Nach\u00e1dzame sa v 21. storo\u010d\u00ed, \u010di\u017ee na prahu tretieho tis\u00edcro\u010dia. V r\u00f4znych s\u00favislostiach sa prechod do tretieho tis\u00edcro\u010dia poklad\u00e1 za ak\u00fdsi medzn\u00edk, kvalitat\u00edvny zlom. Nov\u00fdm javom v podnikan\u00ed sa stala hlavne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/spolocenska-zodpovednost-v-obchode\/\">spolo\u010densk\u00e1 zodpovednos\u0165 podniko<\/a>v. Riadenie slovensk\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed i podnikov je v tre\u0165om tis\u00edcro\u010d\u00ed ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, pri\u010dom o celkovom \u00faspechu nerozhoduj\u00fa len znalosti. Pre v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed toto obdobie znamen\u00e1 hlb\u0161ie uvedomenie si z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch princ\u00edpov podnikania v podmienkach trhovej ekonomiky a preto ich treba povzbudi\u0165 k h\u013eadaniu t\u00fdch spr\u00e1vnych ciest a ako tieto princ\u00edpy dosta\u0165 \u010do najefekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie do \u017eivota. Mana\u017e\u00e9ri si musia uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee od ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jedn\u00e9ho z nich si re\u0161pektovanie pravidiel vy\u017eaduj\u00fa obrovsk\u00fa zmenu. Sami sa st\u00e1vaj\u00fa bari\u00e9rou rozvoja vlastnej firmy. Mo\u017eno tento skok do nov\u00e9ho tis\u00edcro\u010dia sme nezvl\u00e1dli najlep\u0161ie, ale ak sa podniky dok\u00e1\u017eu odosobni\u0165 a pozrie\u0165 na seba v \u0161ir\u0161\u00edch s\u00favislostiach, sk\u00f4r \u010di nesk\u00f4r v tomto novom tis\u00edcro\u010d\u00ed zakotvia.<\/p>\n<h2>Mana\u017ement na za\u010diatku 3. tis\u00edcro\u010dia<\/h2>\n<p>Svetov\u00e9 spolo\u010denstvo v s\u00fa\u010dasnej dobe mus\u00ed \u010deli\u0165 probl\u00e9mom, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 ako glob\u00e1lne, pri ktor\u00fdch vstupuje ako potreba cel\u00e9ho \u013eudstva rie\u0161enie a nie len jednej krajiny. Ich nerie\u0161enie ohrozuje existenciu \u013eudstva ako celku a to nez\u00e1visle na politickej orient\u00e1cii, chudobe \u010di bohatstve a n\u00e1bo\u017eenstve jednotliv\u00fdch kraj\u00edn. \u013dudia sa za\u010dali zaobera\u0165 ot\u00e1zkou obmedzen\u00fdch zdrojov surov\u00edn.<\/p>\n<h2>Globaliz\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p><a title=\"Globaliz\u00e1cia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/ekonomika\/globalizacia\/\">Globaliz\u00e1cia<\/a> je jedn\u00fdm z megatrendov s\u00fa\u010dasnej reality, ktor\u00fd determinuje v\u00fdvoj v mana\u017emente. Je to proces narastania medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho prepojenia vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch oblastiach (ekonomika, politika, kult\u00fara, komunik\u00e1cia, at\u010f.), pozorovan\u00fd najm\u00e4 v posledn\u00fdch desa\u0165ro\u010diach.<br \/>\n\u201eGlobaliz\u00e1cia je rozporn\u00fd proces, ktor\u00fd pre jednotliv\u00e9 krajiny znamen\u00e1 potenci\u00e1lny pr\u00ednos, ale skr\u00fdva v sebe aj mnoh\u00e9 rizik\u00e1\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><br \/>\nT\u00fdka sa vz\u00e1jomn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov a v\u00e4zieb medzi \u0161t\u00e1tmi, spolo\u010dnos\u0165ami, organiz\u00e1ciami a jednotlivcami, ktor\u00e9 tvoria ekonomick\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Globaliz\u00e1cia prispieva k rastu technologick\u00e9ho pokroku, ktor\u00fd je podporovan\u00fd liberaliz\u00e1ciou a rastom konkurencieschopnosti, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v komunika\u010dn\u00fdch a dopravn\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch. Globaliz\u00e1ciu netreba personifikova\u0165, nie je osobn\u00e1. Nie je to v\u00fdsledok americk\u00fdch zbohatl\u00edkov. Je to fenom\u00e9n, ktor\u00fd sa tu objavuje dnes preto, \u017ee veda a technika dospeli<br \/>\ndo ur\u010dit\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00e1dia.