V u\u010diacej sa organiz\u00e1cii je to trval\u00fd, strategicky vyu\u017eit\u00fd, integrovan\u00fd a paralelne prebiehaj\u00faci proces, ktor\u00fd sa tiahne spolu s pracovn\u00fdm procesom. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 rozv\u00edja sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 organiz\u00e1cie inovova\u0165 a r\u00e1s\u0165. U\u010diaca sa organiz\u00e1cia m\u00e1 zabudovan\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 podchycuj\u00fa u\u010denie a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa jeho zdie\u013eanie.
