Pr\u00ed\u010dinou jej vzniku bol najm\u00e4 nedostatok skladovacieho priestoru pre materi\u00e1l a fin\u00e1lne v\u00fdrobky. Za jej autora sa pova\u017euje Taiichi Ohno, ktor\u00fd bol v\u00fdrobn\u00fdm in\u017einierom Toyoty. A\u017e do za\u010diatku sedemdesiatych rokov sa t\u00e1to filozofia vyu\u017e\u00edvala len v r\u00e1mci podniku a jej dod\u00e1vate\u013eov a bola pomenovan\u00e1 Toyota Production System (TPS). Nesk\u00f4r sa pod n\u00e1zvom JIT roz\u0161\u00edrila do USA a Z\u00e1padnej Eur\u00f3py a potom aj do ostatn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed sveta <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Filozofia JIT<\/h2>\n<p>Firemn\u00e1 filozofia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euroekonom.sk\/manazment\/operacny-manazment\/manazment-hlavnej-vyroby\/\">Just-In-Time<\/a> sa d\u00e1 najlep\u0161ie vyu\u017ei\u0165 v podnikoch so s\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobou, s nie pr\u00edli\u0161 premenlivou produkciou a s jednoduch\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobn\u00fdmi postupmi. Na druhej strane je JIT nevhodn\u00fd pre kusov\u00fa v\u00fdrobu, lebo kusov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba nesp\u013a\u0148a niektor\u00e9 predpoklady pre zavedenie JIT. T\u00fdmi predpokladmi s\u00fa <a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>minimum kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch zmien a odch\u00fdlen\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>stabiln\u00fd dopyt a spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 dod\u00e1vate\u013eov;<\/li>\n<li>automatizovan\u00e1 v\u00fdroba vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch objemoch;<\/li>\n<li>spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 zariadenia;<\/li>\n<li>pln\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie zdrojov, minim\u00e1lne z\u00e1soby;<\/li>\n<li>plynul\u00e9 materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 toky;<\/li>\n<li>flexibiln\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 sila, ktor\u00e1 sa akt\u00edvne z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed na implement\u00e1cii;<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1ujem zo strany vedenia podniku;<\/li>\n<li>vysok\u00e1 kvalita v\u00fdrobkov.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Riadenie materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch tokov a seven zeroes<\/h2>\n<p>Ako u\u017e n\u00e1zov Just-In-Time (pr\u00e1ve v\/na \u010das) napoved\u00e1, t\u00e1to filozofia riadi materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 toky tak, aby vznikali nulov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby na strane odberate\u013eov. Ciele JIT sa \u010dasto ozna\u010duj\u00fa aj ako dosiahnutie tzv. \u201eseven zeroes\u201c (siedmych n\u00fal) <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nulov\u00e1 nepodarkovos\u0165 \u2013 zero defects;<\/li>\n<li>nulov\u00e9 \u010dasy zoradenia \u2013 zero set-up time;<\/li>\n<li>nulov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby \u2013 zero inventories;<\/li>\n<li>\u017eiadna manipul\u00e1cia \u2013 zero handling;<\/li>\n<li>\u017eiadne preru\u0161enia (rovnomernos\u0165 vy\u0165a\u017eovania) \u2013 zero breakdowns;<\/li>\n<li>nulov\u00e9 \u010dasy dod\u00e1vky \u2013 zero lead time;<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e1vky s ve\u013ekos\u0165ou jedna \u2013 lot size of one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Implement\u00e1cia Just-In-Time<\/h2>\n<p>Tieto ciele predstavuj\u00fa ide\u00e1lny stav, ku ktor\u00fdm sa skuto\u010dnos\u0165 viac \u010di menej pribl\u00ed\u017ei. Z minulosti s\u00fa zn\u00e1me pr\u00edklady \u00faspe\u0161nej implement\u00e1cie JIT v automobilovom priemysle, ktorej vzorom bol u\u017e spom\u00ednan\u00fd podnik Toyota. Medzi v\u00fdhody JIT patr\u00ed aj to, \u017ee dosiahnutie cie\u013eov vy\u017eaduje minim\u00e1lne dodato\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<br \/>\nFilozofia Just-In-Time sa d\u00e1 pou\u017ei\u0165 medzi viacer\u00fdmi podnikmi, vo v\u00e4zbe dod\u00e1vate\u013e-odberate\u013e. N\u00e1klady na skladovanie s\u00fa prenesen\u00e9 na dod\u00e1vate\u013ea, av\u0161ak ten m\u00e1 istotu, \u017ee svoju produkciu pred\u00e1.