<br \/>\n\u201eGlobaliz\u00e1cia vytv\u00e1ra nov\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary a nov\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy. V\u00fdsledkom je, \u017ee podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 rozhodnutia a \u010dinnosti v jednej \u010dasti sveta maj\u00fa v\u00e1\u017ene d\u00f4sledky v ostatn\u00fdch \u010dastiach sveta\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><br \/>\nK hlavn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho sveta patr\u00ed najm\u00e4:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nebezpe\u010denstvo jadrovej vojny,<\/li>\n<li>vyv\u00e1\u017eenie pomeru medzi demografick\u00fdmi procesmi a rastom v\u00fdroby potrav\u00edn,<\/li>\n<li>ochrana \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia,<\/li>\n<li>zabezpe\u010denie dostato\u010dn\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch a surovinov\u00fdch zdrojov<br \/>\npre bud\u00facnos\u0165,<\/li>\n<li>vyu\u017eitie kozmick\u00e9ho priestoru a svetov\u00e9ho oce\u00e1nu,<\/li>\n<li>zamedzenie rastu, terorizmu, odstr\u00e1nenie priepastn\u00fdch rozdielov medzi \u017eivotnou \u00farov\u0148ou r\u00f4znych skup\u00edn obyvate\u013estva v jednotliv\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch aj medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi krajinami.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vlny zmien \u013eudstva<\/h2>\n<p>Prv\u00e1 vlna zmien (agr\u00e1rna revol\u00facia), trvala tis\u00edce rokov, pok\u00fdm nezanikla. Druh\u00e1 vlna (po\u010diatok industri\u00e1lnej civiliz\u00e1cie), trvala len tristo rokov. Dnes dejiny e\u0161te viac akceleruj\u00fa a je pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee tretia vlna sa pre\u017eenie hist\u00f3riou a zav\u0155\u0161i sa za p\u00e1r desa\u0165ro\u010d\u00ed. T\u00e1to tretia vlna so sebou prin\u00e1\u0161a \u00faplne nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob \u017eivota, zalo\u017een\u00fd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">na sp\u00f4soboch v\u00fdroby, ktor\u00e9 odstra\u0148uj\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu star\u00fdch mont\u00e1\u017enych liniek,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">na obnovite\u013en\u00fdch zdrojoch energie,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">na nov\u00fdch, nenukle\u00e1rnych rodin\u00e1ch,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">na novej in\u0161tit\u00facii,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">na z\u00e1sadne zmenen\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a firm\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vznikaj\u00faca civiliz\u00e1cia n\u00e1m vpisuje nov\u00fd k\u00f3d spr\u00e1vania sa a pren\u00e1\u0161a n\u00e1s za r\u00e1mec \u0161tandardiz\u00e1cie, centraliz\u00e1cie, synchroniz\u00e1cie a koncentr\u00e1cie energie, pe\u0148az\u00ed a moci. T\u00e1to civiliz\u00e1cia m\u00e1 svoj \u0161pecifick\u00fd poh\u013ead na svet, svoje vlastn\u00e9 sp\u00f4soby organiz\u00e1cie \u010dasu a priestoru, svoju logiku a kauzalitu. Zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161ho osobn\u00e9ho zm\u00e4tku, dezorient\u00e1cie a \u00fazkosti m\u00f4\u017ee poch\u00e1dza\u0165 z konfliktu vo vn\u00fatri alebo z konfliktu medzi umieraj\u00facou a vznikaj\u00facou civiliz\u00e1ciou. \u013dudsk\u00e9 bytie je ohrani\u010den\u00e9 tromi \u010dasov\u00fdmi dimenziami, ktor\u00e9 sa navz\u00e1jom prel\u00ednaj\u00fa a podmie\u0148uj\u00fa: minulos\u0165ou, pr\u00edtomnos\u0165ou a bud\u00facnos\u0165ou.