Komunik\u00e1cia sl\u00fa\u017ei na sp\u00e1janie a zjednocovanie \u013eud\u00ed v organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed, ale aj mimo nej a to so z\u00e1merom dosahova\u0165 vyt\u00fd\u010den\u00e9 ciele.<br \/>\nPredstavuje hlavn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj hodnotenia \u013eud\u00ed, ich motivovanie a usmer\u0148ovanie a taktie\u017e sl\u00fa\u017ei na komunikovanie s dod\u00e1vate\u013emi, z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi, s predstavite\u013emi \u0161t\u00e1tnej spr\u00e1vy, \u010di celou verejnos\u0165ou. Vo v\u0161eobecnosti sa komunik\u00e1cia del\u00ed na intern\u00fa a extern\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu.<br \/>\nHlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom semin\u00e1rnej pr\u00e1ce je pribl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 si pr\u00e1ve extern\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu. Pr\u00e1ca je rozdelen\u00e1 do dvoch kapitol. V prvej kapitole sme sa zamerali na v\u0161eobecn\u00fa charakteristiku externej komunik\u00e1cie, komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho mixu. Druh\u00e1 kapitola zah\u0155\u0148a teoretick\u00e9 poznatky o prezent\u00e1ci\u00ed podniku, ale aj charakteristiku a sp\u00f4sob prezentovania vybran\u00e9ho podniku Polyston.<\/p>\n<h2>Extern\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia<\/h2>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd podnik ako podnikate\u013esk\u00fd subjekt vystupuje v ur\u010ditom prostred\u00ed \u2013 na trhu, s ktor\u00fdm nevyhnutne vstupuje do komunik\u00e1cie. Prostredn\u00edctvom nej podnik informuje o svojich produktoch, sprostredkuje kontakt medzi pred\u00e1vaj\u00facimi a kupuj\u00facimi a podporuje proces v\u00fdmeny. Je najefekt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edm prostriedkom v ur\u010ditom \u0161t\u00e1diu procesu predaja, najm\u00e4 pri utv\u00e1ran\u00ed preferencie u kupuj\u00faceho, pri presved\u010dovan\u00ed o k\u00fape. Pri porovnan\u00ed s reklamou osobn\u00fd predaj m\u00e1 nieko\u013eko osobitost\u00ed. Medzi ne patria osobn\u00e1 interakcia a priama sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba, kde jedna strana sk\u00fama potrebu druhej a flexibilne prisp\u00f4sobuje obsah spr\u00e1vy.
