Re\u0161pektuje <strong>princ\u00edp subsidiarity<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd znamen\u00e1 zachovanie r\u00f4znorodosti eur\u00f3pskych spolo\u010dnost\u00ed a syst\u00e9m rozdelenia kompetenci\u00ed a moci medzi E\u00da a \u010dlensk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti je soci\u00e1lny dial\u00f3g pova\u017eovan\u00fd za s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 pr\u00e1vnych \u201eacquis\u201c Eur\u00f3pskeho spolo\u010denstva.