<br \/>\nPod\u013ea Tofflerovcov sme pod vplyvom tretej vlny zmien v hist\u00f3rii, v d\u00f4sledku \u010doho sa nach\u00e1dzame v priebehu utv\u00e1rania novej civiliz\u00e1cie. Tretia vlna nie je len z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165ou technol\u00f3gie a ekonomiky, ale zah\u0155\u0148a mor\u00e1lku, kult\u00faru a idey ako aj in\u0161tit\u00facie a politick\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary. Prin\u00e1\u0161a so sebou skuto\u010dn\u00fa premenu \u013eudsk\u00e9ho \u010dloveka, nov\u00fd model rodiny, nov\u00fd sp\u00f4sob pr\u00e1ce, \u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov, nov\u00e9 politick\u00e9 spory, nov\u00fa ekonomiku a tie\u017e aj zmenu vedomia. \u013dudstvo stoj\u00ed pred obrovsk\u00fdm skokom vpred, smeruje k najhlb\u0161iemu soci\u00e1lnemu zvratu a tvorivej premene v celej hist\u00f3rii. Hoci si to nikto neuvedomuje, sme zapojen\u00ed<br \/>\ndo budovania \u00faplne novej civiliz\u00e1cie od z\u00e1kladov.<\/p>\n<h2>Zmeny v pr\u00e1ci mana\u017e\u00e9rov<\/h2>\n<p>Dynamick\u00e9 environment\u00e1lne vplyvy, ktor\u00e9 za\u010dali koncom 20. storo\u010dia p\u00f4sobi\u0165, vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00fa v ka\u017edej organiz\u00e1cii potrebu men\u0161\u00edch alebo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch zmien, \u010falej klad\u00fa po\u017eiadavky na mana\u017e\u00e9rov reagova\u0165 na potreby a o\u010dak\u00e1vania z r\u00f4znych oblast\u00ed a faktorov vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia. Moc z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov a faktor konkurencie zosilnili najm\u00e4 privatiz\u00e1cia, zni\u017eovanie obmedzen\u00ed na podnikanie, uvo\u013enenie pohybu tovaru, \u013eud\u00ed a financi\u00ed, posilnenie vlastn\u00edckych pr\u00e1v, globaliz\u00e1cia a \u010fal\u0161ie. T\u00fdmto vyvolali tlak na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu flexibilitu v riaden\u00ed, vyu\u017e\u00edvanie extern\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed na kvalitn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010dovanie jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed pre organiz\u00e1ciu. Tieto nov\u00e9 tlaky s\u00fa pre mana\u017e\u00e9rov nielen hrozbou, ale aj pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ou. Prieskumy pouk\u00e1zali hlavne na tieto zmeny v pr\u00e1ci mana\u017e\u00e9rov na za\u010diatku 21. storo\u010dia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>roz\u0161\u00edrenie pracovnej n\u00e1plne a v\u0161estrannej\u0161ie plnenie rol\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 zni\u017eovanie po\u010dtu mana\u017e\u00e9rov prin\u00e1\u0161a n\u00e1rast rozsahu pr\u00e1ce a po\u017eiadavku nov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9rskeho \u0161t\u00fdlu. Tento nov\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl kladie n\u00e1roky hlavne na znalosti, zru\u010dnosti, postoje a tie\u017e predpoklad\u00e1 syst\u00e9movos\u0165 v pr\u00e1ci. Syst\u00e9movos\u0165 vy\u017eaduje nielen technick\u00e9, ale aj mana\u017e\u00e9rske vzdelanie, ktor\u00e9 ma mana\u017e\u00e9r k dispoz\u00edcii (\u013eudsk\u00e9 zdroje, inform\u00e1cie, marketing, financie, at\u010f.) a toto v\u0161etko v s\u00falade so strategick\u00fdmi z\u00e1mermi organiz\u00e1cie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed