Hoci vroden\u00e9 vlastnosti zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam pre \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fa pr\u00e1cu mana\u017e\u00e9ra m\u00e1 schopnos\u0165 tieto vlastnosti \u010falej rozv\u00edja\u0165. Osobnos\u0165 predstavuje to, \u010do ur\u010duje vystupovanie \u010dloveka v r\u00f4znych situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je mo\u017en\u00e9 hovori\u0165 o z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch rysoch, ktor\u00e9 charakterizuj\u00fa jednotlivca (B\u011blohl\u00e1vek, 1996, s. 57-58):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>schopnosti, zru\u010dnosti, znalosti,<\/li>\n<li>vlastnosti (dominancia, asertivita, labilita, extrovertnos\u0165, vytrvalos\u0165, zodpovednos\u0165, sebakontrola a pod.),<\/li>\n<li>potreby, mot\u00edvy, postoje, hodnoty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ak\u00fdko\u013evek podnik by pri riaden\u00ed svojich \u010dinnosti mal bra\u0165 oh\u013ead na odli\u0161nos\u0165 hodn\u00f4t a schopnosti svojich zamestnancov. Re\u0161pektovanie t\u00fdchto skuto\u010dnosti mu zabezpe\u010duje akt\u00edvnu \u00fa\u010das\u0165 pracovn\u00edkov na dosahovan\u00ed cie\u013eov.<\/p>\n<h2>Typol\u00f3gia osobnosti<\/h2>\n<p>V dne\u0161nej dobe s\u00fa zn\u00e1me mnoh\u00e9 vypracovania typol\u00f3gie osobnosti, z t\u00fdch v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch a\u017e ku konkr\u00e9tnej\u0161\u00edm. My uv\u00e1dzame:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>typy osobnosti pod\u013ea Hippokrata a Galena,<\/li>\n<li>typol\u00f3gia osobnost\u00ed Carla Gustava Junga,<\/li>\n<li>Eysenckova dvojdimenzion\u00e1lna sch\u00e9ma \u010d\u0155t osobnosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pri charakteristike osobnosti potrebujeme ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo vyjadren\u00ed. Rozmanitos\u0165 t\u00fdchto charakterist\u00edk v s\u00fa\u010dasnej psychol\u00f3gi\u00ed je ve\u013ek\u00e1, preto\u017ee niektor\u00ed autori ozna\u010duj\u00fa osobnos\u0165 vlastnos\u0165ami, schopnos\u0165ami a \u010drtami. In\u00ed ju ozna\u010duj\u00fa ako typy, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa spreh\u013eadnenie individuality jedincov.<\/p>\n<h3>Typy osobnosti pod\u013ea Hippokrata a Galena<\/h3>\n<p>Pojmom osobnos\u0165 sa za\u010dali zaobera\u0165 u\u017e v starovekom Gr\u00e9cku, konkr\u00e9tne lek\u00e1ri Hippokrat a Galena, ktor\u00ed rozpracovali osobnos\u0165 do \u0161tyroch typov pod\u013ea temperamentu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sangvinik (nest\u00e1los\u0165, \u017eivos\u0165, veselos\u0165, optimizmus, pohyblivos\u0165, spolo\u010denskos\u0165,&#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>cholerik (v\u00fdbu\u0161nos\u0165, intenz\u00edvna emocionalita, neprisp\u00f4sobilos\u0165, netolerantnos\u0165,&#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>melancholik (uzavretos\u0165, nesmelos\u0165, depresie, precitlivenos\u0165,&#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>flegmatik (pokojn\u00e1 povaha, spomalen\u00e9 emocion\u00e1lne reakcie, ned\u00f4ver\u010div\u00fd, spo\u013eahliv\u00fd,&#8230;) (Ko\u0161\u010d, 2009, s. 35).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Typol\u00f3gia osobnosti Carla Gustava Junga<\/h3>\n<p>Typol\u00f3giu osobnosti rozpracoval Carl Gustav Junga do tzv. matice osobnosti. Junga je zameran\u00fd na psychologick\u00e9 preferencie osobnosti &#8211; introvert a extrovert a tie\u017e sa prikl\u00e1\u0148a k c\u00edteniu a mysleniu. Na z\u00e1klade tohto pon\u00edmania rozde\u013euje osobnosti na \u0161tyri typy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>praktick\u00fd typ (kombin\u00e1cia vn\u00edmania a myslenia),<\/li>\n<li>koncep\u010dn\u00fd typ (kombin\u00e1cia myslenia a intu\u00edcie),<\/li>\n<li>spolo\u010densk\u00fd typ (kombin\u00e1cia c\u00edtenia a vn\u00edmania),<\/li>\n<li>kreat\u00edvni typ (kombin\u00e1cia intu\u00edcie a c\u00edtenia) (D\u011bdina \u2013 Odch\u00e1dzel, 2007, s. 39-40).