fd \u00faspech v\u00e1\u0161ho projektu.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>3. Osobnos\u0165 a kari\u00e9ra mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu<\/h2>\n<p>Povolanie projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra je oblas\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je spolu s ostatn\u00fdmi vo\u013en\u00e1 nadan\u00fdm jedincom, ktor\u00fd preukazuj\u00fa svoje schopnost\u00ed v odbornej \u010dinnosti. Predpoklady \u00faspe\u0161nosti v tejto profesii spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00fa s\u00fa\u010dasne vo kvalifik\u00e1ci\u00ed, schopnostiach, n\u00e1vykoch, i osobn\u00fdch charakteristik\u00e1ch mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu.<\/p>\n<h3>3.1 Osobnos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra projektu<\/h3>\n<p>Projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r mus\u00ed na v\u00fdkon svojej pr\u00e1ce disponova\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fdm mno\u017estvom schopnost\u00ed a znalost\u00ed. Medzi z\u00e1kladne poz\u00edcie projektov\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu patr\u00ed aj mana\u017e\u00e9r projektu, ktor\u00e9ho pr\u00e1ca aj spolu s ostatn\u00fdmi, je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na ur\u010dit\u00fdch po\u017eiadavk\u00e1ch a n\u00e1rokoch na schopnosti a kvalifik\u00e1ciu, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa kladen\u00e9 na jednotliv\u00fa poz\u00edciu.