rozsah riadenia<\/strong> \u2013 zv\u00fd\u0161enie rozsahu riadenia prin\u00e1\u0161a mana\u017e\u00e9rom osvojenie si nov\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 smeruj\u00fa k integr\u00e1cii technick\u00fdch a podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed ako aj posilnenie pr\u00e1vomoci a pr\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed anga\u017eova\u0165 sa pri strategick\u00fdch a operat\u00edvnych rozhodnutiach a sprev\u00e1dza ich v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia vo\u013enos\u0165 pri rozhodovan\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed d\u00f4raz na v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 a kvalitu<\/strong> \u2013 globaliz\u00e1cia, zvy\u0161ovanie konkurencie a rast z\u00e1kazn\u00edckych po\u017eiadaviek vyvol\u00e1va potrebu \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho a \u00fa\u010deln\u00e9ho riadenia v\u0161etk\u00fdch oper\u00e1ci\u00ed v organiz\u00e1cii. \u00da\u010dinn\u00e9 riadenie znamen\u00e1, aby boli efekt\u00edvne vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u0161etky zdroje v transforma\u010dnom procese organiz\u00e1cie, pri ktorom sa inputy menia<br \/>\nna outputy a pri \u00fa\u010delnom riaden\u00ed ide o to, aby boli splnen\u00e9 v\u0161etky potreby z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, \u010di z kvalitat\u00edvneho alebo aj z \u010dasov\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska.<\/li>\n<li><strong>tlak a stres<\/strong> \u2013 zvy\u0161ovanie d\u00f4razu na v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 a kvalitu procesov a produktov prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa mana\u017e\u00e9rom tlak, n\u00e1rast osobnej zodpovednosti a potrebu nielen akceptova\u0165 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd tlak, ale aj rozv\u00edja\u0165 zru\u010dnosti, aby tlak neprer\u00e1stol do stresu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl<\/strong> \u2013 \u017eivotn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fdly mana\u017e\u00e9rov men\u00ed najm\u00e4 n\u00e1rast pr\u00e1ce, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed d\u00f4raz na v\u00fdkonnos\u0165, kvalitu a osobn\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 a klesaj\u00faca istota v zamestnan\u00ed. Na jednej strane je to kladn\u00fd dopad na \u00farove\u0148 pr\u00edjmov a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161tandard, ale na druhej strane ide o oslabovanie tradi\u010dn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t, najm\u00e4 v pr\u00e1ci a v rodine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e1ca mana\u017e\u00e9rov<\/h2>\n<p>Zni\u017eovanie po\u010dtu \u00farovn\u00ed riadenia a \u010fal\u0161ie trendy prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa mana\u017e\u00e9rom mnoh\u00e9 \u0165a\u017ekosti, ale aj po\u017eiadavky pr\u00e1ce na sebe sam\u00fdch. Mana\u017e\u00e9ri musia by\u0165 schopn\u00ed pracova\u0165 v organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa neust\u00e1le reagova\u0165 na zmeny vonkaj\u0161ieho prostredia a pracova\u0165 t\u00edmovo na plnen\u00ed cie\u013eov organiz\u00e1cie, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 prevzia\u0165 \u010d\u00edm \u010falej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu zodpovednos\u0165 za svoju pr\u00e1cu. Jeden z v\u00fdskumov potrieb mana\u017e\u00e9rskych zru\u010dnost\u00ed sformuloval toto poradie zru\u010dnost\u00ed pod\u013ea ich d\u00f4le\u017eitosti:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Strategick\u00e9 myslenie<\/li>\n<li>Reakcie na zmeny na