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Eysenckova dvojdimenzion\u00e1lna sch\u00e9ma \u010d\u0155t osobnosti<\/h3>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161iu typol\u00f3giu osobnosti spracoval Eysenck, ktor\u00fd prevzal pojmy extroverzia a introverzia od Junga. Eysenck tieto dva pojmy ch\u00e1pe ako protip\u00f3ly a spolu s labilitou a stabilitou ich spracoval do sch\u00e9my. Rozdelenia typov osobnosti teda znamenaj\u00fa prospe\u0161n\u00fa pomoc pri charakteristike, \u010di zaraden\u00ed osobnosti. Najvhodnej\u0161\u00edm typom \u010dloveka pre zaujatie postu mana\u017e\u00e9ra je sangvinik, vyzna\u010duj\u00faci sa extrovertnos\u0165ou a stabilitou. Pri\u010dom jeho charakteristick\u00fdmi \u010drtami s\u00fa spolo\u010densk\u00e9 vystupovanie, komunikat\u00edvnos\u0165, pohyblivos\u0165 a podobne. Uveden\u00e9 typol\u00f3gie, ich rozdelenie a charakteristiky sa od seba l\u00ed\u0161ia, no z\u00e1rove\u0148 aj disponuj\u00fa ur\u010dit\u00fdmi spolo\u010dn\u00fdmi znakmi. U\u017e od d\u00e1vnej hist\u00f3rie sa \u013eudia za\u010dle\u0148ovali do r\u00f4znych typov a to pod\u013ea charakterist\u00edk, ktor\u00e9 u nich prevl\u00e1dali. Hoci sa prostredn\u00edctvom typol\u00f3gi\u00ed zjednodu\u0161uje poh\u013ead na osobnos\u0165, len m\u00e1lokedy je mo\u017en\u00e9 zaradi\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed do jej konkr\u00e9tnych typov.T\u00e1to sch\u00e9ma \u010d\u0155t osobnosti zn\u00e1zor\u0148uje dva z\u00e1kladne typy osobnosti. Prv\u00fd typ je priraden\u00fd k labilite, ktor\u00e1 predstavuje neuroticizmus a ozna\u010duje negat\u00edvne reagovanie. Druh\u00fd typ je priraden\u00fd k stabilite, ktor\u00e1 je jej opakom (Ko\u0161\u010d, 2009, s. 36).<\/p>\n<h2>Zodpovednos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra<\/h2>\n<p>Pojem zodpovednos\u0165 \u00fazko s\u00favis\u00ed s vykon\u00e1van\u00edm mana\u017e\u00e9rskych \u010dinnosti v podniku. Zodpovednos\u0165 sprev\u00e1dza mana\u017e\u00e9ra na ka\u017edom kroku a odr\u00e1\u017ea jeho mor\u00e1lnu povinnos\u0165, aby sa zam\u00fd\u0161\u013eal nad n\u00e1sledkami svojho konania s oh\u013eadom na v\u0161etky zainteresovan\u00e9 strany. <em>\u201eMana\u017e\u00e9r je ved\u00faci pracovn\u00edk, ktor\u00fd ma schopnos\u0165 objekt\u00edvne pos\u00fadi\u0165 situ\u00e1ciu na trhu, jeho rozmanitos\u0165, analyzova\u0165 ho, pripravi\u0165 si podklady na svoju \u010dinnos\u0165 a s\u00fa\u010dasne sa spr\u00e1va\u0165 trhovo a primerane trh ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/em><br \/>\nZodpovednos\u0165 pod\u013ea Miku\u0161a a Droppu:<em> \u201eZodpovednos\u0165 mo\u017eno vn\u00edma\u0165 ako relevantn\u00fd vz\u0165ah k predpokladan\u00fdm d\u00f4sledkom pr\u00e1ce mana\u017e\u00e9ra so zrete\u013eom na v\u0161etky aspekty.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/em> Tieto defin\u00edcie v sebe zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa technick\u00fa str\u00e1nku povolania mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00e1 sa t\u00fdka vedomost\u00ed, zru\u010dnost\u00ed a met\u00f3d riadenia. Medzi vlastnos\u0165ami, ktor\u00fdmi mana\u017e\u00e9r disponuje, by v\u0161ak nemala ch\u00fdba\u0165 zodpovednos\u0165 vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 v jeho hodnot\u00e1ch, povahe, vedomostiach, \u010di temperamente. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti mana\u017ement kladie d\u00f4raz na soci\u00e1lnu zodpovednos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9rov v troch aspektoch, ktor\u00e9 sa prejavuj\u00fa v individu\u00e1lnej aj in\u0161titucion\u00e1lnej rovine (Miku\u0161 \u2013 Droppa, 2010, s. 89-90):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aspekt osobnej zodpovednosti (osobn\u00e1 sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165, zru\u010dnos\u0165, pripravenos\u0165):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Individu\u00e1lna rovina &#8211; zodpovednos\u0165 vo\u010di sebe, vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 c\u00edtenie,<\/li>\n<li>In\u0161titucion\u00e1lna rovina &#8211; vz\u0165ah k zamestnancom, vz\u0165ah k pr\u00e1ci.