Charakteristick\u00e1 je tu premenlivos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 charakter rastu, ale aj degener\u00e1cie. Neodmyslite\u013en\u00fdm prejavom reality je zmena. <a title=\"Charakteristika modelu riadenia zmien v organiz\u00e1cii\" href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazment\/manazment-zmien\/charakteristika-modelu-riadenia-zmien-v-organizacii\/\">Mana\u017ement zmeny<\/a> m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 rozli\u010dn\u00e9 podoby a priebeh, ale jeho zlo\u017eenie je pomerne jednozna\u010dn\u00e9.<br \/>\nNiektor\u00ed mana\u017e\u00e9ri hovoria o zmen\u00e1ch s nad\u0161en\u00edm, in\u00ed v nich vidia hrozbu. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed to preva\u017ene od toho, \u010di zmenu zav\u00e1dzame my, alebo \u010di n\u00e1s zmena postihuje. V ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade je pre n\u00e1s d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 &#8211; je podstatou pracovn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Nechceme predsa len pre\u017ei\u0165, ale chceme \u010falej r\u00e1s\u0165, vyv\u00edja\u0165 sa, silnie\u0165. Plat\u00ed to aj pre organiz\u00e1cie.