mana\u017eovanie t\u00fdchto zmien<\/li>\n<li>Orient\u00e1cia na z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, jeho spokojnos\u0165 (orient\u00e1cia na kvalitu)<\/li>\n<li>Finan\u010dn\u00fd mana\u017ement<\/li>\n<li>U\u013eah\u010dovanie pr\u00ednosov in\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>Pochopenie \u00falohy inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a informa\u010dn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>Verb\u00e1lna komunik\u00e1cia, najm\u00e4 logickos\u0165 a presved\u010divos\u0165 vyjadrovania<\/li>\n<li>Syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 vn\u00edmanie organiz\u00e1cie<\/li>\n<li>Odhad rizika pri rozhodovan\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Za viac ako sto rokov trvaj\u00faceho v\u00fdvoja modern\u00e9ho mana\u017ementu sa potvrdil v\u00fdznam samotnej te\u00f3rie pre ka\u017edodenn\u00fa mana\u017e\u00e9rsku prax.<br \/>\n\u201ePokia\u013e sa mana\u017e\u00e9ri nebud\u00fa trvale vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 a rozv\u00edja\u0165 svoje mana\u017e\u00e9rske zru\u010dnosti, \u017eivot s\u00e1m ve\u013emi skoro odhal\u00ed ich mana\u017e\u00e9rsku nekompetentnos\u0165. \u017diadna z mana\u017e\u00e9rskych te\u00f3ri\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v tomto texte neposkytuje zaru\u010den\u00fa a komplexn\u00fa radu. Te\u00f3ria ale je a zost\u00e1va z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm predpokladom \u00faspe\u0161nej \u010dinnosti mana\u017e\u00e9rov\u201c.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>\u0160koly mana\u017ementu<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy, resp. \u201e\u0161koly\u201c \u010di koncepcie m\u00f4\u017eeme rozdeli\u0165 do t\u00fdchto skup\u00edn:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tradi\u010dn\u00e1 (klasick\u00e1) \u0161kola mana\u017ementu<\/li>\n<li>Behavioristick\u00e1 (neoklasick\u00e1) \u0161kola mana\u017ementu, resp. te\u00f3ria medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov<\/li>\n<li>Modern\u00e1 \u0161kola mana\u017ementu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Poradie jednotliv\u00fdch \u201e\u0161k\u00f4l\u201c te\u00f3rie mana\u017ementu vyjadruje poradie ich vzniku a v\u00fdvoja. S\u00fa to pr\u00edstupy, ktor\u00e9 jestvuj\u00fa aj v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti a tvoria \u017eiv\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 te\u00f3rie a praxe mana\u017ementu.<\/p>\n<h3>Tradi\u010dn\u00e1 \u0161kola mana\u017ementu<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e1to \u0161kola vznikla v 19. storo\u010d\u00ed, ide o prv\u00fd smer v\u00fdvinu americkej te\u00f3rie. M\u00e1 \u0161irok\u00fa popularitu na celom svete a tie\u017e aj u n\u00e1s, \u010di\u017ee vo vtedaj\u0161om \u010ceskoslovensku. Podstatou tejto \u0161koly je, \u017ee sa sformulovali v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 z\u00e1sady riadenia na z\u00e1klade v\u0161estrann\u00e9ho sk\u00famania sk\u00fasenost\u00ed z podnikate\u013eskej a v\u00fdrobnej \u010dinnosti. Zakladate\u013e tejto \u0161koly bol F. W. Taylor. \u010ealej tu patrili predstavitelia Z. Gulich, G. Mooney, T. Ba\u0165a a \u010fal\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nTom\u00e1\u0161 Ba\u0165a (1876 \u2013 1932) bol ve\u013ek\u00fd pragmatik a podnikate\u013e. V\u00fdznamn\u00fd je jeho syst\u00e9m v\u00fdchovy mlad\u00fdch odborn\u00edkov. Pri v\u00fdchove mlad\u00fdch odborn\u00edkov presadzoval v\u0161eobecne z\u00e1sady, ktor\u00e9 spo\u010d\u00edvali v kvalifikovanom v\u00fdbere kvalifikovan\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi.