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Aspekt pr\u00e1vnej zodpovednosti (pr\u00e1vne normy, \u00faprava vz\u0165ahov \u0161t\u00e1t a podnikate\u013esk\u00fd subjekt):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Individu\u00e1lna rovina \u2013 \u00farove\u0148 znalosti pr\u00e1vnych noriem mana\u017e\u00e9ra,<\/li>\n<li>In\u0161titucion\u00e1lna rovina \u2013 miera uplat\u0148ovania z\u00e1konov v podniku.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Aspekt mor\u00e1lnej zodpovednosti (\u00fazko s\u00favis\u00ed s osobn\u00fdmi a pr\u00e1vnymi aspektmi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Individu\u00e1lna rovina \u2013 uplat\u0148ovanie mor\u00e1lnych hodn\u00f4t podniku,<\/li>\n<li>In\u0161titucion\u00e1lna rovina \u2013 uplat\u0148ovanie mor\u00e1lnych hodn\u00f4t v profesion\u00e1lnej \u010dinnosti mana\u017e\u00e9ra (Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9r by prostredn\u00edctvom zodpovednosti mal uva\u017eova\u0165 o svojom konan\u00ed, predpoklada\u0165 mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky a podrobi\u0165 ich hodnoteniu zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch aspektov. Preberanie a uvedomenie si zodpovednosti a jej vplyvu je z\u00e1visl\u00e9 od dosiahnut\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00fd nadobudol po\u010das v\u00fdchovy, alebo z prostredia. Na ka\u017edej \u00farovni riadenia v podniku je miera zodpovednosti odli\u0161n\u00e1. Ned\u00e1 sa konkr\u00e9tne mera\u0165, preto\u017ee je prepojen\u00e1 s etickou vyspelos\u0165ou jedinca. Pri sk\u00faman\u00ed miery zodpovednosti l\u00edniov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho podniku, sme sa zamerali na jeho osobn\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 a vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 prepojenie s plnen\u00edm stanoven\u00fdch cie\u013eov. Zodpovednos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra je rovnako pr\u00edtomn\u00e1 v pr\u00edstupe ku konkurencii, z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom, \u010di obchodn\u00fdm partnerom, prostredn\u00edctvom poctivosti a \u010destnosti. Predpokladom takto funguj\u00facej \u010dinnosti riadiaceho pracovn\u00edka, je prosperuj\u00faca ekonomika, \u010di podnik.<\/p>\n<h2>Moc, vplyv a autorita mana\u017e\u00e9ra<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201eMana\u017e\u00e9r je d\u00f4le\u017eitou osobou v ka\u017edom procese riadenia a jeho pr\u00e1ca je z\u00e1rove\u0148 jeho povolan\u00edm aj profesiou. K tomu, aby mohol svoju pr\u00e1cu vykon\u00e1va\u0165 \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9, mus\u00ed ma\u0165 moc, vplyv i autoritu.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> <\/em>Mana\u017e\u00e9r, ktor\u00fd disponuje ur\u010ditou mocou m\u00e1 schopnos\u0165 s jej pomocou ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 ni\u017e\u0161ie postaven\u00fdch zamestnancov, ako aj svoje okolie. Moc je n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd sl\u00fa\u017ei na prin\u00fatenie pracovn\u00edkov k po\u017eadovan\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m. Mana\u017e\u00e9r ju z\u00edskava nieko\u013ek\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi a to napr\u00edklad z osobnosti, z odbornosti, zo zdrojov alebo z postavenia. Vplyv je sp\u00f4sob, ktor\u00fd znamen\u00e1 nakladanie mana\u017e\u00e9ra so svojou mocou. Autorita predstavuje pr\u00e1vo mana\u017e\u00e9ra vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 moc nad \u010dinnos\u0165ou in\u00fdch. M\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>form\u00e1lna (funkcia mana\u017e\u00e9ra),<\/li>\n<li>neform\u00e1lna (osobnos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra) (Hangoni \u2013 Imrichov\u00e1, 2010, s. 31).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vedenie \u013eud\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Vedenie predstavuje jednu zo z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch mana\u017e\u00e9rskych funkci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva mana\u017e\u00e9r pri vykon\u00e1van\u00ed svojej \u010dinnosti. Umenie mana\u017e\u00e9ra spo\u010d\u00edva vo vzbuden\u00ed pozornosti, z\u00e1ujmu, chuti, \u010di ochoty zamestnancov zap\u00e1ja\u0165 sa do aktiv\u00edt, ktor\u00e9 ved\u00fa k naplneniu stanoven\u00fdch cie\u013eov podniku. \u013dudia s\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm zdrojom, preto ich spr\u00e1vne vedenie mana\u017e\u00e9rom predstavuje rozhoduj\u00faci v\u00fdznam pre efekt\u00edvne fungovanie podniku (Miku\u0161 \u2013 Droppa, 2010, s. 177).<br \/>\n<em>\u201eVedenie \u013eud\u00ed je v podstate schopnos\u0165 mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 in\u00fdch zamestnancov (najm\u00e4 jeho podriaden\u00fdch), aby ich konanie smerovalo k naplneniu stanoven\u00e9ho cie\u013ea, resp. cie\u013eov.\u201c<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> <\/em>Ovplyv\u0148ovanie v tomto pr\u00edpade zah\u0155\u0148a usmer\u0148ovanie a presvied\u010danie pracovn\u00edkov, tie\u017e aj vhodn\u00fa stimul\u00e1cia a motiv\u00e1ciu k vykon\u00e1vaniu kvalitnej pr\u00e1ce, \u010do by n\u00e1sledne malo vies\u0165 k dosiahnutiu po\u017eadovan\u00fdch cie\u013eov. V skuto\u010dnosti vedenie predstavuje ur\u010dit\u00fd proces vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho p\u00f4sobenia jedn\u00e9ho \u010dloveka na druh\u00e9ho. Te\u00f3rie vedenia a \u0161t\u00fdly vedenia vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z predpokladov, \u017ee efekt\u00edvny vodca disponuje typick\u00fdmi osobnostn\u00fdmi vlastnos\u0165ami, ktor\u00e9 ho predur\u010duj\u00fa k plneniu \u00faloh.<br \/>\n\u0160t\u00fdl vedenia predstavuje sp\u00f4sob spr\u00e1vania sa vodcu, s ktor\u00fdm vyu\u017e\u00edva a uplat\u0148uje svoje pr\u00e1vomoci pri veden\u00ed \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov. Pod\u013ea Miku\u0161a a Droppu (2010, s. 179) rozli\u0161ujeme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>autokratick\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl (presadzovanie v\u00f4le mana\u017e\u00e9ra, bez oh\u013eadu na n\u00e1zory podriaden\u00fdch, nekompromisnos\u0165, nedosta\u010duj\u00faca komunik\u00e1cia,&#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>demokratick\u00fd, tzv. participat\u00edvny \u0161t\u00fdl (charakteristick\u00fd obojstrannou komunik\u00e1ciou, \u00fastretovos\u0165ou,&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>liber\u00e1lny, tzv. vo\u013en\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl (slab\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie mana\u017e\u00e9rskej moci, ve\u013ek\u00e1 vo\u013enos\u0165 podriaden\u00fdch v konan\u00ed, vysok\u00e1 miera nez\u00e1vislosti).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sp\u00f4soby vyhodnocovania zamestnancov<\/h2>\n<p>Aby sa mohlo rozpr\u00e1va\u0165 o vyhodnocovan\u00ed zamestnancov, je potrebn\u00e9, aby mana\u017ement pracovn\u00fdch v\u00fdkonov bol previazan\u00fd s funkciami odme\u0148ovania, vzdel\u00e1vania, rozvoja kari\u00e9ry a ur\u010ditou mierou zodpovednosti. Proces mana\u017ementu pracovn\u00fdch v\u00fdkonov pozost\u00e1va z troch \u010dast\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>definovanie v\u00fdkonu,<\/li>\n<li>vyhodnocovanie v\u00fdkonu,<\/li>\n<li>poskytnutie sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby (Bajz\u00edkov\u00e1, 2011, s. 78).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pracovn\u00e9 v\u00fdkony a ich vyhodnocovanie s\u00fa v podnikoch spracovan\u00e9 do form\u00e1lnych pl\u00e1nov, aby prostredn\u00edctvom nich boli umo\u017enen\u00e9 syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 hodnotenia zamestnancov. Za pomoci t\u00fdchto pl\u00e1nov sa rozhoduje o v\u00fd\u0161ke mzdy, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kvalifik\u00e1cie, o raste v kari\u00e9re, \u010di dokonca aj o prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00ed pracovn\u00edkov. Vyhodnocovanie v\u00fdkonov sl\u00fa\u017ei na obozn\u00e1menie sa mana\u017e\u00e9ra s \u00falohami a pracovn\u00fdmi \u010dinnos\u0165ami podriaden\u00e9ho, sk\u00famanie jeho vystupovania, postojov, n\u00e1zorov, zru\u010dnost\u00ed, zodpovednosti vo vz\u0165ahu k plneniu cie\u013eov podniku.
